Small shop hidden from the main street but a true gem. Safi and Azizi did a fantastic and honest job on my Town Car s AC and windshield spray system and fixed it professionally, in no time, and at a good price. They also made sure to call and keep me posted on the progress of the work all the time so I knew what was happening and what the parts and costs would be. Fantastic shop, I highly recommend it! And I am hella finicky with my car.

Safi and his team are absolutely wonderful! Diagnose the issue with my car literally in 2 minutes of arriving. Got the part delivered to the shop and fixed it in less than an hour. Just simply amazing! Super friendly and professional as well!. Thanks again!

Incredible service. Car broke down on the freeway and luckily we weren't far from Ace Auto. They helped us diagnose the problem of the car and make sure it was safe to drive back home. They were kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I am not from the area, but if I were I would only come here for my auto needs.

I have been going to Ace Auto Care since I moved to Lafayette, and continued going since I moved to Concord. They are respectful, honest, and fair. It may not be as convenient for me to bring my car back to Lafayette, but I know they will take care of my car.An example of their integrity: I have many stories of them being upstanding mechanics, but this one stood out to me the most. I brought my car in for a fix, they did their repairs and I started driving away. I noticed an odd sound, so I turned around and brought it right back. They looked at it, saw there was something they missed, and fixed it right away with no additional cost (it was a minor thing). I have been to other mechanics who will charge for absolutely everything. Ace Auto Care charges for parts and relevant labor.Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto battery maintenance, Battery, Oil change

This shop is the best! Owned and run by a super nice family. They did a great great job fixing my car door when someone t-boned me a week after purchasing it. Their prices are also significantly less than the Toyota dealership. Highly recommend!

I cannot stress enough how much I love Ace Auto Care. Safi and his team are amazing. They are honest, efficient, friendly, fairly priced, and they do quality work. I highly recommend them. We are in Livermore and we try to get our cars serviced in Lafayette as much as possible. Thanks for everything, Safi!

We stopped in with a tire punctured by a large screw. They had it patched within a few minutes, made sure our air pressure was good, and we were back on our way. The repair was cheap and the staff was very helpful.

I have been to this service several times. Great people work here, they will always be courteous, kind and help you sort things out. I have asked for help several times and have always been satisfied. This auto repair always pick up excellent and affordable prices, offer quality service. I definitely recommend this service, you won't find better!

These folks are great! An honest to goodness family business. First time here I dealt with the son. He was professional and knowledgeable. I needed alignment work which was completed properly and at a reasonable price.Today I needed a slow leak repaired. This time the patriarch helped me. He too was professional, l knowledgeable but kind. He sets a great example for his son. Not only did they identify & repair the leak, he reset the Tire Pressure Monitoring System. Another shop, who rotated my tires failed to do that causing the system not to work properly.I'm a fan of Ace Auto Care & I'll be back!

We take both of our cars to Ace for regular maintenance and are very happy with their service. They are affordable, honest and always get our cars in and out quickly. They've also been very accommodating, getting me last-minute appointments on two occasions, which I am very grateful for. I recommend them to friends and family (including my mother, who takes her car there and has had great service, as well).

I trust these guys to repair all of my cars: Jaguar, Mercedes, Lexus. They always do a great job and more importantly are 100% honest. I highly recommend them.

I had previously gone in for routine service and was pleased with their work. My check engine light goes on which I know can be a rabbit hole of expensive issues. I brought it in and was really pleased how I was treated like an intelligent adult and given options and recommendations based off of the code that was pulled. It was explained to me thoroughly and and plan was made to start with fixing the least expensive items first. No more engine light and I will be back for more work!

I've always dreaded getting work done on my car, bracing myself for the call saying it was going to cost two times more than the estimate. Not true with Ace Auto Care! They are honest, hard working, flexible in scheduling and just down to earth nice people! They serviced my car when they said they would and it was ready when they said it would be ready. Done. Happy. Use them!

