Me and my family have been coming to L&T for the last 10 years, maybe more actually, when our Hondas need service. They are a family owned business and provide quality and trustworthy work. Highly recommend

Stranded on the 605 I found this place AAA rated with good reviews. initial quote was high but decided the quality would be worth the cost. 10k dollars later My Rover still not quite right. Acceleration jerks. asked for adjustment but was refused. What does 10 THOUSAND DOLLARS get you? It pays for this review and a s***** engine for sure. Test Test and Test BEFORE payment! Don't trust in the honor and duty of workman ship of any mechanic. Check back for invoice photos.Service: Engine repair

I ve been coming here for the last 14yrs! They took care of my 2000 Acura Integra. Then I have a 2011 Honda Civic SI. On this last visit they took care of my 2020 Jeep Wrangler. What I like best about this place is I always feel like they re being completely honest with me. Their work is always stellar. Car comes out feeling amazing! I just feel like the honesty they give is what s best. I ve referred family and they ve also been pleased with the services rendered. I will never go to another mechanic. If I do I will ask Amy and Albert for a reference they ve been good to me & all my cars.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Transmission repair, Auto maintenance

This place is wonderful! From start to finish, this was a pleasant experience. I have an extended warranty on my car so you go to their website and they give you a list of places that are in their network. I randomly chose this place. I like to call first to get the lay of the land, so to speak. Ayeme was super helpful. She explained the whole process of using the warranty company. I dropped my car off and away we went. Everyone was nice, friendly and professional. The work on my car came to almost $1000, but all I had to pay was my $250 deductible. Ayeme took care of all the paperwork with the warranty company and everything. I should also mention that they have a very nice office with a comfy waiting area that smells really good. I really love this place.

Amazing service here!although I couldn't get my car fixed due to some warranty issues they helped me out so much! My wife and I take our 2015 Honda CR-V to L & T for our regularly scheduled service and routine maintenance. Amy and Albert do such an amazing job in making sure your vehicle is serviced properly for an honest and fair price. They will let you know exactly what your vehicle needs to keep it running safe. Their customer service goes above and beyond what I expect. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to them.

Very good service! I bring my car in with driving 20 minutes all the way down to them, and they pushed me so much to pick up the car. And then they closed. And then my car doesn t run after. I don t know how the good reviews come, maybe they are good at Japanese cars, and they don t know how to work on Europe cars. Whatever, people who work here are all rude!!!They refuse to work on my car after it doesn t run.Keep your car distance from them and do not ever let them touch

I brought my 2008 Honda Element in because it had several issues that needed tending to and I wanted to bring it to a place that could fix it all. After a new engine, clutch, engine mounts, and battery, the car is running beautifully. I couldn t be more happy! They were excellent with communication, customers service, and a very fast turnaround time.

This was my first encounter with L & T however it is not my last. I took my truck in for multiple problems that had occurred over the years and L&T was very quick to accommodate my needs. I had my truck back within a month. Extremely happy with the service not to mention how friendly Amy and Albert (owners) are. Will be taking my vehicles back to L&T.

My car is 10 years old. I've always taken my car to the dealer, but when my power window went bad I called around and L& T price 100.00 under the dealer. I was skeptical at first, but they fixed it and it's fine now. I like saving money so I'm hooked on L&T. They seem honest and have the best magazines to read while you wait. They're honest and offer a triple AAA discount, are accommodating, and quick. Give them a try and see for yourself.

Very personable folks. They take care of you like you are family. All maintenance needs are taken care of without hesitation by Albert and Aimee. Do you want to quit getting ripped off by dealers? Then what are you waiting for? My wife and I and my son's and daughter in law come here. So, whether you have a Honda, Toyota or Nissan, you will all get the same quality care. Standard of excellence is L and T Automotive!

