If you re looking for repairs on your vehicle, look no further! This body shop is the best in town! Everyone in this body shop is very nice and very professional! From the front desk person (Cynthia), the estimators (Cuu and Julio Ceasar), even the pick up and drop off driver, no complaints whatsoever. I am a returning customer simply because I m very satisfied on the repairs of my vehicles, in the past. It always looks brand new after the repairs, like the damage never happened!!! When I got the vehicle back, it was very clean inside and out. Don t just take my word for it, do the repairs here and you ll experience a World Class Service !!!

Took them 2 weeks to replace a bumper, after all that they turn the car into me without even realizing the bumper they fixed had a paint chip from installing the bumper. We point it out, first they say oh no a rock must ve hit it from the 10 feet they drove it from the back to the front (obviously not a rock) and they say they are going to remove the bumper and respray it. After an hour of waiting the car comes out as well as the Manager, and the manager says they just lightly touched it up and the estimated says that they removed the bumper and sprayed it so two different stories but it was clearly just touched up so they LIED to me. So I then examine the car further since it was already kinda sketchy of them and see damage to under the vehicle and of course they deny it but what credibility they have, saying it was there already. After all that my driver floor mat, brake and gas pedal dirty with a white watery substance that was hard to remove. Suppose to be a worry free fix right, not really, the touched up was very poorly done and they said well we can take the car in again but you won t get it back for a couple of days and I don t have a rental or insurance for a rental and school starts soon so no time to wait another 2 weeks without a car. Bumper is replaced with an imperfection so very sketchy to me, job was done, bumper wasn t cracked anymore but poor paint job and seemingly lied to me about the rework to the paint chip on the fresh bumper. So again Caliber Collision might be another option.

Making squeaking sound each time opening & closing the trunk.Both rear bumper mudguards were not properly installed, there are gaps on the top n bottom, not steady. Both side panels are not steady either.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Seidners Collison did an amazing work on my vehicle. They not only delivered my vehicle earlier than promised but did quality work on it. Luis Gutierrez had great communication with us, with all the work that was going to be done. They made the process easy to understand. A link was sent to us to track the progress. Everyone we encounter at shop was professional. When our vehicle was delivered they went above and beyond they had it wash and detailed for us. I was not expecting that on our Jeep.

Wasted my time. Took the first appointment they had. Skipped work because it was an AM appt. Front desk was cordial. Walked over the car with the estimator for about 5mins to be turned away and told: we can t guarantee a lifetime warranty because the car is used and has had work done previously. I would avoid Seidner s unless you d prefer to gamble your time.

I took my honda accord to Seidner's for they could fix the hood of my car. They did the best job ever my car looks exactly like when I bought it from the dealership.The customer service was the best an employee of seidner's his name is Luis made me feel like we knew each other for years and he gide me step by step from beginning to end. The receptionist was very helpful and she had good customer service as well.I recommend if anyone needs body work on their cars tell your insurance to send you to SEIDNER'S.THANK YOU LUIS AND SEINER'S.

Aaa recommended me to go seidner at Loma linda.Seidner Loma linda had an excuses that their car shop was full work.Is funny because I have my friend had Collision and went to seidner Loma linda and had her car repair in there few weeks after Nov 30.I think is almost 3 week more when they give me message my car done by December 21 but is never done until now.In the beginning I did told the technician at seidner la puente that my car is having lot of computer sensor.I didn't know why seidner take it too long.I remember 2020 I had to go to caliber Collision and they repair my car faster in 5days done completely.And for the customer service,both of this seidner in Loma linda and la puente,whoever work at the desk, they don't even have a good customer service.I knew the seidner at Loma linda give me an attitude when I turn my car in.The manager there at seidner Loma linda finally told me to go this seidner in la puente.But then this people that work at the desk in the la puente, I'm not sure if he or she got good training about the customer service and how to talk with people.Couple time when I called seidner la puente, she just straight up told me she wanna put me on hold without any explanations,like if she is busy with other client or something else.After she got back on the phone,she not even Apologized to me to make me waiting too long in the phone call.I have issue with the customer services.Also one technician told me yesterday that they had to order 2part of my car and then today another guy talked about different thing like sensor for my car or something else.My question is,is this same technician that working in my car?Or how many technician that currently working with my car?Why one technician and another technician seems like misscomunicating each other.At the end,I just wanna make sure that I don't have to wait like one year just for my car to got it fix.I heard bad story from seidner customer,that seidner almost all the times working with new customers and forgot it to working on with the old customers.

So far I could say this is the best place I was able to find to take care of my car and my insurance. Eddie and honestly the entire staff is professional and super friendly.Here is my update the car was fix perfectly and they give you lifetime warranty which also my insurance does which that is great to know.They gave me my car one day ahead of schedule and Eddie kept me updated and informed about everything they where doing.Definitely recommend this body shop!!Service: Body & Trim

This was my first time using this body shop. This shop was listed as a preferred repair facility by my insurance company and was close to my house so thought I'd give it a try. I have several years of automotive repair experience and I tend to be critical of bodyshops.I was pleasantly surprised to see the level of quality of the repairs performed on my vehicle.These guys used OEM parts which I appreciated. I checked for proper gaps between the body panels, proper paint matching, and blending of the paint on the surrounding panels. I opened the hood and inspected for properly secured headlight, fender, and bumper using OEM hardware. Everything looked like it did when it was new from the factory and these are the little details which set apart a great bodyshop from a good bodyshop. I would like to thank these guys for the great work they do and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing bodyshop repair work to their vehicle.

Absolutely five star no hassle service. Mr. Hien Ly contacted courtesy and efficiency work. Guest service representative Ms Gema who is so nice girl give awesome help. Only three days my car is done repairing.

Took my car here after auto accident to replace front bumper and suspension. Mr. Ly and shop manager, Eddie, went extra mile to make sure everything was good after the repair.Great service. 100% recommend this place.

Fantastic work done on me vehicle! Had about $8500 worth of damage to my car and they made it look like brand new! They took the time to make sure every detail on my car was perfect and Frank always treated me like I was his only customer. I got an update on my car every week and the last few days my car was in the shop I called a couple of times and Frank and Alicia were so patient with me on the phone and Frank was thorough with all the details and had no problem updating me at all on the vehicles progress. They even reinstalled a window visor that had fallen off and was sitting in my back seat for me and they washed my car and vacuumed the inside really good, the car smelled great when I picked it up. I have some other dings on my car not related to the accident and plan on coming back if I keep this car for those repairs too. Thank you Frank and the whole Seidners team who worked on my baby!!!! My experience with Seidner's was very satisfying. I was given great advice to minimize the time my car would be at the center. I was treated with utmost kindness and professionalism. From start to finish everything went smoothly. I love the way my car was fixed and the way it looks. Kudos to everyone who had a part in the process. I would give you a rating of OUTSTANDING! Unfortunately I have had the misfortune of needing a body shop for the 4th time. Each time my vehicle came back looking brand new. I highly recommend to anyone that needs body work to use them.
