Leo is an amazing Store Manager and he gave me an affordable quote after looking at the damage on my car. He and his team respected my car and left it looking brand new. They definitely made it a priority and even washed my car and detailed the interior after fixing the exterior. They matched the paint and finish on my car (2020 Honda Accord lx). The time frame he gave me of when my car would be fixed was very accurate. I Highly recommend this business even if the damage on your car is minor or major. This was my first time having to deal with insurance to get my car fixed after being vandalized and I m so glad I came to Active Collision.I wasn t sure what to do, but Leo & Fernando walked me through the process and dealt with my insurance directly to avoid extra wait times and helped me get my car faster. They did an incredible job and can t emphasize enough how easy and comfortable they made this process go.I drove from San Bernardino and got stuck in LA traffic, but I would do it all over again if I need their services in the future.Services: Body & Trim, Auto insurance

My car was hit and nobody in my area wanted to do the repair. Thankfully Leo at Active Collision took my car in. This was a huge weight off my shoulders as I am a graduate student that commutes from San Diego County. We got my car back and I was very happy with the work done. Leo took my deposit and didn't touch my car for a year. Took off parts off my car to put on other cars. Admitted to state investigation that that he used my deposit to run his business. Now i have wait for a payment plan to get it back stay away don't make my mistake.

Fast easy and painless experience when I got in a car accident. We took our Black 2016 LTZ Suburban to Active Collision after our friend referred them and after speaking with Leo the owner. He gave us a great price to repair the passenger door, repaint it and we had them repaint the hood which was starting to fade after Leo let us know. We also had them fix our center consol which wasnt opening and to see why our sunroof wouldnt work anymore. The hinge to open consol was sticking which wasn't allowing it to open so they cleaned it and lubed it up and it works great. The sunroof motor was bad so they ordered one from the dealer and when it arrives theyll install it. The door was fixed and repainted as well as the hood so the suburban looks amazing again and they were able to blend the paint so you cant see any difference in the color of the suburban doors or fender, so no one can tell it was repainted. Leo, Veronica and the other employees i met there were extremely great to talk with, very polite and personable. They kept us informed of what was going on with our vehicle. They also had video on Instagram showing us every step ablewhile it was being done. Leo also let us know about other items that they could fix and werent pushy on making you do it. Truly a great trust worthy business that does awesome work and makes you feel very comfortable. Definitely taking all my vehicles there and i dont mind giving out their info to friends and family because they do great work, they give you very reasonable prices and they give you your vehicle finished when they tell you it will be done. Its truly hard now these days to find a business and workers that truly make you feel comfortable and that you can trust what they say. Thanks again for the great work on the suburban and ill be bringing my other vehicles repainted and fixed up.Service: Body & Trim

Leo at Active Collision made my Scion TC look brand new! My driver side door was extremely scratched and semi dented after an accident on the freeway. I took my car straight to him and he gave me a price and date of return. Even though the date of return took longer than expected due to high volume of cars in front of me, they still took care of me. My car looks as if nothing ever happened. I was recommended to Active Collision after taking my cars in the past to big brand repair shops and always getting my cars back with sloppy work and bad customer service. Active Collision and their team on the other hand has delivered great customer service, professionalism,and excellent work on both of my cars I have taken in for repairs. They have worked on my 2015 Toyota Prius, and 2016 Ford Shelby GT350 Mustang. I would highly recommend this shop for great work & professional service.

Gotta say I had some issues with my cars paint from another shop and some damage took it to my people here at active collision and I was so impressed with the quality and also the experience and environment such a great place when dropping off your car here its not like any other shop like dam I don't wanna take my car to a shop should I trust them will my car get fixed like to be honest get those thoughts out because you have no worries at all they are great people and a great shop will always recommend them highly perfessional. It went so fast and now my car is back on the road better than ever and ready for the track once again thank you guys!! Storm is out

Horrible job and took forever to get my car back. Then when I got it back the repairs were Mickey moused.The parts that were supposed to be replaced were just fixed with bondo and charged the insurance company full price for new parts.

Came to Active Collision after seeing the advertisement on DJ Islas IG page. Decided I would try them out since I needed to replace a damaged bumper on my son s F150. From the first minute I walked into their office to the final task of picking up the repaired truck I was impressed with their service. Leo made me feel at ease and gave me a great price. So happy I found this place. After being in minor fender bender my insurance asked me to find a body shop. I went to several shops in La Puente area and ActivCollision was the most transparent and professional about work to be done on my car.
