Great place to wash your vehicle . Friendly staff , they get the job done . If there s little details you want them to clean communicate and they will do it . Lucio is great! his the one in charge of special pricing when you have special request . I believe his location is under new ownership . When you use your card there s a transaction fee I believe of 3% . The lady at the register was the best . I did a full detail to take away minor scratches that has paint . I also came back for a regular wash . This location will be my new go to place to wash my suv .

The level of intelligence that is needed to clean a vehicle isn't much. But apparently some of these guys don't have that capability. Horrible interior job didn't even bother to clean the back. I really regret giving that idiot a 15 dollar tip because now I gotta finish the job I paid this car wash to do

Worked here great people excellent pay outstanding supervisor. It should be even more better after the new remodeling.. Mr Max EXCELLENT MAN AND LUCIANO ALSO . THEY MAKE YOUR VISIT FEEL WONDERFUL!!

This car wash is the best car wash I have ever took my car too. Very detailed with washing and after care . My car looks bran new when I drive out 5 stars for sure

I ve been a big fan of this place for years and is the closest one to where I live but after today I have nothing else to say than that I will be going somewhere else. The stablishment management promotes bad service and if you need them to provide the service that is least expected they want for you to pay an additional $25. In my case I paid for the most expensive and requested to please ensure the cleaning of my new car all weather mat that I see they clean with water but in this case they refused and said that it was only vacuum or with air and refused to clean with a big spill in the middle of the rubber mat so I explained I paid the most expensive service and expected them to clean. Simply terrible if that s there new service policy I think they shouldn t continue taking the advantage of people. Bad Bad .Bad service, horrible experience.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

It s crazy to think for the amount of money you pay for a car wash plus tip that someone can completely no wipe down the interior and or vacuum your car doesn t take a genius to do that and what s worse the guy vacuuming was eating a breakfast sandwich while servicing my car!!!! Horrible interior service there was dirt still all over the floor ..that was my last time NEVER AGAINServices: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Have lived in the area for more than 25 yrs and coming to this car wash since. The young entrepreneurs that started and grew this business with GREAT CUSTOMER CARE. Apparently and SADLY they sold it off to new owners recently and it shows. New owners quickly raised prices immediately but the worst part is the horrendous lack of friendliness and basic customer care. I tried to redeem a 10-wash coupon and the woman at register who greets you as if you are coming in to ask for a loan. Everyone else in the office staff (seems like all family) have the same miserable look and attitude. She told me aside from redeeming my little coupon I needed to.pay an additional $3.00 because the coupon is only for.regular car wash only and I had asked for Armor All on the tires! I have been purchasing bulk car wash "booklets" (15 wash tickets) for 20 years from previous owners. The coupon does NOT specify it is for "regular" car wash only. She then sent who I assume to be her son to order the person washing the car to withhold the Armor All on the tires, without asking me, to compensate for the $3 bucks I was refusing to pay on principle. And it's not the $3 bucks or the coupon, it's the total lack of respect and rude uncaring treatment for the customer on the part of the new owners. Needless to say I WILL STOP COMING HERE and will tell all friends and family so they can choose a new car wash to take care of them right as every customer deserves. DO NOT COME HERE!! HORRIBLE TREATMENT!! AND THEY DON'T CARE AS I WAS LITERALLY TOLD BY THE WOMAN AT THE REGISTER!!!

Looks like there are new owners and they take a very long time to wash your vehicle. Prices are higher then before. Looks like I'll be making the switch to the car wash down by Valley. $10 unlimited wash a month.

Every detail taken care of. VIP BEST DEAL... Staff working hard to dry all cars the right way. Workers not on cell phones or taking or listening to loud music. Just doing there JOB. Making sure your happy with your car wash experience...

We like coming here to get our car washed. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly. If u will go often, don't forget to get a punch card. We finally had enough visits to get a free wash. It was a basic wash but good enough.

DO NOT GET YOUR TINT WORKED ON BY THE GUY IN THE BACK!!! I went to him to have my decals removed. after the removals he quoted me $30 to redo my driver side window tint only I went back after a week (which is today). He happened to be on the phone when dealing with me. Goes to my car looks at it again and quotes me $40 then $45 then he looks at me again and says he ll do it for $40. And then I said what happened to $30??? Trying to hustle me by being greedy. I immediately went to another shop and BANG! $30. I really like the car wash place but they messed up by employing a greedy guy!

Everytime I come here feels like no matter what package I get, I get a basic car wash. Rims, windows and inside of my car always left dirty there shouldn t be no need to have to check my car to see if the job I payed for was done.

Prices fair but everytime you have too really inspect your car to see if it was clean properly. Could use improvement on this service. New owners and prices have gone uo ,especially the oil change.. Ridiculous! No more business from me or my family.

I've been here a few times and was always happy with their service. On Saturday I decided to take the offer of "free car wash with an oil change". Sad to say that I was unhappy with the car wash. Was it because it was "free"? I don't know, but the most obvious place- drivers door- was still dirty. I could rub the grime off with my finger! UGH. NOT going here again. If you can't do a goid job consistently, don't make a "special offer"

I went last week to this place, and although it was a little busy, i loved it. i got a detail done (because i got a coupon on the mail) they gave me a discount. my car looked like i had just bought it. they employees there are very friendly. i recommended anyone who like to keep there car clean to check out this place.. I LOVE IT..!!!!

