Got my rx8 rebuild done a month ago. Running strong. Ryan is a great knowledgeable guy who gets down on his work .

Came here for a coolant seal that was barley going bad and thought I could trust this guy named Ryan. He seems to be cool at first then scams you. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Please stay away from this location for your rotary needs. He lags and makes the same excuses to every single person. Never updates you or shows you proof when asked. Finally received my engine and 1 month later my engine still wouldn t turn on so decided to pull my engine and tear it apart comes to find out that it is not my engine ! Everything was reused and NOTHING WAS NEW AT ALL. Used apex seals, used coolant seals, NOT MY ROTORS, over ported job that was so bad port job. Confronted him about it and was full of excuses. I am taking him to court now for justice. I have many rotary people behind my back that have been scammed before as well and are going to be my evidence in court soon. STAY AWAY FROM HERE PLEASE. HE WILL SCAM YOU. It was not my engine at all and have proof. PLEASE STAY AWAY

Where to start with this scammer? My rebuild was rushed, Ryan reuses gaskets or creates his own jank metal gaskets that leak, i also gave him my carburetor for a rebuild which he didnt do, he only opened it up and looked at it. Ryan was time flexible meeting me late, but never truthful, always making excuses as to why nothing was ready or no progress had been made. In the end he followed through after months, to which i picked up a motor that leaks oil, overheats, wasn t timed, reused a flywheel without surfacing, and provided ZERO support in actually fixing any of this. While waiting for him to send me new floats for my carburetor (which he lied about saying his worker sent them, lol what?) I found out Ryan was scamming many other rotary enthusiasts. If he was willing to correct his mistakes, maybe he can redeem himself, but I don t think he will.

I have never met a mechanic that has more years of expertise as Ryan, R&R Rotary is where it's at if your looking to get your Rotary motor dialed in! Drive safe.

I don't own a rotary vehicle, however, I was driving by D St. And Arrow and my truck just stalled, Ryan was so nice and helpful. He didn't even charge me, just quickly found the problem and I was on my way! I owe him at the very least a good review. Your heart may be pleased to know that there is many a good man to be found under a shabby hat.

There is a group of disgruntled xcustomers that left bad slanderous reviews that imo defame the true character of Ryan, they stored the cars and didn't make payments when they were refused business they retaliated. Ryan is legit as they come, don't trip on those 1 star fools. Drive safe and make it a great experience.

Ryan is a liar and a scam artist. All my friends have gotten the most jacked up motors from him. Overside porting, used gaskets and seals, steals parts, the most wavy and jagged porting I ve ever seen. One rebuild even had all the oil pan bolts loose when the car was returned. Janky wiring. NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE. HE WILL STEAL FROM YOU. You ll get the runaround for months un end. If you value your engine, time, and money; this is not the place for you. If you re in the market for a rotary rebuild, I recommend an honest builder like Eddy from renown, Lucky7, pineapple racing, garage life, or DNA garage.

KNOW WHO YOU ARE TRUSTING. Stay away from this guy, or his friends. He will scam you, steal your parts while playing friendly. Girls beware, he is a predator as well. He may ask for payment up front DO NOT PAY until you see your work complete. DO NOT pay him with Cash, Zelle, Venmo, etc, He steals your money this way so you cannot get it back. He also likes to post his terrible music, horrendous filtered pictures, and flex fake money apps. Very cringey and typical of scammers

I've been working with Rotary Ryan now on a father-son rotary project we have going on our RX-7 FC... Ryan is a polite, honest, honorable person who we are very glad to have met.. we are heading back to get our new NA engine build put into our car and have no regrets at all on choosing to work with Ryan!

Just sold my 13B-DEI engine to them, Ryan is a super dope guy and it's gonna be the new heart for the blue RX4, great spot, great guy, if you have a rotary and are down to bust a mission to La Verne, go here, nowhere else

Steer clear from the fat bearded toad. Same gypsy scam artists since the 90s keeps changing locations to duck all the customers they have ripped off. Little scrub claims to be the owner, but wont "man up" to those responsibilities. The hoakiest Mazda repair in all So Cal! Google "RNR Rotary" for yourself. Deadwolf!

Great place for a good fix from an experienced rotary mechanic I recommend setting up appointments always he gets busy so make sure you hop on it
