Pretty straight forward and quick. I appreciate that they re not pushy with other services that you car may need but not at the moment. They ll notify you of what will need to be done but won t force you or make you feel guilty for not adding other services.

This location provides Top Quality Service! For the past 20 years I went to a competitor company. But when I showed up 20 minutes prior to closing I was turned away. My work truck needed an oil change that day. It was now 5:20pm. I found Jeffy Lube on Google Maps. I called just to make sure that I still had time to get the oil change done. Oh I forgot to mention earlier that I had a Horse Trailer attached to my truck. All of the staff at this location were amazing. They were curtious, quick, and efficient. I am now a customer for life. I will not Ever be using any other oil change service company!! I definitely recommend this Jeffy Lube location!!!!

Hello Jiffy Lube, I visited the store in La Puente Ca., for and oil change. From the time of entering the the bay to finish of the service and everything in between, was all done in a timely manner. Every Jiffy Lune Associate was very courteous and professional. Your long time Associate, Armando is always great to have him do the service on my vehicle. Ask for him, he does great service and great care for your vehicle, also explains everything he has service. I cannot remember the Associate at the front desk. However does a good job also.Thank you

I have been going to this Jiffy Lube since 2014 and have ALWAYS received quick, friendly and excellent service from the gentlemen at this location. They are all wonderful and very kind! Great spot for car service.

Service was quick and professional. I didn t feel like employees were trying to oversell me. They kindly gave me suggestions with cost and gave me options. No pressure. I also like that now any time my tire pressure or fluid levels are low I can go and have them refilled for free. Will be coming back for sure.

Came into Jiffy Lube today to get an oil change. Danie the manager was very helpful in answering my questions and very informative. His crew was very professional as well. I would highly recommended them and will always come here to get my suv serviced.

I ve used Jiffy Lube for many years. I really do miss the car vacuuming, window washing, and the topping off of the other fluids (for free), but I still appreciate their great customer service and support . Keep up the wonderful friendly, attention to detail, service..Charles j

Daniel the manager is a good guy who is able to quickly help out anyone who needs to have their car's oil service quickly. As a sennior citizen. I give them an A.The staff in La puente are attentive, curteous and professional and efficient.As a senior citizen I appreciate the "top off" of fluids service.What a relief to not have to worry about putting the wrong fluid where it's not supposed to be.

They like to change prices and over charge I would never recommend anyone coming here . They will mess up something in your car for you to come back and spend more money. The bald guy with glasses is the scammer. don't trust him at all

Great service and fast even though there was a car I front of me I was in and out in 20-25 minutes. Paid my bill and they went over everything they did and checked. Made sure everything was tight and nothing was missed. Added air to my tires and they were very friendly and funny. Who s gives that service on a Sunday?
