We bought new tires from one of their branch and when I bring it back for a tire repair just couple week after they told us they don't work on Tesla and throw the key to me instead of handling it over.That's it will never come back super rude and not recommended.

I wanted to go over here and check the car, but their truck was parked at the intersection, and before I knew what to do, the truck driver came over and yelled at me and told me to go back, but their employees seemed nice and apologized to me.

Manny and the whole team are amazing. I've been coming here for about 12 years. Manny has always been professional and great with explaining things thoroughly as to understand fully what's wrong and options to remedy any issue. Super friendly and definitely helped me during COVID times when I needed an engine swap.I always tell people "I got a guy/place" because I can count on quality and honest work for great prices.A+ quality customer service and care for your car

Manny and Manny Jr were lifesavers! Strong personalities but super friendly! I came in last minute with a car battery that kept dying on me and they got it fixed within 30min even though they were super busy and didn't over charge. I have a newer model car so it's hard to get to the battery to change it. Very thankful they were able to do it! I am recommending them to everyone!

So glad to have found Manny Jr who used to work in the West Covina location. He has always been so helpful with everything. When I need my car worked on, I always bring it to him and his staff. Great work and fair prices.

Manny was very helpful they had a problem getting a part for my car so they gave me a ride home. Next day had it fixed and ready to go early.

I've been bringing my cars here for a long time now.. i am pleased with the work they have done on my cars.. I leave happy. Great customer service a place you can trust. Manny takes care of his customers.. I definitely recomend it here.. I trust them wit my cars.. im one happy customer

On July 20th I decided to take my car for an Oil change. I arrive at 7:55 a.m.8:05 a.m. office is still closedI was about to leave, however at 8:15 a.m. an employee opens the office and says the boss is running late.I left at 8:16 a.m. went to another business down the street. I got an oil change & 4 new tires in about 30 min.Thanks for wasting my time.

I was traveling in my classic chevy truck I just bought an was having brake issues on the freeway still had about 80 more miles to go with no brakes I had been turned down by a few shops in the area an was almost about to call a tow truck an luckily I called midas. Manuel went out of his way to get me back on the road safely. Highly recommend him and his Midas Team.

I've done my oil change here a few times at a reasonable price. On my most recent trip they charged me in the triple digits FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!! I was very upset because I thought I could trust these guys. Not anymore....

I have been going to Midas for over 18 years. Alway good sevice. My car overheating alarm went off on March 13, 2020 while at a drive thru. I took it in for repair. I was told it was the water pump and then I was told the thermostat would most likely go out. Mechanic said I should change it too. $500+. Two weeks later my car over heating alarm went off again, at another drive thru. I took it back to Midas. There was another mechanic working the counter and shop I've never seen him in all my years as a customer. I parked my car and walk up to the door where he stopped me and said, "Do you want something?" I suddenly felt like I wasn't welcome or didn't belong. I told the man I was bringing my car back because the over heating alarm came on again. Five hours later he calls me and said I need a new fan. It would cost around $570. I was shocked. I tried to tell him I just paid over $500 to fix the problem, then it wasn't the water pump because there was never any fluid leaking. He cut me off and asked if was I going to fix it or not. I told him I would be picking up the car just put it back together. I took my car to Discount tires where my son takes his car. The mechanic ran the engine and found a small leak on a hose that runs above the fan. It dripped on the connector which shut the fan off. It only happened once just like when I sat at the drive thu. He changed the hose and ran the engine again, the alarm did not go off. It cost $107. If I had paid for the fan at Midas for $570 then I would have spent over a $1000.00 and still had the over heating alarm go off. I have been changing the oil, brakes, tunes ups, new tires and other maintenance on my vehicles for over 18 years at Midas. I have been a loyal customer but this mechanic who I felt didnt want to be bothered with properly checking my vehicle has lost my business.

I was given an appointment for 3.00 pm. Got there 10min ahead of time, Got out at 4.54pm. That's an awfully long time for an oil change.Didn't honor my $20off coupon for full synthetic oil change. Explaination given was that the specific kind of oil my Fiat500l uses, is excluded from discount.Clean surroundings and convenient location just off 60 freeway, opp a shell bunk and car wash. Subway and Burger King in same complex in case you get hungry waiting ;)Now changing 2 star to 1 star. Check oil light comes on 900 miles after full synthetic oil change. Met with poor levels of customer service upon a request to check on it.

My wife's truck broke down and the first place I thought about was Midas. Manny sr. recommended an affordable tow truck and had my wife's truck up and running within an hour. Thanks Manny and team for your quick and reliable help.

RIP OFF... spent $400 on AC repairs and only worked for a month, f this...... reply for owner: if you fix something the first time, it should be done right. Would you go back to someone who just ripped you off?
