Good and bad. Always to their advantage. Cost does not equal quality. Just found shotty work done on my vent covers. Screwed directly into the roof without using any sealant, even though bracket is designed to screw into the fan frame! So water is all inside my roof! Bummer. Back vent cover also installed improperly, after they put in a Fantastic Fan! What the heck guys? You charge high labor prices then don t do proper labor. Having two vent covers improperly installed, done at different times, tells me they make the effort to improper work keeps you coming back!!!! Not me. Sorry! Find a guy with integrity!!! Now I m worried my awning will fly off at some point!

Very interesting retail store. The staff was very friendly. I have been trying to get in a camping world for quite a while. It definitely nails the needs of casual campers or perpetual nomad travelers. I think their service is outstanding. I would upgrade the retail floor. Felt kinda Kmart like.

Love this place in for supplies and service, called a few RV places to get hydraulic stabilizers in stalled on our Rv and they were like 8K plus labor got ours installed and solar charging installed for the barriers and it came to 7k for both, staff was great and always informative on the progress, thank you Joseph for everything.

Took my motorhome in for some much needed work. I had this Camping World replace both rooftop ac units as they were over 20 years old. They had an excellent match from Dometic that plugged into the existing wiring with no modifications. Had an issue with my generator and it was determined that it needed a new fuel pump and fuel filter. I also had them install two new valve stem fittings so that I could put air in my outside dual tire with ease. I highly praise Service manager Joseph and the technician Chris for their care in performing the work. Work was completed in a very timely manner. Just got back from the Grand Canyon with the wife and pup. Needles, Ca gave the new ac units a good workout! Great job guys, thanks Camping World. I will return as needed. M Martinez

Awesome store with lots of stock. The staff was very helpful and friendly! I was asked 3 times if I needed help. The store was clean. I called to see if they had any of a part in stock and they were courteous and helpful there as well. I highly recommend stopping here and stocking up! Big sale on these wagons. They are over $200 on amazon right now. Only $90 here.

They are Wolf in sheep clothing, I am veteran and have small amounts of money, they tell you that you need something fix and then they tell you is something else what a scam, I tried to use the BBB. and got nowhere because they can't enforce anything or make them pay you back even though I showed them in the receipt, if there was a negative -0 what a scam.

They installed a brake controller to our truck and were detailed and explained the process and parts needed. Folks are helpful and we became members. Definitely worth stopping by and they have an extensive options of all camping and RV accessories.

The staff at Camping World in La Mirada (Denise and Juan and another gentleman who helped me shopping for theft prevention for my trailer) were INCREDIBLE! I was coming from a horrific experience from Airstream Orange County. Their service department there is one of the worst I've ever experienced. They lack communication and had my Airstream Bambi for over 3 months without any updates on what was happening for them to fix the issue.I went to Camping World to have a hitch (anti sway) and brake controller installed. Airstream OC was charging me 3x the price that Camping World billed me AND they took their time to make sure the install was done correctly and safely. Again, I can't thank the staff at Camping World enough for their consideration and professionalism. You would think buying a high end brand name like Airstream would come with the same caliber of customer service, but you would be grossly disappointed. It's places like Camping World with employees like Denise and Juan that make me appreciate the value of hiring good employees who care about the customers and not punching in card from 9 to 5.Kudos to the Camping World crew. I will be back and will be spending more money building up my trailer swag and I will also be sharing my experience with others and making sure to AVOID Airstream OC at all costs when it comes to their customer service!

Absolutely awesome service even though they were very short staffed.The lady that took care of me at the service desk was awesome. The manager that helped me check in was again awesome. The service tech that not only did in awesome job but took the time to tell me exactly what he did for me.Now let s talk about the price, the dealership that I bought the RV from wanted $1788.00 and today I pod just under $1000.00 Never again will I go back to the big RV dealership for service.For the record I highly recommend Camping World, Marcus you would be proud of your crew.

