First time going here they are fast and friendly and more importantly honest, they diagnosed my problem and only charged me 120 dollars every where else could expect to pay over 200

You can never go wrong coming to World Auto. Frank and Ralph are great, knowledgeable and very honest. Hard to find honest mechanics anywhere. Very clean garage and leave your car spotless with no oil smudges on the exterior. Very fair prices and they stand behind their work.

This has to be THE CLEANEST & MOST ORGANIZED shop I've ever been to. The men are very helpful and kind. I've taken car here more than twice and every time the experience is superb. I once had a different place tell me my car was done for and had to be totalled out, after a visit here I was informed that other place was insane and all I needed was a few new parts! They saved me thousands of dollars and were just so honest with me about everything which we can all really appreciate. Thank you guys(:

Just wanted to say Thanks to the Guys at World Automotive. For the great job they did on my Toyota Truck today. Now I feel safe with my brakes. They have very good prices to. I'll be back for more services in the future.

this place is very professional and the reviews speaks for itself. Frank is the gentleman that you will meet at the lobby. he will provide with professional service and will give you straight forward estimates. I've been here 2 times. 1st time was for the 100k service on my 2016 prius and I was very happy with the service. they are a no bs shop that will try add on pointless stuff like the dealers.

Just had my car repaired at World Auto Repair Inc. There friendly and expert services are a welcomed relief. There prices and services are very competitive and lower than traditional service centers. Until proven otherwise I will continue to use there services and will refer them to Family and Friends.

Been coming here for over 15 years. They service 5 of my vehicles. One of my vans has over 300,000 miles because of their work.Now my son and daughter bring their vehicles here, and they're very happy with the service.

These guys are Pros honest & up-front with info. & pricing. Word of mouth got me here 2 years ago.I left Honda Dealer in Whittier. $100.00 to do Lube, Oil & Filter (Crazy). Cost $30.00 + in Honda Parts Dept. I would change my own oil for years till a temp injury. Sorry no more info.

Frank and Louie at world auto are the only people I trust to fix any car I ever owned very friendly and always willing to help . Love this shop!! Family owned, ran by uncle and nephew! Who r very honest, very professional, reasonable prices and NO B.S!!! If I can't fix it myself I take our cars 2 them. And sent many friends there too! God bless u guys. Your friend Marco's the truck driver!

Took car in for a repair job that was quoted by another repair shop and let car to be repaired. Got a phone call Not need the expensive repair we expected. After they did diagnostic tests it was the battery needed to be replaced. Battery still under warranty. So we picked car up and NO CHARGE. For testing. How is that for Honest mechanics. Saved a couple hundred dollars. Can't find a better One Than WORLD AUTO right here in La Puente.

I have been going to them for years and wish I wrote this sooner. They are extremely honest and fair which is hard to come by these days when it comes to mechanics. I recommend them to all my friends, family and now all of you who are trying to find a great shop. I never wrote a review before but felt that they deserve it.Casey

My car had been turning off unexpectedly several times even while I was driving. I took it to several repair shops but they couldn't figure it out. My car gave out on me at work so I took it to the nearest repair shop which was World Auto the next day and explained the situation to the guy. Within a couple days he let me know the problem and my car was good as new when I picked it up. Several months later and the problem never came back. Really happy with my service, would definitely recommend this spot. The mechanic never tried to sell me some extra stuff so I'm really happy about that too. Thanks bro!

I took my car in for an air conditioning repair Frank ordered the condenser for me a day before and when the part came in he called to let me know. I took my car in the day after to drop it off so they can do the repair and he even gave me a ride home. Frank then called me saying the pet that came in was the incorrect one which obviously happens and isn t the shops fault so he told me not to worry about it that he would do his best to find the right let that he just needed some time which was ok with me as long as I got my car at the end of the day. Frank then called me and updated me that he found the correct condenser but it wasn t gonna be there till 4:00-4:30 and they close at 5 so I had to tell him to put it back together so I could pick it up. Frank then called me at 4:30 and said he received the condenser earlier than they expected and had his mechanic get right on the repair so he could have the vehicle ready by closing which he did. The work performed from this shop is the very best I have seen in a long time and I come from a background in the automotive industry myself. The vehicle was finally blowing very cold air and my family was very happy about that also the car had some front end damage that they fixed and tweaked to make it work and look better they didn t have to do that and they did which is very good on their part. Thanks to all the staff and I will definitely be back for future repairs and will definitely recommend them without a doubt.

If you want to get ripped off, be my guest and pay more. My advice is better to take your car to the dealer instead. This is just my opinion.
