I took my car in for a new battery. They ordered it and got delivered in 45 minutes. The technician changed the battery and I was out of the shop for less than 2 hours.. very honest & professional. I have been their customer for years and will definitely recommend to anyone needing car repairs.

If you are looking for the most honest, reliable and overall the best auto body/mechanic, look no further cause you ve found it I honestly don t trust anyone else with my car and I will only go to Mr. Kay at Fuji Auto.My most recent visit to Fuji Auto I needed quite a bit of work done on my car lots of collision damage effecting both passenger side tires and then some. And tbh, I don t know much about cars but even I could tell the damage was really, really bad. I ve never been in a situation like this where my car is completely un-drivable needing extensive repairs but I knew whatever the outcome, that if anyone could save my car, it would be Mr. Kay and his team at Fuji Auto.There was a laundry list of damage done/ repairs needed and even though Mr. Kay communicated the cost upfront and etc. I was still shocked at the total cost of everything as I was expecting to pay so much more. I ve never been so pleasantly surprised by a bill in my life.So long story short, my car was un-drivable and dropped off via tow truck on Tuesday and by Thursday of that same week, my car was fixed and I was able to drive my little car once again!All in all, Mr. Kay is the most trustworthy mechanic I have ever met and his team at Fuji Auto always do fantastic quality work with prices that are more than fair. He communicates every step of the way and there is never any pressure in his words only honesty and knowledge.Fuji Auto takes care of your car like it s their own and Mr. Kay takes care of you like your family.Thank you so much Mr.Kay + Fuji Auto team for always fixing my car!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

They live up to their Yelp & Google Reviews reputation. I'm a first time customer with a Honda 2016 Civic needing the 60k mileage maintenance. Also my driver's side door handle went loose. You can literally rip it off the door.Japanese older gentleman picked up the phone fast, saw me with within 15min of calling, gave me an estimate for all the work. Several hours later his estimate was spot on on. At other places I would pay twice what he charged (Firestone, Pepboys). He gave me this cool maintenance card (kinda like your immunization card). So we can all track what needs to be done / got done together.A+++ service and price. Parking looked tight, but I found a spot. I'm so relieved I have now found "my guy" when it comes to my Civic. I'm a lifetime customer starting now.

Definitely happy with Fuji Auto sevice. Starter gave up on our Honda Accord 2004. Kay gave me a price and details on the charges. Price was fair and was able to get it done that same day.Thank you for a great job and honesty

Our family has entrusted our cars to Mr. Yamamoto (owner of Fuji Auto) for nearly 20 years now. Always honest - he will tell you what you need serviced, what is a waste, and what can be taken care of by the dealer if you are still under warranty. Straight up, honest mechanic with years of experience working on pretty much any type of car. His rates and fees are very fair/reasonable and you'll never be nickeled-and-dimed like at a dealership. Highly recommended.

Kay takes care of my entire family s cars! we have been going to him for at least 10 years. I never need to worry. He is honest. His workers are very professional, detail oriented, and careful. He always gives me a quote so there is no surprises. If he needs to order parts, he always inform me ahead of time to let me know the price. Since I know nothing about cars, he would patiently help me to identify problems and explain to me how he can fix them. This auto shop earns 5+ stars!

Kay and the Fuji auto staff are absolutely amazing. He reccomends what is needed for the vehicle to operate. The most honest and straight forward mechanic I ve ever had. Kay is about customer loyalty because he understands that this equates to consistent business. A++

Most trustworthy and respectful mechanic.I've been exclusively using Fuji Auto for the past 16 years, since moving to California. I could write a novel here describing all of the amazing service my wife and I have received and still not do justice to just how impressed I am with Fuji.

Trusted auto shop, a rare find. They have very loyal regulars. There quotes are very fair and service is always excellent. They will recommend repairs and are not pushy about getting it done. I'd suggest getting an appointment, especially on Friday or Saturday.

Prices are fair, work is quality & Mr. Kay is honest.I wouldn't take my 4tunner to any other place, except for Fuji auto in Pasadena.
