My husband was a mechanic by trade but is now retired. He does work on the vehicles of friends and friends of friends to make extra money. He buys a lot of the parts he needs relatively inexpensively at AUTO ZONE. If they don't have something in stock, they can usually get it for you within a few days.

Got a call from them this morning to ask how my experience was yesterday when I went in for parts!! Customer service and a follow up call is VERY gratifying!!! Autozone has all of your parts IN STOCK and prices are very reasonable... You don't need to shop elsewhere for your cars needs!! Again, friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and your never alone when trying to find that perfect part for your car, truck, rv, or boat!!!

When I go to a location and they have no trash cans it tells me they don't care about basic customer needs. I just want to toss a cup from a drive through, and there is no place to do so. Even Walmart has cans out front so I have to assume they care about my business more at this location...(The local O'Reilly's and Napa and Pepboy's does. This conveys the management here is negatively driven, and I don't want to deal with that.)

Went for supplies to perform a tune up on my car. Associate was quick n very polite, n very effective. Thought I was short on funds and asked to hang on to what I was trying to purchase so I could go home n pick up more money. He said he'd hold it at the counter giving me time to return. Came back purchased my items and associate took his time in helping me with a diagnostic for my check engine light. Not once did they make me feel any type of negativity having to wait on me. Very professional, helpful, and informative. Thank you autozone associates

The gentleman who helped me was so friendly and provided exceptional customer service. Not only did he help me select the proper windshield wipers, but he also went out in the pouring rain and installed the new ones and discarded the old ones. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Would go there again! Thank you!

Called early morning for prices on batteries. Guy on the phone was really nice. Came in to get the battery and there was a nice lady working. She was very friendly and helpful. I will be doing all my auto shopping here from now on.

Too bad they don't hire people who have actually worked mechanically and have an idea of what they are looking for. Went in for a foot of hose and asked to see the 3/8" before he cut it. About 10 minutes later he comes back with two samples, both wrong size. Asked for 1/2" hoping it might be close. Again, 15 minutes later returns with two sizes, one actually 1/2". Took my chances with the 1/2" sample instead of waiting for him to cut a foot. I would have been shown the door if I was like this when I worked for an auto parts store as a kid. Where have all the good people gone?!

Service was excellent and I was able to easily find the items I needed.Th were were quite a few customers at this location but the line moved swiftly and in proper order. A busy store (from my experience) generally means at least decent service snd probably good prices. It seems that people will return to the store for those specific reasons.I'm always nosey when dhopping at a location to see how the employees interact with other customers and from I could determine, it was courteous and professional. Thats definitely a good sign.This is my second time at this location. It was a good shopping experience then and on this encounter. I encourage others in need for automotive parts to shop here for good selection, good prices and excellent customer service.

Lots of parking, no issues getting in, staff are very helpful, was able to get me what I needed. Price is fine, are the same everywhere so far as I know. Not sure if they loan you tools if you need them. Plenty of lighting outside the store, I was able to easily change my headlight bulb outside when I was there, so if you have something minor like that, you may be able to handle it in front of the store.

Came to see if they had a license plate holder the guy acted like he didn t want to help. Everything I asked all he said it s right there. Seriously learn customer service dude. He needs to be removed

Bought antifreeze for my SUV, clerk came out to my car, very helpful. Made sure I didn't get a hospital visit trying to add coolant to a hot pressurized vehicle

The old white man here with the bald head thinks he's the mask dictator aka mask natzi. I went in with a mask on not up to his standings and he thought it would be OK to harass a paying customer because my nose wasn't covered. I will be giving corporate a call. Unreal. Treat me like that again please.

This store had a good selection of accessories for my new car. But I've been here for other reasons. During all my visits I could see the staff being totally helpful to other customer, and not rushing them at all. I noticed that there are signs saying the city prohibits leaving or dumping oil in containers outside the store. Makes sense to me, and FYI.

Sad.Been having great experiences at Autozone in my city (Fontana). So I stopped by this one and .....Disappointment.Guy just did not want to help. Usually they ask all information about your vehicle to find the right part. This guys just asked me year, model and cylinders. Then told me a bunch of technical data that I did not understand. So I said, I don't know and that was it.He just looked at me and I just didn't knew what to do and apologize to him and left the store.Came to Fontana Autozone and got my part :)

Avoid this spot. I went to charge my battery waited 3 hours . When I came to pick it up . They said they never charged it because it was marked as a bad battery. They also never called me to tell me .employee even saw me outside store waiting for battery. And didn't call. Took it to O'Reillys and the battery was healthy and they charged it full in under an hour. Offered to call before letting me leave and they called when battery was done. Never going to be a Autozone customer from now on. Call customers next time. You look like battery scammers now. Imo.

Pricey as usual. Auto zone is usually the place to go if you need it now and Walmart/target don't have it. As for this store, usually only have a few of each item in stock and the employees are a hit or at least average. Always clean and of course their free engine light diagnostics tool is awesome.

I needed 2 o-ring seals. The price was almost double from the price I coukd get on amazon. So I bought the O-rings on amazon.
