You know in this world it's not easy to find people that are honest sometimes. That's why I'm giving this shop five stars. I thought my tire was losing air ended up finding out by their honesty that it wasn't.Plus my car was shaking anything over 70 mph so I thought I would need to do a balance on all of my tires.So you can understand why I doubted that only one tire needed to be balanced properly to correct the problem.But he said that's all I needed so I paid and left and tried my car on the freeway going 74 miles an hour maybe a little over and no shake.So what could have cost me 80 bucks minimum to a new tire or tires like most places would try to do to you.Only cost me 20 bucks now that's honesty as long as I live in this area I will definitely be going there again anytime I need anything to do with my tires and I recommend the same.My thanks go out to an honest shop.

Went to 3 different tire shops before this 1, none of the other shops would even help me, here they helped me, and seem to be more about helping people than getting a quick profit like these other places. My repair was quick and cheap, and they worked like a professional pit crew, 11/10 experience.

Extremely poor service . Their tire tech are really dishonest and have too much attitude . The person refused to do my service as I came back within two months to fix the new tires under warranty and they simply blamed it to my alignment. When my alignment was already done and performed long time ago. Better go somewhere else to fix the tire or pay little extra rather than going to these crooks.

Miracle workers blow out my tire and damaged my rim on a rental.They managed to get me all patched up and were able to save the rim after a few hours of hard work.The price was reasonable and I would sing their praises to anyone else in the area.

Tried two big corps because of a new (2022 tire) got a screw in. Both big corps just said change the tire, one of them suggested change all tires!Came to these guys, no talk, in 10 minutes got my tires fixed as good as new Very reasonable price, definitely highly recommend..

Incompetent - unaware of how their key chains may effect the paint on my car while conducting work. Scratch rims, are rather rough with equipment. Poor communication, easily misunderstood

Amazing customer service, they are honest, efficient and friendly! They provided quick service at a great price! Affordable options tailored to my budget and they were really hospitable when i came back with my toddler son! The tire i ordered came so fast and they made sure to even check other issues i had with my struts and TPMS light ! Firestone quoted ridiculous pricing and i always felt screwed over . Here i felt like family and they genuinely cared !! Ill never go anywhere else for my tire and auto work needs!

Went in for brakes and struts got an unbelievable deal and the service was shift and efficient. My van runs great! For any automotive tire or suspension needs I reccommend these guys they're reasonable and know what they're doing.

This place is awesome! Great customer service. Fair prices and it's been in this community for many many years. A lot of people I know go here and have good things to say about this establishment. Please support this business and please when you get work done, if you can please tip the workers they work really hard and I am sure appreciate any and all cash tips

A very good example of a horrible tire shopI brought my car for tire balance for my brand new wheel set a day ago (2/11/2018), and I found out the scratch on my wheel of near center cap this morning (2/12/2018).So, I made phonce call to them when I found out but they just said they don't have any responsiblity for scratch.According to their word, they have sign on front of shop that they don't have any responsibility about scratch.(I didn't see anything, It might be placed where you can hard to find out.)Yes, I might miss that sign, so I just asked them send me the picture that sign but they just said I can come over and check it.Their tire mechanic was friendly but I'ven seen they throw whees out and kick the wheels.I did not pay $40 to ruin my wheels.I don't think they care how much you care about your car or wheel.Please avoid this shop if you don't want to scrath on your wheels.If you don't mind someone scratch your stuff I would say you just got the right place.

Very poor customer service. I am looking to buy a used tire, inquired about the thread percentage. One guy told me it s $70 for a 19 in tire with 10-15% thread life left on it? Sounds pretty dumb. Another guy took the phone and I m asking the same question, he said I need to drive all the way to La puente which is atleast 10 miles away to find out the thread percentage, told him that s inconvenient, what if I don t want the tire because the thread is low, instead of trying to help he hangs up the phone. Been here a few times and got great service but I guess the sun is hotter today and he does not want to be at work smh

Sent my grandmother here with a tire light they said the valve stem needed to be replaced 20$ and the tire light is back on. Obviously they changed for something that wasn t wrong and the tire pressure issue is still there. Won t be coming back after having to wait over an hour for my issue not to be resolved and changed for it.

I changed tires in this store couple of days ago! Then my tire pressure alarm lamp is on, I tried to reset the tire pressure monitoring system several times but it didn t work! So I went back to ask them check the system again, they insisted that my tire pressure sensor is expired Be honestly, I don t believe that my tire pressure sensors are just about to expire before they changed my tire! Now I have to pay extra money to fix my sensors!

Went in kinda late to fix a tire that I thought had a nail but the gentleman help me even if it was late and told me there was no mail and proceeded to add air to all my tire I was impressed but he's action he could of sold me a tire or toke me for a ride and he didn't they have my business

Amazing service! I drove up to their garage area, and as soon as I got out of the car their employee was already jacking my car and grabbing the tools he needed for my bad tire. The overall tire patch & repair took less than 10 minutes, and I was out with a tire that was almost new. It was also incredibly inexpensive!Leave these guys a tip! They deserve it!

This place is the best! Best prices around, great people and customer service. I am a loyal customer so they treat me even better, but to be honest they treated me this way the first time I was here. Which is probably the main reason Ive kept coming back all these years.I have rare wheels and they seem to always have them in stock and for the best price too, which is lucky for me. Other places come close, but there is something about La Puente tires that is VERY quaint.Try them once and see how convenient and professionally friendly they are. Call ahead for prices, haggle if you can, they are cool like that. They beat advertised prices every time. 5 stars indeed!!

These guys are fast and very competitively priced. $20 for a tire repair. It's a little chaotic when you come in bc the system is not that clear, but the service is great.

This used to be my go to tire place. They were always friendly and had good prices. The past couple of times I've come here I've had poor service. The last time I came to put tires on my van. My van had extremely old tires on it over ten years old. I was ready to put brand new tires on. The guy at the counter said someone was gona come help me. I waited outside while two other customers were helped ahead of me. So I left. Sad to say I won't be going back.

Great people, great service. I went there a couple of weeks ago. I was frantic because I had a flat tire that could not be repaired and Volvo tires are expensive. Luckily the AAA guy had recommended them and I was not too far away. I got a used tire that was better than what I had for a very low price and they didn't fleece me. They helped me out a lot and I will never forget it.

Best price for tires, and they will be honest, tell you if your tire can be fixed or if you need to replace it. They have saved me so much $$$!!After 2 years since I posted the above review, I still give them 5 stars! and will add that they do brake service too! WAY more affordable than other, it's striking how much they saved me! Another place I paid over $600! , and you will pay much less here! I even had my "regular" mechanic quote me on replacing rear brake pads, and La Puente Tire charged me 1/2 of that to do it! I love this place!

This establishment has been here for many years. Always good prices for new and used tires. Best deal in town when your on a tight budget. Trust me i know! Personal are bi lingual and are always willing to help you find what you need in tires and accessories.
