They needed to order my tires, so that morning I called and they ordered , called me, I came in & they installed them along with alignment. Two tires with alignment under $300! What a deal! I was only waiting maybe 40 min. I m a return customer and I will continue to return.

Scam business, be aware!!. Need to get wheels alignment after replaced tie rods.Being informed by the staff that tires has to be brand new to be able to do wheels alignment. I smiled and drove off.Note: Either they really have no knowledge about wheel alignment principle or their boss only told them to scam people because they can get more money from having customers replace unnecessaries new tires.Please do NOT support this local business.

I used to come to this place a lot. Many years ago, but they seem to have changed. I brought my vehicle here to get the brakes done, They did a terrible job and now. My steering wheel shakes violently when I break. Will never come back here

First time here. I went to see them after having a bad experience with another local tire shop down the street. Perez wheels and tires really understands the importance of customer service. I called them and they quoted me a price for a new tire. That s exactly what I paid when I got there. They replaced the tire in no time. Great overall experience. Very straight-forward and get your problem fixed in no time. I felt viberation at high speed and they trouble-shooted in 5 min and fixed the out of balance tire right away. Very experienced and very honest and reliable. You can't go wrong with this shop.

Been coming here for all my tire needs. And my wife also comes her and she has bought tires and a set of rims for her car. They have great friendly customer service. Always giving friendly advice when asked a question. There tire pricing is awesome! They always have a choice of pricing and tires to choose from that fits your budget. Majority of the time they have the tire in stock. Today I'm getting a set of tires and a muffler installed. The installation was done great. Very happy with the work performed. There shop is also very clean & professional. Makes you want to bring in you car to dirty up the place...lol.... That's why I keep coming back for the GREAT PRICING and the FRIENDLY SERVICE!!!

Great family service and good prices. Free tire rotation when you buy your tires here. Brake service was a first for me here. I thought it was only tires and wheels but they do it all That! That comes in handy.

Found myself suddenly in need of a used tire. Called Perez Wheels & Tires. They not only had the tire, but when I arrived at the shop they were able to get me in and out in less than 15 minutes. All of the employees were extremely nice and helpful with the questions I had. The price was very reasonable and the service was exceptional. Would definitely refer others to them and will certainly return myself.

I've been coming here for a few years for tire service and most recently for oil changes and break service. The guys are great, quick and respectful. I feel safe in my car thanks to their service. I truly appreciate their service and that's coming for a girl that spent many years in the automotive industry.

I got a good deal on a set of tires for my prius that I even paid less than Costco. They gladly rotate my tires every 5k miles without hesitation. I'm definitely coming back here for all my wheel needsThey also have a very nice selection of rims tooService: General repairs & maintenance

I have been coming to Perez for over 20 years and they have always provided great customer service with very competitive rates. Don Jose has installed new rims and tires, new exhausts, oil changes, tune-ups and suspension work on all my vehicles so far. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

Coming here for years bought wheels and tires here before.. Came in for alignment talked to Junior he advised would not be worth it since my tires were not good , over 5 years . Explained why and showed me the reason, tires were cracking some due to dry rot. Told me to get remaning use out of then replace, which I suspecred already due to age.. Said he can but would probably not fix the issue. Good service is letting customers know when they are spending money for something they don't need. Definitely recomend this place.

Got my my mini van aligned here, best price I could find. Nice guys, they let my kids watch youtube on their tv in their waiting room. We were there for about 45 mins.

Just lost my job to COVID19, Perez and his crew came through with what I needed. Namely used tires, Lower ball joint replacement both sides and an alignment to cap it off. Price was very reasonable. I was very happy with my results and the staff. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone trying to save some money and get a good job done.

I called ahead to see if they had my size tire. It took them just a few more minutes to come back I let me know that they have plenty of mine and stop. I arrived within 10 minutes or so and the person that assisted me was quite friendly and very informative from the very beginning. He brought out several tires for me to inspect to see which ones I preferred and then gave me some honest advice. Turns out I only really needed to buy two and rotate the other two... Save me some money which I appreciated. I would recommend this place

Bad,bad paid $750 for tires less then a week low air. Went back owner wanted to charge me $20 for each tire to change a "valve stems seal" which is ridiculous. I'm getting new tires you should make sure air pressure is fine or let customer know there might be extra charge later cause it's not included with tires. The owners daughter's rude not friendly at all, No custumer service. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. The 4 1/2 Stars they have must be from them rating themselves or family members.

Called in this morning to get a quote on two tires and an oil change. Lady on the phone was very helpful in assisting me. I brought my car in 30 mins later and 45 mins later I was picking up my car. Excellent service and courteous staff. I will be returning.

I needed my tires balanced .. I had called another shop and they wanted $20.00 a wheel and it still depended on the size of my rim ... when I called Perez they said that it would be $10.00 a wheel regardless of size... They even said that if my tires needed some special balance that it would still be $10.00 a wheel.... I'm always working on cars and this place was very reasonable and quick

Great service!! they are very informative and very quick. always stop in and they check tire pressure and inflate to proper level for free!! actually just got a flat and need to contact if they have good pricing for replacement tires!! #crossingmyfingers.Update: they hooked me up with a used tire that's almost in same condition as other tires for $45 (great deal). that way when it comes to getting new ones, ill still be able to get all 4 at the same time! I also got an oil change the very next day on civic and they were very quick. Only thing is that i asked if they could do me a favor and put on windshield wipers for me that i had already purchased, and they said yes. They said car was ready but guy told me i had wrong size (which i didn't) but had no time to argue. I was going to tip him too. Hey if you cant or don' want to just say so. #thetruth..update- well they did the oil chage quickly- forgot one main thing, they forgot to put the cap back on!!! this is my wife's car so she's not very keen on looking out for things wrong with the car. So one day i take it to work and it stalls on me, i look under hood to find oil spilled EVERYWHERE!!!! luckily cap was still there and hadn't fallen. I called AAA and they towed it to Perez shop. this was less than 1 week from date i had oil change so i knew it was them. So i had to get off work early to check on car and he said it was the starter and nothing to do with oil spill. They wanted to charge me $280 to fix. Thing that bothered me most is that when i showed up to shop, everyone gave me the stink eye and made it seem like they did nothing wrong!!! NEVER GOT A SORRY!!!! all they said was to bring it back so they can clean engine. I bought starter for $80 and my boy installed for $60= $140 (half price). The owner's daughter was very helpful every time i went in and had great customer service, but unfortunately her work ethic doesn't relate to anyone else there! I'm sure shes the one that will read this. You have just lost a customer and i hope you hold someone accountable!!! this is unacceptable!!!!
