I have had the utmost confidence in Bear's ability to handle my cars, as well as my family's cars. This family-owned establishment prides itself on providing exceptional care for your vehicle without ever overcharging or suggesting unnecessary services. The owner and staff's commitment to the community is truly admirable. I highly encourage supporting local businesses, especially this one. I assure you, you won't be disappointed.

This place has been here for decades. They are your suspension specialist. Other mechanics in the area recommend these guys. They have the right equipment to get the job done. Best to check in advance because they are always busy. Best time to get in is early mornings. You will catch Don orchestrating Jobs in and our if the bays. He keeps things moving over there. Prices would be considered reasonable. Because if you were coming here for something. It would mean your car needed it.

They cracked my window and the owner denied it. I showed him a video from the night before that showed my window with no cracks. I already got it replaced and the satfelight window specialist said it was cracked when they slammed my hood. I have the tech on video saying it to. I spent $1,000 fixing my suspension and he gave me my car back with a crack on my window that cost me $500 to replace. SMH.

Please stand clear of this place unless you want to waste your money and time. I was scammed at the La Puente location. I went in to get my brakes done and was told I needed two new back rotors done as well. When I got my car back there was a squeaking from the back rotors, when I had time I took my car back and explained the issue. The workers claimed nothing was wrong and couldn t hear the sound I was talking about, they said everything was fine so I left. The noise continued and I took my car back multiple times and recorded the sound and they still claimed everything was fine. It wasn t until I was fed up and told them to show me the new rotors. When they took the tire apart and showed me the rotors they were rusty and old so I asked them to replace them immediately because the part was never replaced and I had to prove it to them myself by showing there was no serial number. I wasted so much money and time because this shop is practicing unethical business. Even after the replacement there is still a squeak in the tires.

Recommend by Oscars tires. I was really unsure of what to expect. I have never paid for an alignment before. When I arrived I was met kindly by Katie. She was super kind and helpful. Also met the owner. He definitely sealed the deal with great customer service. I was in an out of the place in 15min. They were not pushy and made the whole transaction easy. Lots of parking at this location. The do accept credit cards.

HiI don t usually write a review unless is a good or bad.Well this time is a bad oneSo, i bring my car for a front brake job and owner suggested to replace rear brakes too so, they didI left late that afternoon did not run it in the freeway. Next day i did and, notice that when braking my car felt like falling apart i went back to the shop and owner says no time to fix it and advised to come back any day during next week. I did notice that his mechanic over tight my center hubs guess what i loose two on the freeway and third one about to fall apart.owner denied that it was because of that.Well after they resurfaced the disk the problem continues and rear brakes are squeaking. I think will take my car somewhere else now instead of $265 brake job i will have to pay over 800 need to replace my center hubs too $70 bucks each.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Great bunch of guys that know their trade inside out, upside down, and backwards. Only place in the valley to go if you've got modified suspension. Edit, needed alignment fix few months ago on a 4" drop front end and these guys nailed it as usual. Best suspension shop in the valley

Yeah I had a weird experience at this place the guy drove my car and told me I needed a tire hub assembly for $380 I took it down to American Tire and the guy told me I needed a $15 grommet and he re-greased it so that was my experience

This is my go to place when it comes to alignment and suspension work. Brought my Audi here because of some creaking noise from the suspension. They replaced the the two front lower suspension arms with the bushings and did an alignment within a couple hours - Clean, quick and professional job.

Had my alignment done. As soon as I got there, I was greeted by one of the employees. I had gotten a quote over the phone, and it was the same amount in person. Service was quick and friendly. I will be coming back.

I got a long overdue front-end alignment done on my f150. I'm very happy with the results, from the necessary joints changed out, price too. I will recommend Bear to my friends and family for sure.

They did an outstanding job on my 93 jeep grand cherokee alignment, after having it aligned at a couple of shops before, difference is like day and night, highly recommend this place for alignment

Took my Scout in for an alignment and the guys had me back on the road within 30 min. Very friendly atmosphere and great service. They don't charge you for what you don't need and offer expert advise for anything that may need attention on your vehicle. I would definitely go back.

This is the first shop that I have been to where they road test your vehicle to make sure they do the job right. They road tested my truck not once, but twice, to get my front wheel alignment aligned correctly. Bear Frame & Wheel go the extra mile. If you want great service at a reasonable price, this is the best place to go. You won't be disappointed.

This is review is long over due. Katie and the team here treated me incredibly well when I came in for an estimate. Lower control arms and an alignment. My vehicle is a 2011 VW Touareg that came from the east coast so it had some seized bolts, but they handled it no problem. They were able to get the hardware kit from the dealer for me and they beat les Schwab's price by over $1000. The team was very respectful of my time and were extremely friendly and professional. Fantastic prices, awesome work, and incredible customer service. If any of my vehicles need work, I'll be bringing them here.

I went in for brakes Rick was real nice. That is until I went back two days later to let him know they were still making noise. He didn't want to talk to me since it was warranty totally ignored me. His employee went up to me and was very rude. Got it fixed somewhete else will never go back!

Honest and professional. I had another alignment shop do some work on my vehicle and I was not satisfied and believed that they did not complete the work. Brought my vehicle in, they immediately took it for a drive put it on the rack and immediately diagnosed my vehicle as what I believed. I did not reveal that the work was initially done at another Bear location but I was satisfied with their honesty and thoroughness when searching for the problem.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Be careful that you get an estimate for the complete job to be performed, I was quoted one estimated price by the actual owner of this facility on paper due to the office help being off that day. When the part came in I dropped off my car and received another estimate receipt With a different price by the office girl which happens to be his daughter OK ...Well the job was completed several days later, and WOW did the final price change from the original two estimates, and not just a small increase $600 above the original rough estimate of $800 (remember 2 quotes).job was done well, but Imagine my surprise and inability to pay at the moment of intended pick up. shop stored my vehicle until paid for, how nice.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I came across this place on the internet because I needed some front suspension work on my Ford Ranger. I explained to Rick, what I needed and he gave me a fair quote right over the phone. I brought it in first thing in the morning, and it was finished by the end of the day with no surprises. I needed rear breaks and drums, front tie rods, upper and lower control arms, shocks and sway bar linkage. A lot of work but these guys are professionals and did it right and by the end of the day. Couldn't of been happier with everything ! Rick(owner) knows his stuff and is a real good guy. Easy to talk to and takes the time to explain everything. I will be coming here from now on. Give them a shot at your vehicles needs....you really won't be disappointed - I promise you!

They took an unusual amount of time mounting my tires, took about an hour to do all four. There's plenty of tire shops around here that spend 5 mins per wheel, mounting and balancing. Also they just overcharge! Most expensive alignment I got and it was just toe and they didn't even use an alignment rack or computer. Used mechanical equipment....my steering wheel is crooked! I work on cars and that's very sketchy to make sure the car doesn't crab walk. Definitely not going backServices: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

I took my classic Chevy to get brakes and alignment. The amazing job and very pleased. very trustworthy and honest a good man. Quality work
