I just picked up my car from Alliance Auto Collision Center. We are very pleased with the job done. The price is also reasonable. The manager is responsible, friendly, and quick in replying to questions we had. We highly recommend this place, and we appreciate the excellent work this place did for our car.

This company has good customer service. They made the experience for getting the repairs done very easy. I had dent on my front bumper due to a raccoon. This place is one of the best repair place in town. I ve had my car fixed here more than a two handful of times. From accidents to hit and runs, they have always been able to take care of me. Steven is very courteous and knowledgeable. He s very fair and honest and I trust them 100% with my cars. They always try to make it as hassle free as possible. I ve never had any problems with their repair jobs from paint repair, dents, to replacement parts, it is flawless when I get my vehicle back. Highly recommended.

I was looking for an auto shop to fix my car. I live in West LA, I contacted a few shops around my area and also some in East LA. I didn t have great experience with my previous shop, so I was very nervous. However, things have changed after I spoke to Steven!Steven has been helpful, bilingual (fluent in both English and mandarin!), communicative and super friendly throughout the entire process. He walked me through process and told me what I could to for my situation. He really thinks about his clients and cares about the clients.I couldn t be more happier! I picked up my car and could barely recognize it!!! It looked brand new and shiny. He fixed everything in a week, which was very surprising to me!It s totally worth it to drive near 1 hour to Alliance auto shop. I will recommend this place if you are looking for a honest and effective auto shop! Thank you!

Thee most positive car experience I have ever had in my life. Steven Wang made a terrible situation amazing. Due to the pandemic I have been working from home. Only driving once a week for essentials. After grueling week I decided to go out get a loaf of bread and orange juice only to find my car had been rear ended - hit and run. No note no explanation. Devastated and distraught I called police and insurance company. I was told I could find my own shop for repairs so I began my research. I read about Alliance and gave them a call. It was the best decision I have ever made. From the initial phone call to me picking up my supremely repaired car it was nothing short of an amazing experience. The free loaner car really help me save money. Steven helped me to understand the process and how to analyze the experience as a consumer - no high pressure sales or miracle guarantees. Good honest conversation with integrity that resulted in amazing workmanship - my car looks brand new. I absolutely recommend everyone to have work done at Alliance. Sending friends and family over immediately.

I found Alliance through their 5-star Yelp reviews and went down to the shop to get an estimate on my car that had accrued damage from a hit and run. Ivonne and Steven were extremely helpful in explaining the process of the insurance companies and walking me through any necessary paperwork or callbacks that I would receive. In addition, they offer free rental cars for you to use should you need it while your car is getting fixed at their shop. My car finished repairs in about a week and I couldn't be happier with the result. Again, thank you Steven and Ivonne so much for your help! They really care about their customers and will help you find ways to save on expenses. AACC comes highly recommended.

Came here for repair tail gate and rear bumper. Steven is really friendly and helpful. Get my car fixed like new in 2 weeks and rental car service was provided so I did not need to worry for commute to work. Highly Recommended.

My car was rear-ended and I got my car repaired here. Steven is sincere, courteous and really a manager you can trust. He also helped me to copy my key fob and I really appreciate it.I have a bad experience before with another body shop as that body shop wants to rip off every customer as well as insurance company, but this time I can feel Alliance is honest as honesty is really an important factor when you choose where to repair your car.They speak Mandarin, Taiwanese, and English. This is the best place to work, period! Never in my life have I had any better employers. They treat me and every of my coworkers with great respect and curtesy as they would their own family. They gave me a chance at a time when no one else would. I am beyond grateful to both Brian and Ivonne; they not only have my eternal loyalty, but love as well. Of course, as everyone already know, their kindness goes beyond employees and clients, it is who they are, always. I am just amazed at how wonderful they are. If you are ever in need of a body shop, Alliance Auto Collision Center should be your only choice. Trust me, you will love it.

Steven is super friendly and helpful! He is so knowledgeable about everything regarding my car. I had so many questions due to my lack of experience in cars/insurance etc. but he was so patient that he answered them all. He walked me through the options that I have and explained the pro and cons on each option to me so that I was so informal to make the right decision.They offer free loaner cars for you to drive when they fix your cars. This is such a huge plus so I don t have to pay for a rental car but at the same time it s convenient for me to drive around.Most importantly, they did a fantastic job on the body work in such a short time! My car literally looks like brand new now.By the way, Steven is bilingual- he speaks both English and Mandarin.This is my go to place now for auto body work!

After an accident I got a referral to Alliance Auto Collision Center. I'm so glad I did. Not being from the area I wasn't sure where to find a good auto body shop. I was very impressed to say the least. I normally don't write reviews, but, they earned it. The repair was spot on and Steven, who I dealt with, answered all my questions very patiently. If you are in need of an auto body shop I highly recommend bringing your car here. I hope I don't need their services again any time soon, but, at least I know where I would go.Five stars all the way! Thank you guys!

Just picked up my 2004 Camry this morning from AACC. Had an accident that required to replace front bumper and was recommended by my friend to go to AACC. Like everyone else said, Steven is super friendly and helpful. He explained the whole process upfront and provided all the options for me to make the right decision. The price is very competitive and reasonable. One thing I know in business is that you get what you pay for and you have to appreciate the expertise and knowledge they offer. In addition, they offer free loaner cars for you to drive while they are fixing your car as part of their service. The car was ready 2 days earlier than it was originally promised. Overall, the experience was awesome and I highly recommend AACC to be the destination if you are in need of any auto body services. I have already told my coworkers about this place and thank you Steven for you help!

All the employees here are very helpful and courteous. Steven made sure I was properly taken care of and that I was happy with my car. They even washed and waxed my car. I would definately choose and recommend them in the future; hopefully I won't need to come back. Great place.

This place is very good and strongly recommended. My friend suggests me this place to repair the bumpers and I'm very satisfied when the job is done. The managers are super friendly. They provide free rental cars although the cars are not very new. Also, they will offer you discount on the bill. I seldom write reviews but this place worst it!

I was devastated when my car got keyed, the damage was really bad and I was at a loss. A friend referred me to Steven at AACC and from the moment he took over, everything was smooth sailing. His customer service was above and beyond, he stayed in touch throughout the entire process and really put me at ease. And they did an amazing job, my car looks better than ever now! AACC took an unfortunate situation and turned it into a great experience! I highly recommend AACC to anyone and would definitely use them again if need be.

Good solid work, they use dupont paint and have a ceramic full car oven on premises. Very cheap and excellent work.
