Arrived at 5pm and we were turned down, they said they were closed. Their Google information and the door at their location states 6pm. False information and a waste of time driving over there. Also, bad attitude by the employee that told us we should call the owner to change the time.

I had called to ask if they had LT tires available and in stock for an RV and they said yes. Upon taking my vehicle there it took 1-2 hours to complete. Once I left I had noticed in my TPMS monitor that the tire they had replaced was already leaking. I had to drive back to them only to tell me it is not leaking.I asked them to spray it with soapy water to see it bubble and it was leaking from the valve stem they had replaced. They eventually told me they fixed it without taking the wheel off so I left. The next day it was leaking once again and had almost leaked all of its air(80psi to 24psi). I decided not to waste my time on another trip to their shop and to inspect it myself this time only to find they did not tighten the nut on the new valve stem they installed.This is very disappointing considering they are a tire shop that is supposed to be competent to do a tire replacement.I Definitely don t recommend this shop.

This is a family owned business. Trustworthy and reliable. They really bring their promises to reality when it comes to service and efficiency. Great place and great atmosphere when I go there for my car service. Transmission, engine, oil change or tires repair.Julie, Carlos and Mr. Lopez are great people

PLEASE READ ALL THE BAD REVIEWS. I WISH I HAD......It was 96', super hot. Had a flat tire. I waited for an hour which I didn't mind. I asked for water because I was super thirsty. They had a water dispenser with a bunch of cups. The lady said there's no cups and refused to give me water after asking twice in a nice polite way. This lady lacks compassion. She's the most selfish lady ever. Vieja bruja horrible. I would've paid $5.00 extra for a cup of water.

A great place with possibly the last honest mechanics that let you know if what you want can be done or not the first time out.Super satisfied with all personnel from office to the guys at the shop.Also worth mentioning is that the facility was in perfect order without debris and safety concerns for the working people.

I called because they treated my daughter good and gave her a good deal on tires for her car, she received good service but she is also very pretty and young. The person who answered the phone seem not to want to help me since they had closed a couple of minutes before and wanted to get rid of me right quick and therefore, didn't give me good quote on tires for my car. So, I will seriously consider not doing business with Lopez Tires and this is the reason I'm going with Firestone. Their loss seriously!

I've brought my vehicle here on more than one occasion to fix the same issues ive been having. They were never fixed but I was still charged for each visit for it being fixed.

The only tire shop I prefer to go to. Maybe because I'm a little biased or maybe because their service has never let me down. Lopez tires is the only place I'll go to get tires. Prices are always Fair and or unbeatable. If you need an alignment or any mechanical needs they can take care of you as well.

Go to Lopez Tires first before you shop other places. You'll see that their prices are the best in town and their customer service is it really good. You don't have to stand around waiting for someone to come help you as soon as you pull up even before you're getting out of your car they're asking you how they can help you. Been going there for years and it won't change.

Julissa helped me get a couple of badly needed rare sized tires and her staff helped replace another one found in bad, bad shape. Price was very reasonable and the work was done quickly. Highly recommended!

I come to this shop out of convenience because it's closest to my home. Every time I have them repair something I leave unhappy. It takes for me to speak to the owner every time before the job gets done right. This last time I took my car for inspection they told me I needed to replace one bearing, but I had to leave my car. Since I didn't make the arrangements to do that, I took it back the following week. I left it for the day. The guy working on my car called me to tell me that it was two bearings that needed to be replaced, not one. I thought it was a bit fishy considering he had inspected it prior and he had said only one bearing needed to be replaced. I went for it because I needed my car back. Got my car back the day after. As soon as I drove off the lot the break light wouldn't go off. Btw, I had the breaks done too. The tire that supposedly was making noise before I got the bearing replaced was making noise after it was supposedly replaced. I took it back to them and the first thing they asked is if i was going to leave the car because they didn't have time to work on it. These people think that we have the time in the world to keep taking time off our day to keep going back for work that should be done right the first time. That's why I had left them my car so that they would take their time to work on it. I called the next day to see if they were done with my car, and they said they were done since the day I dropped it off. So why wasn't it test driven? They had enough time to double check their work, but choose not to. These people may charge you the cheapest, but they also give you poor quality work. Now the owner is never there. It's the daughter who runs the front desk and her son that run the shop. The kid doesn't know what he's doing, and like the other reviews said, the front desk lady's attitude sucks. She has no customer service skills. Maybe because her dad owns the shop she feels she doesn't have to be friendly to people, but the bad service all around has finally made me reconsider looking for a new shop.

