Edgar removed old battery and installed a new duralast battery. Edgar provided excellent customer service and answered all my questions. He is an excellent representative for autozone. Give this guy a raise!!!!

I came in to buy brake pads for my car and Flor was sooo professional, she recommended me getting the rotors since I haven t changed them since the vehicle was bought, she gave me great advice & will definitely be coming back to this Autozone!

As a girl it can be real intimidating but the staff made me feel very welcomed and understood when looking for what I needed! Ms. Andrea was so supportive and nice! One of my favorite stores to go to in the area.

Excellent service and very fast , worker named Andrea was very efficient in getting my correct parts and also ensuring I needed everything to get the job done right , reminded me I needed lubrication for my brake job kit and also some battery protection so my battery can be protected from erosion.

I thought the Autozone on Gale was bad. This place takes the prize. They always find some excuse not to help. "We don't work on that model." And they always have an attitude.

I want to thank the staff here at the la puente location. April went above and beyond to help me out with a starter that the 5228 location messed up on selling me. When i went back to 5228 the store manager Mar�a was incredibly disrespectful and did not want to help me out for something they messed up. Thankfully April took care of me.will definetely come back to this location.

I typically never write a review on a store but this was the first time I went to an AutoZone and someone useful was working. I believe his name was Johnny. Honestly a great experience, I needed brakes for my 2018 toyota camry, he was able to explain to me the differences between 2 different price points. I would definitely recommend this location, super helpful!

Needed a new battery. Jonathan helped me get everything I needed and installed the new battery for me, as well as checked my car's alternator, just to be sure. I had a shiny new battery and a functioning car in less than 10 minutes. Thank you!

I want to give a shout out to Johnny for getting my car up and running. I came in last week to have my car scanned and a p0304 code came on. The lady helping me said it was spark plugs but I told her I just changed them. She seemed lost so Johnny came over to help. He said to first swap coils to see if the code changed and if not it will be the injector. Sure enough did what he asked and it was the injector. Saved me money from the mechanic and got my Scion TC up and running. This guy should be the store manager, 5 star service!

I made a quick stop and the doors were locked much earlier than the advertised hours of 9pm. I stopped by around 8:30pm and there was employees there who didn t bother to assist me. Either your employees are pushing customers away or your hours are wrong, which one is it?? This store always has issues just go somewhere else.

Ok I wanted this Auto Zone to be better but no. I came in for a headlight and the manager, Anna Ana ? Rang me up for two. I paid with a $100 bill. Had to come back for my money. Strike two.

I tried to return an item that I purchased at this store and was told that I had to return it to the manufacturer. I should be able to return an item where I purchased it. I think it's poor customer service and a bad business practice to make customers do the extra work instead of being able to return something where it was purchased. It makes me think twice about buying anything from this store.

I WISH I NEVER STEP TO THIS STORE..2/2/23 2PMThis is first time to this store and end up with a bad experience, my brother purchased starter to this store 5172 , so i drove all the way from azusa to help my brother to install his starter he got from autozone but when i see the battery and terminal is very old and full of corrosion so we decidedto return the starter and get new battery and terminal, in the store a lady on gray help me i told her i need to return the starter and get new battery, she is looking to the starter like she never see a starter before and i go to tool section because i need tools for terminal, (pliers) and she still looking to starter when i get back to counter and i ask her what is wrong she said im just checking.. she doing the return and but she told me i have change $20 different i said ok just give me cash and she said no i need card but i know my brother paid with his debit card ( debit card is cash value) and i ask her can you just give me cash because my brother his on the meeting and i dont want waste my time to keep coming back for $20 and she said noo she cant do that she wants to return in card( i know autozone can return cash, even if i dont have have my debit card with me, it happened before, so i ask her i need the manager because i need help and she answer me im the manager that time im feel helpless i pick up my starter and old battery and go to O'Reilly autoparts ( it 10 minutes away from this store but the driving is worthmy time) , and i buy 3 years warranty battery and 2 terminal and a set of tools with pliers thank to the guy in O'Reilly autoparts he even help me walk to the aile to find what tools i need...I ask brother return the starter and never buy anything from this store again..Debit card is cash value and i know she can return that because other autozone stores done before to me but she just dont want to do it. anyway next time i need parts i will go to O'Reilly autoparts first or advance autopart and the last option is autozone i dont want to deal with this kind of people.

I went in looking for struts for my car. The manager isaiah was able to help me find struts and helped me find other parts that if I didn't get then I would've been stuck running back and forth all day.

This clean and brightly lit AutoZone is a welcome addition to this dark corner of Valley Blvd in La Puente.It's located directly adjacent to A&B Teriyaki.Parking is wide and ample, and access is easy through Valley Blvd or the side street.Staff was friendly and knowledgeable when I went, and shelves were stocked straight and full.The detailing supplies frequently go on clearance, but it can be difficult to see what actually is being marked down due to how AutoZone prints labels.
