I love Torre Nissan. They treat their customers like no other dealership does. Alex in service takes such good care and never takes advantage or try to cheat me because I'm a woman. Total opposite. That's important as a single lady. They even sold and installed a battery at a better price than Costco with a longer warranty. I totally trust in them.

They deserve 0 stars.. what a worthless dealer/service center. Arrive no later then 10am for a normal service, you know oil change n all. Was told 1-2 hours. Its been +5 and now they can't give me a eta on how much longer. We will never come back to this place. Only thing for certain. They want there money, but where's ours?... time wasted. Instead of torre nissan. Change it to crooks at nissan.

Joe provided great trustworthy customer service and he took great care of my concerns with my vehicle and it felt great to not have to worry about being concerned with someone trying to up-sale me with services my vehicle did not need. I was treated with the utmost respect by the entire staff during my visit, thank you.

Everyone was very nice and pleasant. Helped my friend bring in her cars for maintenance. Two cars 3 and a half hour wait. Lobby was well set up. Soda, water,fruit. Everyone made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Made me want to buy my next car from them Thats how much i liked it.

Sem vaquero had a bad attitude toward me only cause the tech recommend that i need a new battery and air filter and he said something else and I laugh cause on march 9 2019 i had just change it and the air filter and oil filter was change in may 2021 ..just so all of you guys know how they just want to change things that are not needed just to make money..poor service

Was told that my oil change service was gonna be only an hour and a half to maybe 2 hours max. ..... going into 2 hrs now.

They tried to add some services that they supposedly found. And I asked them for a list of those problems and never got it. They must have been not have been that important.
