Excellent experience here. Came in after some trouble starting my car and they found the problem very quickly. They were very honest and didn't try to charge me for anything I didn't need. I would have to attest this great experience to Terry and Hannah. They were the absolute best! Would definitely recommend going here for any car service you may need.

Very professional work, I d definitely suggest this place to all my family and friends! I had a feeling I was going to have to go to a dealer for my 2021 Honda civic, but I was wrong! Hanna was able to do what my local shop could not do. I brought my Nissan versa in for a few issues it was having, Hanna took his time to explain and showed me everything that had to be fixed. Along with showing me everything he replaced after. I would highly recommended this shop.

I got my spark plugs changed here. Hanna special ordered the correct spark plugs and got them the same day. The plugs were less expensive for the same part than at the Hyundai dealership. Labor was very fairly priced. I made an appointment and the job was done in a timely manner. Hanna and his lead mechanic Terry and the whole team are the excellent and honest.

Xpress Auto is the place to go if you need any repairs, Hanna is Amazing and keeps your vehicle running, great shop I highly recommend. Its hard to trust a shop, but Xpress is the place. 10stars!

After a disappointing encounter at AutoZone that led to a battery replacement, I got a tow from Triple A that recommended this shop because they offer a discount for Triple A members.It was late enough that I had to leave the car overnight, but they went out of their way to drop me off at AutoZone where my ride was. The service was efficient and fast, keeping me updated via phone call before doing any work.Hanna explained the issues with my car and recommended a much overdue oil change. The prices seemed fair and they accept cash or credit.Both Hanna and Terry were exceptionally helpful and I appreciated their upbeat attitdues and great banter. I came here because AAA referred me to this shop. Hanna told me that I would need a new or good used engine to replace mine and of course this isn t the kind of news you would want to hear. I was already thinking of how much this was gonna cost me until Hanna told me that he called the dealership for my car and found out for me that my car had a warranty for the engine which meant free engine for me! So thank you for your help and honesty and not charging me an arm and leg for the work that you did perform on my car.

Excellent service courteous and very helpful employees. Prices are better than dealer or other mechanic shops. And if you belong to AAA club their work is guaranteed for 24 months. Plus you get $50.00discount.Hannah is super nice. If your car is acting up with this heat take it to Express you'll be happy you did. We are for various break downs or malfunctions of our cars

We were recommended to take our vehicle to this location by our AAA roadside assistance driver... apparently this would give us a discount for being part of AAA.. we had to get our fuel pump replaced and this place charged us almost $800 dollars! We have a 2001 Chevy Silverado... they recommended other repairs such as water pump and oil pan gasket which they wanted to charge and said would come out to over $980 for the water pump and $600 for the gasket.. they take advantage of people who do not know about any of this... don t go there to get your money stolen!!! Highly dissatisfied!

Stopped by to get a new AAA battery before it failed completely. Hanna(owner) helped me (called before getting there to confirm they had the correct one in stock) and took about 30 mins. The did do not only the AAA required tests, alternator and battery, but I noticed they checked my fluids also.The ONLY thing they do not do is actual SMOG testing because they are a certified SMOG REPAIR shop. They also advertise they offer financing and LOCAL towing, although they were busy as well as I needed to leave so I don't have details on either of these offerings.

Not a good experience. One part of job done okay - other not so good. But more expensive than dealer. I am a AAA member so discounts do not show anywhere if you think you're going for that. The things they fixed were cheaper at my dealer with my veteran discount for Chevy.And here is where it gets super bad. I went in for an overheating problem... It overheated the next day. They had flushed it and put the cheapest motor for the change. They did a thermostat change. The total charge for the first work was $1,028! And they were suppose to check to make sure nothing else needs fixing. I could have purchased a new engine with that money. It overheated from a short drive. Anyways, I had to use another tow from AAA. They left water in the radiator from their diagnosis. And they wanted to charge me another $514 or $475 for just the heater connector and to refill the coolant - cost for coolant $22.14... Labor for putting coolant $90 and $400 for changing hoses. My dealer charges $400 for everything. Difference $114 not including tax. By the putting in coolant would take 10 minutes!!!!! They should just charge the coolant since it was a continuation of their work.So I would not recommend this shop. They charge more than dealer and labor hours are rounded to nearest hour no matter if it takes minutes and it would be a safety issue for car's radiator and drive.So no mercy... Super-capitalistic blood-draining prices. Next time I'll tow to my Chevy dealer.

