I ve been their customer for approximately 14-15 years and I trust them more than any other mechanics. They are knowledgeable, and they do the job very well and with reasonable price. I can t say anything more about them just if YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD MECHANIC YOU FOUND IT. Robert and his staff will do anything to do the job done in the first time and make sure to keep you happy.

Robert and those who worked on my car are awesome. They repaired my truck quicker and cheaper than what Glendora Chevrolet Dealership offered. The price, speed of repair and quality of work was awesome.

Robert and his mechanics are 5 stars. I haven't ever had a bad experience with him. He's worked on a few of my trucks. They also offers smog inspections.

I trust Robert with my vehicles. Him and his crew are very knowledgeable in their field. Thank you Robert for repairing the cars!!! I don't know how I would get to work without the car repairs. It's a relief, to be able to take the car to Robert and have it fixed. It used to be my most worries but now I can go about knowing I have a trustworthy mechanic. I'm so grateful for this place of business. I do recommend it!!!

I was actually out prospecting auto shops for my job, when I came across TLC auto services. My company was not an option at the time, and on my way out, I stopped to check my car because I had heard something grinding on my tire when I pulled in. Robert noticed what I was doing & came to take a look. He fixed my mud flap for me, smiled, & I was on my way. That simple gesture to even check on me meant so much! Thank you, Robert! I will be recommending this auto service to everyone I know in the area!

Over 20 years having Robert as a family friend and awesome mechanic he never fails to work his magic.. thanks to him and his crew getting my 54' belair up and running with no leaks and a awesome drop installed on the rear

Apparently, the owner lacks basic listening skills. Brought a company truck in to get an inspection and tires rotated. Gave the owner a checklist. Told him that the oil was JUST CHANGED recently and to please fill out the check list for the inspection for company records. He then said, "So you want an oil change?". I explained the situation again. He said he understood. Came back and the check list was not filled in. He changed the brand new oil out of the van. He did not rotate the tires. I doubt he even inspected the van. Not even worth my time to sort this out with this owner. Our company has a fleet of vehicles that I was planning to bring to this place for service. Just lost himself a lot of business.

Robert has been my mechanic for over ten years and I don't even want to think about the day he retires. He's awesome and trustworthy and I am loyal! Mechanics are like gold in California and he is bright and shinny!!!

I brought my truck to TLC and they did not diagnose problem codes and only guessed what the issue was and just replaced parts that didn't fix the problem. After $500 still having problems. I would take any vehicle to some other mechanic unless you just don't mind throwing your money away and still have problems. Just makes me sick.

Robert was hones and didn't try to up sale me like other shops I was out there for my brake and after inspection he said they dont need to be replaced and I could still get 5 to 7K mile out of them still, didn't change me and told me to check on them on my next oil change

This place is horrible. I called them up to get a plug on my tire and the guy told me to come right down and he'll do it for me. After driving all the way over there he tells me that they are out or plugs. WTF. Don't waste your time, there are plenty other tire shops out there.
