They worked on my car from 2pm to 5pm. Rudy said "I should charge you for six hours, but I'm only going to charge you for three hours." He charged me for three and a half hours according to my receipt. I can't recommend this shop. Good luck!

I've been going to Rudy's Auto for years. Needed to get my car fixed, and I happened to find his business on Yelp. And, I happened to pick his business just from another customers review about his customer service and treating his as if they were old friends.He and his crew have been keeping my cars running and making them safe for my family. The service is great, and he does everything he can to keep our cars in working condition. Would recommend Rudy's Auto to anyone.

Shout out to Rudy and his technicians they are great guys. I called up and explained what I needed and he gave me a good price for the work and even saved me a little money when he found an easier fix to my problem.I definitely recommend these guys if you have anything GM they do good work they got my clapped out muscle car running and driving again I couldn't be happier

My fiance found this place by doing our famous google search, in this case "Best Auto Repair Shop near me" and I can see why it was one of the top results found. As soon as I got there I was greeted by the owner Rudy. I told him what I needed and within minutes, he took my info, gave me a quote and a time of when my car would be done. My car was ready exactly at the time he said it would be, which doesn't happen too often, at least not at other shops I've been to. I should also include that the cost of what I got done was way lower than what I was expecting. So that was a plus. The guys at the shop were efficient and courteous. I have found my new my new auto repair shop.

Rudy's was great. I felt confident from the first. His prices were good and he worked quickly, changing my breaks in about 3 hours. I even got a lower price for paying cash. I would definitely recommend this auto repair to anyone in the area.

Rudy gave my car a complete check up even it was only warning lights that came on. First he determined what the warning lights were for then made recommendations on what repair was needed and what wasn t necessary. I really appreciate his sincere professional attitude !

All around thumbs up, Excellent customer service, great mechanics, well managed and the most honest auto repair ive encountered. And I know practically every auto mechanic shop, from the most crooked and dishonest to the most trusted in San Gabriel valley, and I can only name about two who I could trust with my savings account and not worry about money being missing.. Rudy my friend is one of them..I've worked with him and numerous mechanics in my previous profession; delivering auto parts to them from a local whole sale/ reseller outfit, and I've seen some really scandalous people who work in the industry, but Rudy is not one of them.. thank you for your friendship.

Rudy is an honest mechanic and does a great job in a timely manner. I recommend him for your auto repairs and replacements. He replaced my clutch and he had me back on the road. He gave me an excellent price. God bless him and like another reviewer said, I am an Electrician if he ever needs help I'll help you out Rudy!

Honestly if they had 10 stars I'd give it 10 stars. I've been dealing with Rudy for a couple years now and he's truly God sent. When I take it to him I know I'm getting an honest answer and price. I know this because when I ask the going rate for XY & Z from friends and family they always tell me the same thing "you're a getting a heck of a deal" and not to mention the quality of work is superb. He's doesn't comprise quality because his prices are so good. Take your car here if you have issues! Thanks Rudy for always being a good honest mechanic. Rudy is good mechanic as is his people, he good with pricing, more than fair. He will be my go to mechanic until I leave Cali or he retires! If want good quality work and not the chain "we only money" store then see Rudy

After taking my car to a couple of different places and many repairs later I still heard a loud sound coming from the front left of my car, especially at around 45mph. I also found out that a hose was improperly installed by the service center I went to and they refused to take responsibility for it and make it right. It's hard to justify pouring hundreds of dollars into a car worth barely 2k when there's no confidence it'll actually be fixed. Now I'm thanking God we found Rudy (via google) who was able to finally properly diagnose and fix what was causing the loud sound and also installed a new hose that the service center did poorly before. Rudy gave me a fair price, fixed the vehicle quickly, didn't charge extra for the diagnosis (the service center wanted $130 PER ISSUE just to diagnose what might be wrong) and provided a shuttle service. I will definitely recommend Rudy to others and return as a customer myself.

I had a power steering problem and Rudy troubleshooter and fixed the problem...yes that's his job but he went above and beyond to get me back on the road at his expense not mine. He takes pride in his work and god will bless him for being honest and trustworthy...I'm a union carpenter and I know he has a new shop and I would be glad to build something free of charge for him knowing he is a good man.you can't even find friends like that anymore let alone a mechanic

I have a 1997 Honda prelude and been thinking I've had a vtec solenoid gasket leak which I've tried to fix myself multiple times. Apparently the leak was from the cam seal right behind the solenoid gasket. Which one of my Honda specialists failed to check when I went in for the leak issue. Rudy got everything fixed by the end of the day. Just on time for me cause I have to go house hunting in Vegas tomorrow morning. Very professional, straight to the point honest, not trying to low ball you. I decided to try to go to him since my dad has been getting his Nissan quest 97 fixed by him. And to this day my dad's quest that has over 300,000 miles is still running in the original motor and transmission . Highly recommend.

Great guy. Great mechanic. Used him for the past 5 years. Never had to take my car back for the same problem. Once he fixes things, it's F'n Fixed! Aha. Highly suggest using Rudy

I had my car check engine light on,I had a friend with a scanner code P2017 it's a Dodge Caliber 08,going thru google i Find out it can be a number of things intake manifold,throttle body etc I called the dodge dealer and they said that without a diagnostic they can not tell me more,but they were willing to tell me for $80 dollars!! Ouch!! researching thru the internet going thru dodge forums I found out that problems like this are common on cars like mine,finally the red throttle light came on and my car was partially disable,I could only drive 10 MPH,I live in West Covina and did not know were to take my car,most mechanics I know are in L.A, finding Rudy;s thru Yelp I decide to give them a call,took my car and they replace the intake manifold,Throttle body and do oil change Parts were $375 and labor $250 the throtle body $220 was new from the dealer,intake was used from the junk yard,the total cost $625 for a repair that will probably be $1200 at the dealer according to my research,one thing that I want to add is that for repairs on this parts,the mechanic shop must have a computer to reset the car onboard computer so the parts will work and rudy has that equipment,any ways highly recommend Rudy for repairs,also they gave me a ride home when I need it,Melissa(receptionist) and Daniel who also work there are really nice too

Rudy's has moved to another facility, but his price is not cheaper than usual shops. I had to leave my cars there several days for repairs because of wait.

Out a state, walk in visitor- he was so much help, him and his team rushed to fix my vehicle cause they knew I was sleeping in it at the time, and I needed to get home. Really couldn't thank them enough
