The right headlight of my car was broken. When I came to the store, the staff patiently explained and introduced the light bulb to me. Then the staff member Marco Sanchez professionally helped me replace the light bulb. I felt very happy. The staff here are very friendly. Okay, thank you

Marcos at the LQ location provided fantastic service. He was able to look up my battery's warranty, provided me with all the info I needed and even installed the new battery. This is the only store I'll go to.

10/10 customer service. I came in on a rainy day to get a rear window wiper and not only did Marco Sanchez give me a fast and easy transaction but he even went out of his way to help me change it. Keep in mind it was rainy out and he did not hesitate to come outside and help me.

The last 4 reviews I posted had nothing but negative things to say about this location but judging from my last visit there could be a light just yet at the end of the tunnel. This location is very close to where I live so naturally this is where I go when I need something for my Mercedes and I must say Everytime I was there I had the most terrible experiences. Today I went in to buy the parts needed to service my transmission... Expecting the worse but I thought perhaps if I cant get the parts here this will save me a trip to another location to purchase but the minute I walked through the doors assistantanager Marcos took total control of my needs he even took the time to go through my Mercedes handbook to make sure I had the correct parts.. wow., this was unexpected I tell ya. So as mentioned there could be hope just yet if Marcos has anything to do with the performance of this location so for now I'm going to rate my visit as a five, let's hope corporate decides to hire more people like this individual to save this location... Kudos Marcos and thank you very much for the time and knowledge you were able to give me...

I went to autozone this morning and Eduardo V. Helped me from start to finish. He came out to my car because I wasn t sure what the problem was. Diagnosed it, found me the best option for my car and installed it. He was efficient and understanding. Thank you.

Art Zapata in LaQuinta, CA provided me with the best customer service experience in the worst possible situation. It was in the mist of the recent hurricane. It was raining really hard and the wind was blowing over 20mph. I had a broken windshield wiper. My size was sold out. Art was able to locate an alternate solution. Unexpectedly, He went outside into the worst rainstorm our valley has seen in over 20years and replaced my windshield wiper for me. I appreciate Art for his high quality of customer service and his act of kindness! Thank you AutoZone for having an outstanding employee!

I went in to buy a replacement bulb for my car. Marco helped me and he was excellent! He did not just sell me a bulb, he first went to check if he would be able to install it for me before the sale and all the time he was very courteous and nice. It took a few adjustments but voila! I had headlights again.Thank you so much Marco for your help and kindness.

Art Zapata! I had a bad/dead battery that I bought from a different autozone a couple months ago.Long story short he did everything he could and needed to get me set up with a battery.I have no practice changing my battery but he just changed it out himself.Never did he make me feel bad or dumb the entire time I was there. He was nice and I felt comfortable and confident.If there was or is anything else I could do to sing his praise I will!

I was so nervous about my check engine light. Marco Sanchez was extremely helpful especially after I told him about my long trip back to L.A. He was personable and funny. He along with a co worker made me feel confident about the next steps to take. They didn't treat me like I was clueless and they had a great sense of humor. I would recommend this location for anyone especially if you need a quick and friendly diagnostic.

Could not have been better served. First, I bought the wrong sized wiper. Went back in to correct that. She looked up correct size on computer, showed where they were, then she came out to my car and installed it herself. Took me back into the store and issued a refund for the first wiper blade. Best service anywhere since the pandemic.
