Overall experience was fantastic. Price was great, I was in and out 30 minutes ahead of schedule. And everyone working there was great. Couldn t be happier. Thank you guys for getting my truck taken care of!!!

I recently purchased a set of tires for my Cadillac SRX. I went to American Tire Depot & Alignment in the La Quinta to do the wheel alignment that is recommended to ensure my tires provide the mileage that they are intended to perform. I scheduled an appointment very easily online for 8am earlier that morning. American Tire Depot Representative Kevin, assisted me right away, provided me with a quote and honored the coupon they had online.The place is very clean, as I waited for my car to be serviced, I noticed that American Tire Depot Kevin was very professional, and very polite with every single customer that was coming in for service. Kevin greeted everyone with respect. My vehicle was serviced in a reasonable time, and was delivered to me as clean as when I drove it in. American Tire Depot should be proud to have an employee like Kevin.

I recommend this place...Ended up with a flat tire. Jose and Kevin, understood my problem and solved it immediately. Fantastic customer service and they got all kinds of tires here from big trucks to cars windshield wipers batteries. Quick fast service, well as fast as they can go. Got me back on the road in no time thank you very much for helping me out.

Kevin, the store manager, helped me this morning. He has a good sense of humor and is very efficient. They call and text you when the service is complete. One tire had a nail stuck in it, and they sealed it up within less than an hour (I came in the early morning). The service was also free!I've been here before, and the other manager I met was just as good.

First; appreciation to service representative Michael whom worked with us patiently as we go through selected tires, pricing and safety features, that will be going on our granddaughter s car heading off to college. He methodically worked coupons, rebates and he honor us and recognize my husband as a military veterans. He s so very professional, respectful and CARING. Yes I would recommend this tire business in I dip any day!

The people at American Tire Depot really let me down. I had purchased tires through a special offer made to USAA and scheduled an appointment at 12:30pm two days later. When I arrived at my appt and they were unsure how to do their billing but they had my tires and they told me they would get it done.Two hours later a guy comes out and says "are you sure you wouldn't want to come back another day?" I tell him, No my tires and installation are paid for and I had an appointment 2 hours ago and have already sat there for two hours I needed to get this done and why would I want to waste another day and wait again!So at 4 hours I am so frustrated my car is still not out. I did complain and the guy said that I had been warned that I would have to wait. It was kinda insane the first guy had told me they would get right to it.I received no apologies and my keys were tossed at saying "here lady". I had tried to be understanding and pleasant up until that 4 hour mark. They don't seem to care and really were messed up in their work priority. But I guess because I am a woman, all the men were in and out, and they already had my money what difference would it make to them. No respect.

I had a great experience with Kevin and Jose. They were honest, transparent and helpful! They addressed my problem quickly (I needed to replace a tire) and they made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I was in the area on vacation and far away from the shop I would normally use which would normally spike my "skepticism meter" Thankfully, their approach made it clear in a few minutes that they were people with integrity! I highly recommend them should you need any help with your car!

Kevin was super helpful! I was on my way to work when a mail punctured my tire. This was the first place I called and Kevin took great care of me they fixed my tire for free and then I asked him to check the wear on my tire he did that as well and gave me an honest answer (I have at least a year). I am a woman and since I know very little about cars it can be easy to sell me something yet they did not you want to go to places whereas you can trust people and he was honest, kind and helpful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Perfect customer service Thank you Kevin & team!!! I feel so grateful I found you. Please check them out.

They were able to help me right away with my low pressure tires. I originally bought tires from this store. They had to replace the tires as they gave me mismatched tires and alignment was off. They discovered it after I returned and they swapped out the wrong tires and that fixed my alignment.

Kevin and Mike went above and beyond to fix the steering wheel vibration by doing the proper dynamic balancing no more shake on my steering!!! I came all the way from Yucca Valley to fix the problem other store created!Thank you for your knowledge and professional attitude!!You guys you are the best!!

