Took our car and truck service first time in Jan 2024. Owner Abel was kind n respectful. Fair prices. Got the job done. We got like 7 people who referred us on The Neighborhood Group.

Great place, good communication, trustworthy. I've had a serpentine belt replaced and recently had a complete brake job. The price quoted was what I paid, and the work was done properly.

Left my truck with them for them to look at a coolant leak in my heater core, which they had replaced previously. They had my car for a month without any communication. I had to contact them. In the end they said they couldn't find the receipt of there previously changing the heater core. And I was out of luck. I had been using then for a few years and liked doing business with them, but after their front desk guy Ryan left, they went downhill. I'm not using then again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Ryan at the Engine Room is awesome! Finding a good mechanic and repair facility is like playing the lotto, you take your chances and hope for the best! A friend had recommended the Engine Room a couple years back. I perform my own oil changes and simple brake jobs. But when issues go beyond that I take my vehicles to a repair facility. I despise dealerships as they have to charge so much for service in order to cover their operating expenses and overhead.I had issues with two of our cars, I looked the Engine Room up on the web and gave Ryan a call. We were so impressed with the repair of our first vehicle, his communication was outstanding, he will text you with status updates so you don't have to call him, wait on hold or play phone tag. He stands behind his work, the shop is extremely organized and clean, as they take as much pride in the appearance of the business, as they do in quality of the repair services they perform.After our first experience above, the following week we took our other vehicle in for the same outstanding service and repair. Ryan is now are new mechanic, he is open, honest and trustworthy. We feel like we have not only gained a new mechanic but a new friend as well. He takes Great Pride in the quality of his facilities work and knows that he and his team are only as good as the work they perform. I highly recommend the Engine Room if you need a simple oil change or have a major issue.Thank You Ryan!!

The Engine Room is without a doubt the best auto repair shop I have ever done business with. They always do the job well, in a timely manner, and at a fair price. The best thing about them is their honesty. I have had multiple occasions in which I came in for an expensive repair and they told me it was unnecessary, and that a less expensive repair would suffice. I couldn't recommend more enthusiastically.

We have been taking our cars to the Engine Room for 6 years and are very satisfied with the service they provide. The work is always completed on time and at a fair price. Its nice to have an honest and friendly auto repair shop that we can trust our cars to.

I just started working with The Engine Room. Found my go-to mechanic. Fantastic service from Ryan who helped me through a stressful situation to my driver David. Great prices for all the work that was done. Glad The engine room was recommended to me.

As the other reviewers have stated, this establishment is very friendly, honest with you on your problems and ways to take care of them at a fair price if needed. This is my first review of any business and they definitely made a standing impression from the moment I walked on the property.

I would refer this establishment to anybody that needs his services he is the one stop Auto Center for repair and installation of any of your vehicles forget the rest Ryan's the best I would not go nowhere else I am very happy with his services and his technicians very trusting and honest overall very hard to find these days like I said the engine room is the best in all of La verne and anywhere else for that matter I give the engine room ten Stars Plus forget the rest and go to the best the engine room that is !