It is difficult to find an honest mechanic that will not heighten charges or suggest unwarranted repairs and yet provide the highest quality of service.Each time I have taken my car to Xpress Auto, without asking, they conducted an overall service check and suggested needed repairs; such as new filter, tires, etc. I recently took my car in for an oil change as I also needed a smog test. I mentioned it to Hanna and after doing the oil change, he took my car for the smog service. The Xpress Auto Crew as a whole are knowledgeable, professional and caring. They have provided me with a ride home as well as picked me up to get my car. I am very please with their service and would highly recommend them for your auto needs.

They took advantage of the fact that I needed to have my Car towed in. They advised that my "engine needed to be replaced or rebuild due to high mileage".There was nothing wrong with my engine only my radiator. They charged me $80.00 for their diagnosis, needles to say I towed it else where. Highly do not recommend, get a second opinion.

First off I need to be honest to report my experience and stay with the fact. This is my first visit to this company to fix my Jeep Wrangler. They did fix the problem. My car broke down in the middle of the road deal to the clutch stop working. AAA recommended so I trusted.The first day couple hours after I dropped off my car, they called me for the diagnosis report. I asked them what exactly is my clutch system issue. They tell me the clutch system is leaking and it is why it lose pressure but uncertain where is leaking. They toll me maybe the clutch master cylinder or maybe the tub that connected the clutch. The diagnosis is unprofessional. I don't see they are diagnosis the details. The level of the diagnosis is very entry level. I paid close to $100 for the diagnosis. It is unacceptable.Second day I called them for more details information and required for pictures showing where is leaking. In the picture I see no leaking from the master cylinder. The only leaking I see is the tub that connected to the master cylinder. I call them again after I received the pictures. They simply tell me to trust them because they do have the experience. I totally don't know what to say. I let they do what they suggested.At the end I picked my car and I paid the invoice. I do a bit study afterwards. The item they claimed the price is much higher then the market value. I mean much much higher. Looking at the invoice charges breakdown it is confusing.Finally base my experience I don't see they have the expertise to diagnose. Secondly, I don't see the communication is efficient to deliver the status of my car to make me understand the actual issue. However the clutch is backup and working after replaced.I wish the business review this post and continue improving. I have to admit they do know how to fix car but business has many different aspects of success. The invoice breakdown doesn't show the details the parts cost and the service charge ordering the part and/or parts delivery cost. I think the invoice can be improve in the near future. Looking at it will confuse customer and make people think they are overcharged.

I was here like around 8:20am but the AAA guys are not yet in. I got accomodated after 25mins. I went there for AAA car care promo but the AAA guy said they were not updated with the promo. So i just went with their oil change package which has the same price with the promo, $75 for full synthetic oil. They started my car around 9:20am and they finished around 11am. Whew! Its a lot of waiting time. They were good in explaining the problems they found in the car.

May be good mechanics unless you yourself know a thing or 2 about cars. I know what the problem is and I have the part that I need installed but he keeps saying that an 89 dollar inspection is necessary and he won't take my part he has to buy the part himself thus charging me more money. Also a pretty rude and irritable guy. I work at innout and know what it means to have good customer service. In conclusion was not helpful to me because I knew what I was talking about

Exellent service highly recommended. I had two cars taken in for an oil change on different days, 22 dollars for my small car and 27 for my truck. I was very impressed how fast they did the work, and also very impsressed with the quality of work they did on both cars, for a very reasonable price too!