Im not sure I can say enough about my experience! It was late and the other tire retailers were absolutely no help all wanting to close shop and go home. My tire size was difficult find, calling and calling around no had the tire that my BMW required until I called American Tire Depot. Michael answered, I explained my dire situation and was comforted with a very understanding and extremely helpful individual. He stated they had my tire and if I could get there as soon as possible they could get it replaced and installed. I was greeted by Michael, he was friendly and knowledgeable and helped getting me on my way within an hour. The staff starting with Michael were all wonderful! I definitely will be back for my tire needs etc., the service was impeccable! Thank you American Tire Depot!

I m glad I contacted ATD after another tire company failed to live up to their promise. I called looking for some tires and Kevin assisted me and promised me he would have tires by 3:30 PM. He lived up to his promise and in person provided ongoing amazing service. Besides being good to look at, Kevin and his team did an amazing job. Don t go elsewhere, you will regret it!

The service at the La Quinta location is absolutely amazing! Everyone is truly nice. I've always bought my ties at this location. I took the time to pay attention to how superb the service truly is. I bought 3 tires, had an alignment done. I was told by one of the gentleman that I needed new front breaks, which I known for several months. He was never pushy or sounded as a car salesman, instead he explained the issue with having really bad front breaks. I had heard this from the mechanic that normally changes the oil. I am so happy I returned to AmericanTire Depot.

Staff were friendly and were able to help me out with a flat tire repair right away. They even returned the spare to the under carriage spare tire holder. Excellent experience, would highly recommend American Tire Depot in La Qunita

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! A year ago I started coming to American Tire Depot and was very pleased. I do Uber Rideshare so the care of my car is something I take very serious. When I called for a yearly check in I was disappointed to hear that the previous manager had left. However, Kevin the new store manager went above and beyond. When I thought this place couldn't get any better Kevin showed me that it was possible. I live in Palm Springs and will drive the hwy 111 and hit every red for 45 minutes to come to only this shop. In a world of manipulation and scams I trust Kevin and his team to work on my vehicle honestly and at a fair price.

Had a flat tire. Went to Walmart first. they wanted to sell me a new set of tires. Then I went to America s tires at 4 PM on a Saturday. They patched my tire immediately and I was out the door by 4:45. Super friendly service! Thank you guys!!!

The whole team at this location was very accommodating and offered affordable prices! They were able to change my tires by the next day I came into their shop at an unbeatable price compared to other tire centers. Thank you Mike and the rest of the team at American Tire Depot!

So I ended up with a 1 screw through my tire tread. It was late in the afternoon and I had a medical procedure scheduled for early the next morning. I called American Tire Depot in La Quinta and spoke with Kevin. He said come by and he would get me in. Kevin had me in and out in 45 minutes with my tire repaired. I definitely recommend this business. Thanks again Kevin. Jeff

Just this week I picked up my Infiniti QX after a complete transmission change out. Am plenty happy with the work and the overall experience. A major shout-out to the location manager Kevin who kept me well apprised while also working on a couple of other needs including new tires.

I always experience awesome service from the young men who make American Tires, what it is. I go to the one Hwy 111 in Indio or Monterey in Rancho Mirage,. They greet you with a smile and explain everything that you need to know about tires, and then they fix my flat tire FREE. Super cool American tires.

Stopped in to get tires replacement on all 4 tires. Quick service. Representative was real nice. Got me out in under 1 hour. Tried an upsell to redo my breaks. All in all good

Just did a "walk-in". I had a slow leak. They spotted the nail immediately and fixed it!!!! Although there was a wait (understandable with no appointment), it was super smooth and they took care of it.

I showed up badly needing a replacement tire and unable to drop the car and leave it. In addition, they were pretty busy at the time. Kevin, the manager, asked if I could give them 90 minutes and they could get to it. Shockingly (pleasantly so), they called me in 45 minutes and said it was done. I love surprises...if they are the good kind. Spoke with the tech who worked on my car. Very professional. Replaced the spare in exactly the right way and inflated all tires to my specs. Everybody incredibly friendly.