I take my truck to this place to get washed once in awhilebut Sadly I still have to come home and wiped off all the water streaks! And dirt...I will not be using this car wash anymore! Payed $30 and I still come home with a dirty truck..sad

So, I've been coming to this place for more than 6 years. I had a great relationship with the staff. But over time, they've gotten lazy. They don't do a good job cleaning my cars anymore. I usually give about $5 - $15 tips, but they still don't do a good job.

Warning!! They will take stuff from your car!! There was a lot of issues with this location, first and for most the car was still dirty even though I paid the luxury wash, there was still grime on top of the car that I could easily wipe with my finger. I also watched while they sprayed the different waxes on the cars (which is what you pay extra for different type of washes) and they spray your car carelessly and barely spray the cars at all. And lastly, I always check my car before I go to any car washing place in case anything is taken, sure enough half my coins are gone, I counted about $4 bucks of change gone. The money wasn t a big deal but I even tipped the guy $3 bucks, so now this place took $7 from me for barely wiping my car, and not well, and who knows what else he took that I didn t notice. I spoke to the manager about the situation because all my quarters were gone and he called me a liar, kept saying there was quarters in there when there was only nickels and pennies left. He started to speak aggressively to me and was very rude. Go if you want, just be aware that they might take your belongings, and they ll call you a liar if you let them know. I will definitely not be coming back to this place again, suggest you don t either.

I have given this place too many opportunities to make a good impression on me but they always fail. I pay for the "extras" like air fresheners and they never do it. After the wash my interior always is left with dirt and mud that is dragged in by the person attempting to clean it. I don't recommend this car wash. Go anywhere else.

Prices are reasonable. You should check your car before leaving. Sometimes they don't wipe your back window. They don't do that good of a job wiping the inside. The times I have paid for a wax, I noticed they rush and miss certain details like wiping off the wax on the side away from where people wait for their vehicles. It's OK for a regular wash.

Horrible job with the interior vacuum work there was dust, dirt and stains all over the dashboard and dirt on the floorboards they didn t vacuum under the mats which is unbelievable if you go to the car wash CHECK YOUR CAR THROUGHLY once finished because I tipped those guys for not doing their job ..never returning there againServices: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuumingServices: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Been going there for about 6-7 years now. They always do an amazing job. I now live in ontario and even though there are car washes here I still prefer taking the drive to Lp to get my ride clean

They went parked, the car threw, towel's on top, and got in out of car, Didn't vacuum, or wipe, took, over an hour, I had, to talk in spanish, or they were opening the door, trying to, rush me off. Im 67, and have more energy, it's my fault it was my, second, time their, and last. The owner is nice some of his worker's. LAG, BIG TIME.Services: Polishing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I was told the oil change and car wash would take 45 mins to an hour max and it took them and hour and a half to even start working on the oil change and they let the car sit after the wash, no one began to dry it for 15 mins and after i complained about how long it was taking they began to drive my car very rough. Never bring your car here i can't believe i have been here for 2 hours

First time did the interior detailing, so can't really compare it with other places. They wash away the parking pass sticker inside my car, and I realized it when it was too late. Quite dissapointed with that. I still gave 2 stars because other than that, the others services were good enough.

I have a few cars with 22 and 24 inch rims and it's not a problem with them. Friendly people with great service. Always take care of my baby's and never had a problem. Recommended this place to all my friends and family.

I like to come to this Car Wash, whenever I'm in the area. They really WORK @ trying to get the vehicles 'squeaky clean' & do a very decent job of detailing them dry, so u don't get water droplets dripping down on u when u get in, Lol! And they can also give ur 'RIDE' The Full Detail, if u have the time.., but if not? Then at least it, L- -KS like u did.., F'sho! I also take advantage of their oil change w/a car wash; from time to time; when I can't get to my regular guy to do it! I learned the hard way that giving a regular oil change to ur car, is like being careful w/ur own health! If u don't do it? U will definitely regret it in the long run. And that ain't no joke, slow poke! Get jiggy w/it

Horrible experienced i will not recommend this place to anyone, watch the people working there if they are really doing a good job it was a superficial job the dust inside the car still there and the worst thing the middle eastern guy that deal with me was very RUDE as even told me they dont need to come back because i said i wont come back there anymore, a kind of manager should not act like that. And the lying worker did not get a tip from me because of vey bad attitude. That middle eastern guy told me to get a detailing if i want the side of navigator seat wipe out to take off the dust HORRIBLE ATTITUDE OF THAT MIDDLE EASTERN GUY! Go to yelp the same complaint i am complaining that you can see there .. Dont patronize that kind of business with no gratitude to customer that giving them business after all.. watch out of their sevices very superficial and DONT DEAL WITH THAT MIDDLE EASTERN THER HE HAS NO MANNER. HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!!

Definitely not going back there again. Took my suv for the vip wash because it was full of mud after they were done with it, it still had mud on the bumpers and fender flares. Seats didn t even get vacuumed and the trunk still all dusty.
