Absolutely horrible customer service, I tried doing a deal with the manager after talking to one of his reps which was outsourced and very professional. The rep set me up to meet the owner at the dealer, I made absolutely sure to let him know about my credit situation low 600 and that I could only afford 2k down payment on a $6500 vehicle he said the owner would work with me and that everything was in house. I get down there to see the vehicle all the way from Ontario during a heavy storm and when I get there the person who I first talk to says he doesent know the rep I am talking about, I call the rep he says that guy is like that because they are competion none the less the only guy at the office is eating in front of us wont acknowledge the vehicle we are talking about the person on the phone we are talking to so the rep has to call the owner who calls me to tell me if I knew the price in which I answered yes and that if I knew about the down payment and I told him that the rep said he was willing to work with me and he told me that considering the weather which I just drove all the way to his place to see that particular vehicle he wasent willing to bring it to me to see because he apparently parks it at his house and acted as if I were wasting his time. He told me that if I dident have the 3k that he would not come down and show me the vehicle or work with me, he told me that he was already financing me so he needed half of what the car value is!! Do not WASTE your time this is your classic lemon lot.
