Another great experience with Sharron Motley of Mountain View Tire & Auto Service. As the front desk customer service coordinator/scheduler, she is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She is also a team player and very dedicated employee working all day without a break or formal lunch when there is no front desk back-up. I have also dealt with her at the Palm Desert branch. She is very consistent and maintains a calm, positive presence in an extremely busy environment. I appreciate her as well as the good service provided by the technicians. Thank you!

Had a swift and great experience with these guys! I came in with a flat tire thinking I would need to replace it, but they patched it up in about an hour and for a very reasonable price. Not sure about the other reviews, but my interaction with the gentleman at the counter was super; he was kind, funny and helpful. Thanks Mountain View team- much appreciated.

Sharon was wonderful. Service was great. They were open on a Sunday. They worked within my budget to get me home from out of town. Would definitely recommend

I will not be returning, I was quoted a price of $188 for each tire yet when returning they said it would be $256 each, but Felix had fixed that adjustment the day prior to my appointment and they didn't give me the full adjustment. I had scheduled for 2 new front tires installed and an alignment done as my alignment was so bad that it butchered my previous tires, after installing my new tires I was notified that the alignment couldn't be completed because they didn't have the proper equipment to do a bearing press, something that I should've been told before installing the new tires. I'm not satisfied with the service as now there us a constant squeaking noise in my front end, something I've never experienced before having your service done.

Had a flat one holiday weekend and The tire businesses I would have preferred to go to were closed. I had a flat and stopped by Mountain View And was told that the tire was too low of tread to repair. I knew I was getting close to needing tires, but wasn t sure I needed at that time. Anyway, I went ahead and purchased all 4 after asking several questions about their service. I ve been in there twice, needing their assistance with flat tire and both times. I was told they couldn t help me right away. I would need to drop my car off. This is completely unacceptable and very bad service. So this morning I went to American tire Depot and they took me in immediately and repaired the tire. That was not their own at no expense. Now that s what I call service.. I regret buying tires from Mountain View.

Great experience here my Tesla had a flat and not only did they fix it quickly and efficiently they gave me a great price was in and out in 20 mins. Also had to go home to get money to pay for the tire and the manager gave me a ride. Truly exceptional service. Definitely a must go to for all tire needs!

We made appointment for oil change. We showed up and they gave us estimate time of completion. They did a vehicle safety check and found the air filter & cabin filter needed changing. I had them do it. Fair price. They were done on time. Clean shop.

Guy working at the counter needs to work on his customer service skills. Made me feel like a burden for bringing them business. Almost like a host at a fancy restaurant shocked I didn t have reservations. He could have at least tried to make one for later or tomorrow. Instead. Won t be going back.

Had a great experience here, after getting a flat on the highway in Arizona. Called and they were responsive, had my tires in stock, and preformed the work quickly. I needed not just one but two new tires. They put back my spare and all the tools that came in the compartment. It made a difficult day so much easier once I got to Mountain View Tires! Thanks to all of you for doing a great job, being professional, honest, and courteous.Service: Tires

A bit of confusion regarding appointment time scheduled on line versus appointment time planned by the shop, but it worked out.They did a great job ahead of schedule.

The team at mountain View tire in La Quinta saved the Day! I'm over an hour away from home and a busted valve stem almost derailed my trip. They had me back on the road in less than 15.

Just need air and after waiting at Walmart auto center for 15 minutes, I left. Drove around the corner and there they were. Quick and efficient AND friendly, unlike Walmart.

Zero stars. Scheduled appointment. Was told parts are in stock and readily available. Dropped off the vehicle for the scheduled appointment. Was told the vehicle will be ready in 2 1/2 hours. After I call 3 1/2 hours later, on the day, I dropped off my vehicle, I was told parts are not available. They didn't call me. I called them. When I scheduled the appointment I asked about the specific parts. I was told no problem. They are in stock and always available. Apologies were hollow and meaningless. The excuses were plentiful.

Similar to a previous reviewer, I had an experience less pleasant than it should have been when I had tires delivered from Tire Rack. Kelly, the manager, made the mount and balance service process difficult, but did finally provide pricing that matched the website price (actually a few dollars less than expected). It would have been simple and easy for him to have matched pricing of which he is certainly aware rather than being combative and defensive. It is my hope that the service was properly performed and that no other vehicle service surprises crop up from some form of retribution doled out while I was there causing him a headache.

A few weeks ago, I woke up to a flat tire. I really needed 4 so I shopped around and while doing so I talked to Kelly at Mountain view. Of all the people I talked to, Kelly was only person that understood what I wanted, in a tire and he took me right to a great tire at a great price. I came in the next day and got in and out FAST and paid what I expected. I was very pleased and would recommend Kelly and Mountain view Tire. I own a 1998 silver Honda Accord. Thanks Kelly.

Absolutely terrible customer service - went in to have tires mounted and balanced - the person said that he refused to do it because the tire sizes were too difficult - these were standard sized tires for a normal car. He was just angry that I already had the tires and didn t buy them from him so he didn t want to be bothered to just do a mount and balance. Older shaved head heavy set guy - incredibly rude - avoid this place at all costs, there are four other tires shops within a mile of this one.

The worst customer service I ve ever seen. I called the closest tire shop near us and I took my car in for a flat tire replacement. They told me it would take 3 hours and hung up. Well I still went in because I needed my tire fixed and while their just sitting there, a guy was smoking cigarettes in the shop like it s the 1930 s. Absolutely disgusting. After they had fixed my left rear tire we had asked a guy at the front desk about bringing it back if my tires psi dropped once again. He told us don t come here . I was shocked. Like yeah I don t plan on ever coming back to this place and I 100% do not recommend this place for anyone

Went in to get my brakes checked because they are squeaking. They checked things out everything was ok. Just some dust from the storms. They were very honest with me. They even showed me how to clean the brakes pads from the dust to help with the build up.

Made the appointment last minute online after hours and they were gracious enough to accept it and worked me in. Went in for an oil change and brake job. Thank goodness I went in when I did. I didn t need brakes but tires were completely shot and I had a 400# mile trip 4 days later. Now my daughter and I will be safe on our trip. Thank you guys! *** I promise I won t ask if have a sooner appointment then you quote me!!!***

Manager, Adam and service staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt at giving service. I am always given a report on the condition of my vehicles in simple terms and never pressured to buy unnecessary services. Their prices are reasonable and many times they check on and assist me when I drop in at no charge. The facility is clean, bright, and well appointed for waiting on services being rendered. I would recommend and trust Mountain View Tire in La Quinta for all my family and friends.

After 3 separate failed attempts to get my front driver s side headlight changed. I finally found this auto shop. Although my headlight is proven to be somewhat difficult to change the gentleman at the counter did not rest until he was able to successfully help. He came through and was able to get my light changed in less than 30 minutes which was a total lifesaver since unbeknownst to them, I have a road trip planned on Monday. Their professionalism, fair prices and quick work have gained a new customer in me. Thanks guys!

Came in without an appointment shortly after they open, they were able to get me in right away. Needed four new tires, price was fair, Robert was great to work with, and they were fast.