I moved to Lafayette 2 years ago and found myself in need of a good auto care shop. Boy, did I ever get lucky! I found Ace, right here in town. The customer service is outstanding. These guys know how to treat customers, and offer great value for highly skilled repair and maintenance. I recommend Ace to everyone I care about. Thanks guys!!

Very reasonable price for a 4 wheel alignment for my Subaru BRZ and they let me watch the whole process because I was curious about how it s done. He dialed it in perfectly, not just within the range but the middle of the range for each spec.

I have been taking all my cars to Safi and his team since they first opened.They are always able to provide a combination of professional work and fair pricing, add in punctuality and you'll have their recipe for running a great repair shop. Anything from oil changes and standard diagnostics to a complete engine overhaul, I can confidently recommend Ace Auto Care to everybody!

Very efficient and timely. Ace gave me an amazing deal on the tire replacement and alignment. Ace came above the list when i was researching for the work on my car, i work at a dealership, even with my employee discount it was a huge difference between what ACE quoted and the quote I had from my dealership. I m superly satisfied with the work ACE have put on my car.Thank you ACE.

If I could give no stars I would.This is a friends and family owned, unprofessionally staffed and operated scam shop. I bought a car and got seemingly good customer service and a good price for a good car. Upon leaving I noticed the brake light out and bald tires. After having my mechanic look at the car he noticed several issues which would not have been a problem if they had been "upfront and honest" about it like they claimed to be. They all knew of the mechanical issues before they sold the car and said they did not until i spoke to enough of them to catch them in a lie then they confessed that they knew and tried to charge me to fix it. They supposedly took a second look at the car to inspect it for mechanical issues then the check engine light came on the very next day. I also had to wait 5 hours for them to change my tires after making an appointmemt and while they pretemded to fix ormther things and they never really did. I am going to report them to the better business Bureau.

I had bought a car from their sister location in Martinez, the Ace Auto Dealer. Right as I was about the finalized the purchase of a used Toyota Avalon from there Bedi (the guy who sold me the car) referred me to this place. He says, its owned and ran by the same family but also, if you had purchased a car from their dealer, you'd get 20% your service at their shop. I couldn't resist so I went here for my 120,000 mile maintenance.I wrote an email asking for appointment on their automated service on the website and within 2 days I got a respond. Cole from the shop gave me a call and said, I could bring it in that day (or whatever was convenient for me). I decided to do it the same day because he promised that he could get the 120,000 mile service done in the same day for about 700 dollars. Mind you 700 is not too bad for the car I had, because 6 spark plugs that needed to be replaced along with a myriad of other services.I get there and Cole was super friendly showed me an itemized breakdown of what they were going to do and an estimate. I mentioned the 20% and he adjusted it to reflect that as well. However, that 20% is only on labor, not parts. So, be sure to keep that in mind.I dropped it off and waited at a nearby library. Cole calls me and tells me that during the inspection, the oil gasket, and filter needs to be replaced. He gave me two options one was to 'flush' it out and put new oil and the other (more expensive) was to do the replacement. Being clueless on cars, I asked for his suggestion and he said the latter. I had to ask before approving the work, how much it would tack on the bill. It was an extra 200 bucks. I tell him to try and keep it about 1000 dollars for all service for the day because I didn't have too much money (just a college student). He said sure and goes back to the car.At around 4:40, I got a call back saying the car was ready. Cole tells me all the service that was done and the bill came out to 1004 dollars. Amazing. He honored my request.The car now drives even smoother than before and I know I won't have to take it for maintenance for awhile. The invoice he gave me also had all the parts number, breakdown of all the service done and he even added washer fluid for me (I had that yellow light). Cole did an amazing job on the car. I know i'll be back here for my next service.Thank you Cole and Ace Auto Care!

Ace Auto is great! They're friendly and easy to work with. They helped troubleshoot an issue with our X5. They tried to diagnosis the issue for one week and didn't charge us for their time. Definitely recommend Ace Auto!

I've been here for repair/maintenance of both my Mercedes and Altima and they do a great job! They are professional, reliable and trustworthy. Their prices are reasonable. Definitely one of the best mechanic experiences!
