I was completely blown away at the service I received from Michael Kingsbury. I was in need of a new vehicle after a traffic collision. He was incredibly patient with me and never tried to push me into any vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership he had several vehicles running and waiting for me to test drive. He and the sales manager accommodated my unique circumstance and placed a lot of trust in me. I am very pleased with my new purchase and will definitely do business with them again in the future.

We went to Check Out a Used Car we saw On Line.We called ahead of time and the Car was Pulled Out and Parked in the Shade for us to View. How Special is that?We were shown the car and Lots of Information was given to us.We had a Super Experience and No Pressure Tactics or Feeling Uncomfortable.It was a Great Experience.I am Narrowing Down my car Choices and Selection..

I purchased a new CT5 from La Quinta Cadillac last weekend and it was 5 star service all around! I talked Phil Isbell initially in the process and he was great, but then he handed me over to his salesman named Michael Kingsbury. Michael was an absolute please to work with - helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend you check them out!

Scott in the service department makes going there a pleasure. Professional yet still a real person. I see a lot of fake nice but Scott is actually nice. Everyone there seems nice but since I am not in need of a vehicle I have not met the sales staff. They seem great.

Scott is THE MAN. We were driving through and had a crack in the passenger window. No windows in stock but Scott solved our problem and we were on our way quickly. Great attitude.

The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I purchased my second car from this dealership and the service department is beyond pathetic. I called to make an appointment for 3 recalls on my car. The parts weren't available so they said they would call back in 2 weeks.6 weeks later and many phone calls they wouldn't do the repairs until I brought it in again for serial numbers. Finally called the manager and he helped me get an appointment and the parts within a couple of days. They called the next day and I made an 8:15 appointment. They said it would be 3 hours. I was able to get the car 8 hours later. I have owned many luxury cars and consider this dealership to have by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have to give it 1 star to be able to even post this

Christian is a great member of your team. As someone who has coached many teams you all did a good job teaching him. In my current role I am involved in b2b sales every day. So I will say your employee is definitely a good one, he offered me advice, did some fact finding, and lastly and what I hold most important is he treated me with respect and integrity.After coming from a very rude dealership before I am so happy to have had the chance to make it to you guys before I made my decision.I am now a proud owner of your lease.Thanks La Quinta Cadillac

LaQuinta Cadillac did a transmission service . The service Reprensentative provided outstanding customer service. The required service was completed on the same day. The Service Manager is the best. Very supportive of the customer concerns. Excellent personality to address any concerns.I had a memorable experience. I will definitely use use La Quinta Cadillac and Cherolet service department again.

As far as the service staff is concerned ,they are great. However if you are looking into buying a new vehicle,I do not recommend this dealer. My wife and I saved for over 15 years to buy a new vehicle that would last us at least 10 to 15 years before looking to buy another one. Back in 2015 we bought the new Tahoe LT that just came out with the new design. Well right off the bat problems started, ac,motor mounts,brakes, fuel injectors, catalyst converter, transmission, windows, electrical software, I can go on and on. So I recommend people do some real good searches,something I didn't do because I trusted the salesman, biggest mistake of my life. Beware people.

I have been a loyal customer at La Quinta Cadillac for many years! Why? The service I get here is the best! They are organized, timely, and go above and beyond to provide me with the peace of mind that I am driving the safest operating vehicle on the road! I NEVER feel like they are trying to sell me on random services that don't seem necessary or come out of left field. For the past 6 years I have been purchasing the Oil Change package of 3, the best deal in the Desert (I've price checked)!!! It comes with tire rotation, car wash and more! On top of that, they will give me a ride to and from home when needed! Thank you to all the La Quinta Cadillac Team!!

This is not where I'll be taking my auto for servicing.in the future. I was told it was a $50 deductible, then upon dropping my auto off found it was not covered by the warranty as I was told when I booked the appointment and it was over $230. After Justin in service checked with the person that told me this, came back and said it is not covered, do I want to have the service done? I unhappily agreed to this price. After leaving my auto there, I received a telephone call that they didn't know my car needed a "special" battery and it is $100 more! They already had the car taken apart, I needed the service done and agreed to pay for it UNDER DURESS! There was no apology, they looked it up on the computer, they sold me the auto and they should have known the cost of the service without adding the additional $100. The dealership was at fault giving me the incorrect price twice and it cost over $330 for a battery change! I would never recommend going there to purchase a vehicle nor to have it serviced!

I experienced a mechanical issue while traveling from Phoenix to LA that left me unable to drive my vehicle. Scott Coletto and the team at LaQuinta Cadillac worked a miracle to get me back in my vehicle within 48 hours. They kept me up-to-speed on their progress and were very kind and compassionate about my situation.

It was good to get the level of service from a dealership so close to my home. Lorena went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy and that my vehicle was fixed and returned to me in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this dealership!

As always the carwash they offer with the deal SUCKS, very mediocre carwash! You would expect a better job coming from a dealer. Then they messed up on how i wanted my tires rotated so had to wait longer too fix that! Every time it's something that ain't done right..... Don't know why i keep getting survey's if it never gets Fixed..

I custom ordered a 115k Escalade with all the options. It came in minus the roof racks and emblems. Here we are two months later and still no emblems. I was told they came in a few weeks ago and mailed out to me. I am no longer going to purse them it is creating a resentment and feels like a job.
