Quick, easy and affordable! Tried to sit and enjoy the magazines at the table under the canopy with my free bottle of water but they were done too quick. 10-15 minutes and I was out. Would definitely recommend.

Easiest and quickest smog check I have had done on my truck in the past 10 years. Smog check price is posted as well. Gentlemen running the shop was polite and respectful.

I ve been coming here for quite some time and I ve only ever been impressed with the service received here. It s run in the back of the Mobile gas station and there is a side area to sit and read magazines. It s a nice touch but usually there is not a long wait as the service is prompt. I recommend this place when choosing your next smog. A+ for the price and great service.

What a great service!! A+. I went on a Saturday afternoon, I waited like 10 minutes for the last car to finish and my car was next. The process was fast. The small waiting area was clean and shady and the technician even offered me a cold water bottle. Very kind and knowledgeable and he even disinfected the areas he touched!! I will be recommending everyone I know in need of a smog check.Service: Smog certification

I just finished getting my car smog tested here and I was pleasantly surprised. Wow! I will definitely recommend this place. My whole experience, the setup, the price and all was great. Need a smog check ? Come here.It takes about 15 minutes if your car is working well and had its maintenance. Nice owner , has a rest area with magazines and on a warm day , he will offer you water.

I was blown away with the service I showed up 15 minutes before closing They still took me, offered me a covered seeded area and brought out cold water for myself and my kids. Service was great got the job done in and out within 20 minutes.

I went to get my Audi smog checked on 05/18/21, my other visits at John's Low Price Test were in 2017 and 2019, both times Passed. Nothing has changed with my car, I am the original owner since 2003 and the car is completely stock, no modifications. So it was a surprise after waiting about 20 minutes, John asked if I had my other smog checks from him in my car, and I said No. He explained that although I passed the diagnostic (OBD) test, he would not pass the visual inspection! I asked him why and he said his STATE reference manual said I have 4 catalytic converters and he could only visually see the 2 from the top down through the top of the engine compartment. Firstly, I was under the impression vehicles only had 1 catalytic converter, but John was explaining that based on the label on my car, I had 2 plus 2 (4). I later found out from my mechanic that my car has 4, 2 pre-catalytic converters (the 2 that John showed me from the engine compartment) and another 2 downstream on the exhaust pipe (under the car). It is these 2 that John said he couldn't visually see under my car, that's why he wouldn't pass me. I then asked him to explain to me how it was that he passed me (even the visual) two times before. I told him I've been coming to him for about 6 years, which he said "I doubt it". He said its possible he made a mistake, but instead of trying to explain to me why or how I passed twice before, or the fact that he couldn't see the other 2 converters, he became extremely rude and temperamental towards me. I asked him why he was getting so belligerent and rude towards me, a return customer. He just completely went "off the reservation" and lost it, and got even angrier towards me. All this while I remained calm, trying to ask him the questions of how and why he passed my car the other two times. He explained he only goes by what the State manual says. I don't know what set him off, perhaps he doesn't like have to explain things to customers, or he needed a cigarette break. I was just completely stunned, an "owner" who was treating a customer this way. He was like Jekyll and Hyde compared to my other two visits. There was no excuse for this. He explained he wasn't going to Pass or Fail me, but I would need to go somewhere that had a lift so they can see under my car. I told him I would never return to his Test Station again, not because he couldn't see under my car, but because of his attitude towards a customer. You don't treat a customer in this way. Maybe he's never heard of the three P's for good customer service: Professionalism, Patience, and People-first attitude. He lost a good customer because of his temper tantrum, I have 2 cars, plus the recanting of my word of mouth recommendations to others. No excuse for this.The next day, I went to another Test Station in Fullerton, same price, and he didn't need a lift to see the converters under my car. The technician simply used an extension mirror and flashlight, and I PASSED. This place in Fullerton is where I will be going from now on. I think John was either just lazy that day and didn't want to scoot under my car, or like I said needed that cigarette. And by the way, all the reviews that say "He's great, he gave me a bottle of water", he gave me a bottle water too. That isn't great customer service, that's just a nice gesture. His level of customer interaction is very limited, seriously, he deals with vehicles, not customers, except to hand over your keys, fill out paperwork, and give you water. Even so, he should know better that customers drive his business. But I won't be one of those customers any more.Service: Emissions testing

This Gentleman has outstanding service. I have an after market catalitic converter so he needs to take an extra step in getting the serial number to verify it is appropriate for my vehicle. It started to rust over, instead of saying he can't read it, he cleans it so he can and tells me the numbers just in case it can't be cleaned in the future. ABOVE AND BEYOND!

Exactly what it says. Low price test only facility located on the side of the Chevron station. Came to get my truck smog tested. Truck passed and I was out of there in 10 minutes. Would recommend to anyone in the area for a test only location that is cheap, fast, and had great service.

Great customer service.. very nice and respectful. Gave me a cold water when got here and sat in covered shade. I definitely recommend this place. I've actually been here twice now and will keep coming back when nerd smog check.

I ve been here a few times now for a smog test and the gentleman here has always been very courteous and professional. On a hot day he offers cold waters and there is a shaded place to relax and wait. I ve been to several places for a smog test but since my first time here I haven t gone anywhere else.

I had to get a smog check and I googled nearby places picked here and called the gentleman was so nice on the phone so I got there in about 10 minutes! So nice offered me a water sat down in the shaded area and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes definitely recommend :)Service: Smog certificationService: Smog certification