I work for a RV repair company and called Camping World in need of a specific part for a customer. Not only did they have it in stocks, the parts department told me they would wait for me to get there before leaving for the day! The parts department closes an hour before the store does. For taking the time to be so helpful and waiting for me, our customer was able to get back on the road and continue their trip with little time lost. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service Camping Word! I will recommend them to everyone.

Jose help me with my new , weight sway bars , giving me instructions and making sure , I was safe with my new trailer , great guy has a lot of experience and will tell you what you need done ... I m new on all the Rv stuff and he was super helpful , got the best price for what , I needed ... I had called 3 different places One Mike Thompson and was high price so , I went for the best . I want to say camping world in Wichita is the best. The staff is awesome and very knowledgeable. Went in to get propane and service dept help us tremendously. They told us what to get inorder to use bottle propane on our coach. I've referred several friends to check them out, and they all said their great. Thanks camping world

Its OK for an uptight, snooty store. Prices are a bit extreme. Amazon is a better way if you can wait a day and have a mailing address.

I found out about camping world a few days ago. I ended up talking to someone by the name of Joseph on the phone. He was super helpful and set up an appointment for me. I even brought it in this afternoon and they got it completely squared away. The technician Larry did an incredible job of explaining things to me and his work was great. I ve been asked Larry and Joseph a ton of questions and they were both super helpful. Highly recommend. Looking forward to coming back and buying more things asking more questions and getting work done as needed. grateful that camping world has these kinds of people. Figured I would give Camping World the ortujity to work on my travel trailer. Starting from the 1st call I was immediately impressed. Louis whom I spoke with took the time to actually listen to my concerns and my past experiences with their competitor. I made the appointment and was surprised that it was scheduled within a week. WHAT a difference not waiting 3 to 6 weeks to have work done and to go further I received it back the same day, not 2 to 4 weeks. I was able to speak with an actual technician (Larry) and explain what I needed and he immediately went to work.This is the BEST service I have ever been provided and will definitely be back whenever I need more work done. Maintenance cost is very competitive and was even priced less than what I was quoted elsewhere.Thank you to Louis, Larry and Camping World, you have earned my trust and have a future customer.

Not very professional and racist too probably - the overweight lady was walking around us and keeping an eye! Manager kept us waiting when an override for online price match was needed! The non European check out lady was very polite and apologetic for the bad experience we had tho!

Joseph is the best. I needed help with a 5th-wheel hitch that did not work. When Joseph couldn't find the problem himself, he enlisted the help of Manuel. It was determined the problem was a broken piece that should engage when the hitch is properly locked around the trailer pin. I had a replacement piece, which Manuel installed after some hard work to remove two rusted screws. Joseph and Manuel also oiled and greased the hitch, and we have faith it will now work. Both Joseph and Manuel are very good at their jobs and care about providing excellent service. We sincerely appreciate all of Joseph's help to ensure our hitch was fixed.

Signed up for membership online onmy easy to the store to buy a $250 part. Got an email saying I wouldn't get information about my membership for up top 3 days. Called and got my membership number but the INCREDIBLY RUDE cashier pointed out I could have bought it at the store and got the discount. Now she would have to try and override it and got a HUGE attitude and seemed very very annoyed. At first fight give me the online price, even though I showed it to her then finally relented. What a horrible experience. I don't plan on ever going back.

So delighted! Our roof AC unit had broken. We're on a road trip of several months and moving every few days so it seemed impossible to get the unit fixed. We called CW at La Mirada and they had the unit in stock and got us right in. The replacement was done within a few hours and it's been working great. Bravo to the team and especially to Jose!

My fault for assuming I wasn't going to get ripped off. I had them mount my tires since they accidently only ordered 1 tire when I showed up to pick them up. I decided to leave my wheels for mounting since I had to come back regardless. 121.72 to mount the 2 tires. 6$ disposal. 17$ for valve stem and balancing. Ppe charge 8.71$. supplies 7.50. they charge you for everything. I am surprised they didn't charge me for breathing air in their facility. What would've normally coated 20$ per wheel costed me 160.93. that's just for the mounting labor and "supplies". The service is great. Don't get me wrong. But it's straight robbery.