Amy and Albert are absolutely incredible! Their customer service and work is first class. They treated me as a friend as soon as I walked in the door. Their team provides nothing less than professional service. This is my one stop shop for all of my vehicle needs. I have a 2002 Honda Accord EX Coupe and it s running like a champ because of L&T Automotive.

They were a bit pricey, but I got what I paid for. Good customer service, good communication, quick turn around, vehicle work completed within the time frame they promised. My vehicle feels great (needed a bunch of suspension system and steering work).

We have been taking our Acuras to L&T for years since being referred by the Auto Club. Amy, Albert and staff provide excellent, no-nonsense services whether it is for maintenance or emergencies, and with explanations and reasonable options. L&T is the auto services provider you want if you have had enough of long waits, incomprehensible work orders and heart attack-inducing charges. Very highly recommended.

Ayeme and Albert, the owners of L&T, went the extra mile to help me with a problem I was having with my 2006 Toyota Tundra. They are very nice and talented people at this shop and I recommend them highly. Honest, efficient and knowledgeable. Ron

They are my go to shop, they (Amy and husband) are honest with their dealings. Example: I needed a second opinion on my VW in regards to having the transmission service. I called the shop to where the husband answered the call, I asked if my transmission needed service and how much does he charge. Instead of giving me a price he asked what was the mileage and do I drive more on the freeway or less. To make a long story short this kind of service is hard to find now a days, he was able to make me feel NOT so stressed in keeping up the scheduled services to my cars. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know where my cars are going for any and all future services.

I've been bringing my cars here for at least a year and am very happy with the service they provide. I've got a Toyota Tacoma, a Prius, and my wife's Honda CRV. I like to keep my vehicles well maintained and these folks know what they're doing. Friendly and reliable service, what more can you ask for?

Always a great experience, my mom has been coming here for years. I myself recently had an oil change done. Cheaper here than other places. Here they only charged $25 for my 2000 civic (conventional oil), where other places I called into were $40+. And it only took about 30 mins

I have been going to L & T since they first opened their shop, they have excellent customer service and provide a good honest service with fair prices!Not only does Albert do an excellent job at repairing vehicles but Ayeme is very knowledgeable at the front desk and very friendly.I have been bringing my Honda Accord and GMC Denali for service for many years and although they keep expanding, there customer service does not waiver.I would strongly recommend L & T if you want great service with fair pricing!

This was our first time to L & T and it won't be our last. Amy thoroughly outlined what was involved in replacing our timing belt for our Honda Odyssey, and she was so friendly and helpful. If any of you are looking for an honest repair shop at great prices, L & T is the place to go. Not only do they service Hondas, but Toyotas and pretty much all Asian cars as well.

L&T Japanese Auto is the place you go to if you want a good, honest, trustworthy auto repair shop. Albert and Ayeme are there to help. The way I personal experienced, no job is too big or too small for them. They will fix your car's problems with reasonably cost. Unlike most of the shops out there, they don't add on sell you anything you don't need. Highly recommended!! Edward.

La Puente is not my area, unfortunatelly my car was dead around this area. AAA recommended this shop so I told truck to tow the car here. Service was good. The price is fair. Most importantly I feel that the owner is honest and trustworthy. If I live around here, I would become a regular.

L&T is the BEST place to take your Honda or Acura for repair. They have excellent service and you know you can trust them to be fair and honest. I won't take my Honda Element to anyone else.

Honesty and good service. I used to take my car to the dealer for maintenance. Since I found L&T Automotive, I been taking all my cars here ever since, including my Lexus. They are extremely honest, I took my car in for repair, and instead of charging me for service, they found out and told me that my car is still under warranty and refer me to the dealer. Where dealer repair free of charge. :)

Albert and his team were awesome all-around! Was able to schedule brake repair for the very next morning. Job was completed in the timeframe he quoted. The price was very fair. Great local business to support.

Dropped my gf's car off due to an accident and get it back few days later. Albert & Amy have done a great job on explaining and communicating with me about the situations and offer me different option to get the car back to original! Great Service and great caring to the customer!
