People was very pleasant and try to help me out to find a part what I was looking for but unfortunately they do not have in stock guided me to find the location where I can go and pick up the part effort count and I really appreciate for helping me finding the right store where inventory availability. I really wished I knew his name but the tall Hispanic guy with glasses ( the old one always smoking a cigarette) was so rude ...I went for a help with my battery but he obviously doesn t have the patience to work with people.I had to return my stuff because I didn t feel comfortable coming back .I explained my experience with my family and friends and they all said the same thing .That they stopped going back to autozone because of his poor attitude.I feel sorry for the coworkers that work with him. If that s just what they are used to .. it s fine, but you can t expect people to be comfortable if that s his norm.

I been to AutoZone on hacienda Blvd. In la Puente like 2 or 3 times in the last month..And every time they don't have the part's I am looking for..They tell me they have to order them..and some times takes like 3 or more day to get the parts..What's going on with auto part's stores..they don't have anything on hand anymore..I mean I can order on line too...What's the point of going to the store if they are going to order the parts I need on line too..

Got a battery for my 4runner tonight and I must say the cew tonight rocks! They had me in and out super fast and shout out to Kane! He installed my battery and was super helpful and informative. Thank you guys again!

My name is Angela. I came in today needing a wiper blade for my car. Turns out I didn't need one. I only needed the one I have to be reattached. Nick (GOD BLESS YOU) put my old one back on...NO CHARGE!! Angels DO exist and they are at this Auto Zone!!!!

So I went to the store to get a new battery for my Mom's car. Maria the store manager was really awesome. She asked me to see if I could jumpstart the battery & bring the car. She said they would take care of me once I returned. I didn't see her when I got back but there was a female employee who was just as awesome and helpful. Unfortunately I can't remember her name but she knows who she is. Anyway outstanding service!!!

Update autozone so desperately wants you to spend money and buy things you don t need, they ve gotten rid of there autozone newspapers with all the deals and have made there own sheets of paper that advertise the more expensive deals with the stuff you don t need. For example you could get oil and an oil filter for 35$ but you won t see that on the paper, instead you ll see 42$ for oil, oil filter, oil pan and towels. They want you to pay for the more expensive deals.They were hesitant to let me return items but they did eventually and one of the managers that work here was really cool and great both times i went, i wish i had got his name because if not for him i would be giving this post 3 stars, not 4.Update im not dropping my post from 4 stars to 2 starsEverytime i come here every manager gives me a hard time and some even talk to me with attitude getting upset at me and talking over me aggressivelyThe managers need to be reviewed 100% @districtmanager

Most Of The Parts Or Much Needed Items Are Hand On Available, But When Not You Have To Order And Pay It At The Moment. Which Can Take Hours Or Maybe Days.

I was in the parking lot replacing the windshield wipers I had just purchased when an associate name Allen was walking nearby pushing a cart. Allen got my attention and asked if I needed help. I initially replied: No thank you, I m good. Well on his way back he made sure to check in on me. Allen walked over and changed out my wipers in a quick minute! Allen said he s always willing to step in to help whenever he can. I appreciate him and his positive customer service skills!

I don't remember the young man's,but he will remember the incident. He was kind enough to completely test my batteries in my electric wheelchair and found one bad they had that replacement in stock. He kindly took the time to install the new one and send me on my way. I

Asked if it was possible to price-match Walmart. Get told "No." Explain to him that others have done it. How is this place different?The dude walks in a circle. Comes back and tells me no. I'll stick to going to other Autozones.

I called in for front and rear break pads and was priced with a good deal. The sales Nick said he d hold them and let the sales reps know I was in route. Alyssa was at the register when I got there not knowledgeable or assisting with what I was coming in for; rather trying to sell me something else. She was being watched by a customer service supervisor who didn t step in to help with the request. I thanked them for their time and went down the street to O Reillys where they were a lot more knowledgeable and professional about the customer experience.

I bought my air and cabin filter from autozone. The staff are really friendly and helpful, for example, after purchasing, Jasmine stood in the sun with me and guided me on how to change my air and cabin filter with a YouTube video, because she couldn t do it for me personally sue to liability issues.She saved me like $110 dollars for replace both of them if I would have gone to Honda!I m in awe with the excellent customer service I ve received at auto zone and will definitely come back for all my car needs. Thank you Jasmine!

After paying over 1k for full service I had to buy coolant and oil after having my car serviced for those reasons and had my battery replaced now my car having start up problems when I push the start button there're other issues that this facility have like convincing you to replace parts on your vehicle that doesn't need replacing etc. and telling you nothing wrong when you take your car back after bad service not a referral for anyone

Purchased part at local autozone it didn't fit so I went to return next day at autozone close to my gfs. It was 945pm I barely made it in and explained to cashier Jayvanne I purchased it on one debit card but needed to return to another as it had been lost or stolen. Done it few weeks prior he kept telling me it was credit card which I don't own any and his young Mgr explained how to do it. Was smirking and extremely rude then processed it back to a cars that had been canceled and ushered me out the door saying sorry were closed. I explained I had no gas as my debit that was stolen was my main one and I watched stuck in the parking lot as he and ither employee left. I was stuck for 12 hours. I'll be filing a formal complaint don't waste your time there if young employees are working they have excellent older Mgrs but I refuse to be treated the way I was and will make sure it never happens again to anyone else.

Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. Each staff member I came in contact with on this day was (4) and all were equally polite and engaging. I called ahead and another staff member was very thoughtful and showed a lot of patience with every question answered. To be honest. I first went to O'Reilly's auto parts and was treated so poorly and the entire staff was so nasty and unpredictable and it seemed like they could careless about gaining my business. I left and went to AutoZone and I am so glad I did. Thank you AutoZone.....great service. clean store. every thing was in stock.