Do not come here unless you wana be talked in 30 min wait and actually wait for 3-4 hrs....they take your car in take off the tires and do not touch it till hrs later

Took over 2 hours just to install 2 tires.. left new tires way off balance (I believe it was on purpose). customer service is bad.. and the techs just laugh dont care wouldn't recommend it. Had same issue in past but I thought I would give another chance, I was wrong.Perez tires is a better and more professional shop

I decided to send my boyfriend to this shop because when we first dealt with them they seemed like great honest people. Unfortunately I was VERY WRONG.He called and asked if he needed an appointment, they said no come on in whenever. So he took his mustang in on Tuesday early morning when they opened so he'd get his car back before work the next day. They told him it would be 2-3 hours for his master cylinder to be done. So by noonish.. it's about 4pm now and they still have not called or anything we call and they say it will be ready by 5:30 (close to closing time). We go and its 5:30 & the son says it's almost ready. . Now after waiting another hour, they tell my boyfriend they need to keep the car overnight. So we decided okay that's fine because we'd decided it be best that they take their time than rush through the job. (Remember this is ONLY for a master cylinder that usually only takes 2 hrs ...)The next morning no call, or nothing. We called and they said it was ready, so we head on over to get it. On the way home the a/c stops working and now its barley Thursday and on the way to work the car shuts off more than 4 times.. ALL THESE ISSUES THAT WERE NEVER THERE ARE NOW HAPPENING. WE'VE CALLED AND ALL THEY SAID IS ITA NOT THEIR PROBLEM AND THEY DIDNT TOUCH ANYTHING THAT CAN AFFECT IT. THEY ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY PEOPLE. THEY WONT TAKE THE TIME OF DAY TO TRY TO FIX THE ISSUE OR ANYTHING. WE WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS SHOP AGAIN. & your son, only attitude and arguments . You should not have to take your car for one thing and leave with more problems. HORRIBLE SERVICE OVERALL!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience. Was told not to go there every time and now I know why. First and foremost customer service is horrible! I understand that buying a used tired is never a guarantee but three tires (1st blew on the freeway 2nd warped and 3rd sold with multiple leaks) within one month, not even one month is ridiculous, especially with them saying and assuring that all the tires a GOOD CONDITION tires. Horrible horrible horrible. I see why they have bad reviews.FOR YOUR SAFTEY AND YOUR CHILDREN DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Lady is just rude in the front desk. Obviously shes miserable and has the need to take it out on people that need assistance. I would gladly drive extra 5 miles just to not go there just because of her and I know many other people would agree.

The best service and price on tires and wheels.Don't waste your time shopping around. This location has been in business before 1991 when I started going there. I only shop here. Why go through the headache of getting garbage somewhere else?

they are great have b'n going here for yrs & yrs. the other day had a very last minute incident & happened to pull up in their drive way had to have b'n 10 mins til closing & they truly took care of me with new tires 4 a very good price & had me on my way in 30 mins. I was very greatful for everything they did for me that evening.

A cool mechanic shopnot only for tires they do other work as well. Service is fast they get right to it the guys are friendly and theirs a bunch of fast food places you can go to incase you have a long wait.

Brought my truck for an engine & transmission rebuilt, spent good money on it, but they still couldn't figure out the engine light, they only gave me the run around,Why would they help, they had my money already. Never again will I bring my business here...
