Got in on a busy Sunday for a rotation and balance check. Origisnlly stated 2 hours so was preparing to wait. Within 5 mins a bay was open waiting for parts, so he pulled in the car and I was out of there in 30mins. Awesome staff and great work.

The Team located in La Mirada conducts themselves in such a professional manner and really goes out of their way to take care of the customer. They very reasonably priced and makes sure you get your vehicle returned just as quickly as possible, thank you again to the Team!

Are used to be a big o customer in Brea California. I ve moved to La Mirada now this is my first time at the LaMirada store, and it won t be my last. I feel that the store really looks after their customers. They kept me informed the whole time, my truck drives way better now. Thanks Big O.

Little more pricey than mom and pop shop for a patched tire. But super friendly service and the guy at the front desk forgot about me so I probably sat for a good ten minutes while my car was ready. I figured there were cars ahead of me, but there weren t

Came in for a quick flat repair. I was told half hour but after a hour of wait, I saw people come and go. I finally got up and asked and the tire was finally done. I see why there reviews are all over the place. Some people get great service and other are forgotten. I won't come back unless I get a flat again on a Sunday.

Had a issue with my coolant hose care was over heating took it here they did a diagnostic on it and helped fix the problem everyone was super nice and kept me updated ill definitely be back.

Great place to purchase your tires. Varieties of tire brands and most likely they will have the tires that fit your cars or trucks, highly recommended, give them a try and you will see the difference between others places.

Friendly service, nice staff, they tell you upfront and immediate what the issue on your vehicle is. They don t push for services which is always a plus for customer comfortability.

Safe and professional. Practicing proper COVID19 safety precautions which was a major reassurance after having just left another tire replacement place that had many employees without masks. On the other hand BiG O tires was very safe and professional. Billy provided me with great customer service. He was professional on the phone and willing to help me out right away! Walter fixed my flat tire incredibly quickly and neatly put my spare and tools back in my trunk. They got me in and out do the shop in 10 minutes flat. I ll be coming back to them again for future.

I bought wilwood break kit and they installed on my miata. Very easy appointment via their website and they see your car to examine the cost. One thing I like was that they tell you the cost before they work on it. I liked it and price was fair.I could also add details such as swapping break hose. They were like restaurants. I could asked my worries and favors, they type those down in their computer to make sure they go through when their mechanics work on my car. Mechanics and people work here are good people.

Great work. Purchased 2 new tires for my Crown Victoria. $436.00 for everything including alignment, rotation, mounting, labor. Didn't wait too long. This place does just about any kind of mechanical work. Went here because I wanted to take my car to the same place the previous owners did. Very clean, especially the restroom.

Worth driving a few miles out of my way.They did everything right there; 100,000 mile Tune Up, changed my Water Pump, put new tires on & did the Alignment all under one roof & I saved some Money but more importantly, I know there were no corners cut, I got the best deal with high quality tires that will last as long as they are rated at plus I have the BigO Warranty for road hazards - worth every dollar, worth going 10 miles out of my way ...

Went in here few weeks ago because I noticed a nail in the tire. They were great with removing and fixing it promptly on a busy Sunday morning. Great service and professional representatives. Highly recommend.

I rarely ever post a one star review. It s reserved for only the worst, especially for those who lie to me. I went there to buy a replacement tire for my car and was told by Art that it s important to get the same tire. You don t want to take chances. You want all the tires to match. I trusted him so I did. As soon as I left the dealer, I knew that something was wrong. He had sold me a different tire that did not match the others on the car. And he lied to cover it up. I went back-and-forth six times to get them to correct the error. He would not. Neither would the other man working there named Raymond. They consistently lied and told me that they were going to do this or they were going to do that. They had no intention of being honest and correct their coverup. I wanted to talk to Art, and Ramond even told me that Art had a heart attack and was unavailable. But then he showed up the following week. This was just another lie. I give Big Zero Tires one star. I m being generous.I do not recommend anyone doing business with them.

Had brake cleaning and head gasket replacement. Car still squeaked after and months later, I went to another mechanic to clean it and it was filthy. Whatever they did, it did not solve the squeaking issue which I came to them about. I m left feeling ripped off because I paid for service that did nothing or maybe they didn t even do anything at all.

This location is under new management, and it shows. Customer service has improved greatly. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, reasonable automotive repair prices.

I feel betrayed. I've been taking my 3 cars to this Big O for tires and service for more than 20 years thru multiple owners, this was the worst experience I've ever had. I took my SUV in to get the tires balanced and rotated and have the front end alignment checked. I had paid for the tire hazard warranty (Tire Protection Package) when I purchased the tires (which was supposed to include free tire balance and rotation FOR THE LIFE OF THE TIRES) but they REFUSED to do anything, they actually said they wouldn't even touch my tires because they were over 5 years old (even though they had only 10k miles on them and looked like new (garaged, no cracks or tread missing)). Boy, has Big O tires and service gone down hill over the last few years. Every reason I used to go there (tire hazard warranty, rotate/balance tires and alignment check for free, ...) have disappeared - and if your Big O tires are more than 3 years old don't expect them to take care of you, I guess they just want/expect you to buy new ones.ps: I went to American Tire Depot and they had no problem taking care of me. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, (and had better prices), I guess I've found my new tire store.(old review - 3 years ago)Thank you for a great experience. Thank you especially to Derek who was so helpful and was able to help me out with a great deal on a new set of tires. Everyone was courteous and the work was done quickly and professionally. I will definitely be back.

They did a good job on the car. The dude was helpful and polite. There was a lot of drama going on at this place and I feel the dude handled it well. Over all decent experience considering it was 20 minutes after my appointment time and 25 minutes after my arrival that I was even spoken to but only because of awful customer. No air conditioning was the biggest issue here...

Very professional. Took the time to identify the problem with my AC and didn't do any extra work that wasn't needed.I need to edit my review...if I could give them 10 stars I would! They called the next day to check and make sure everything was good. BUT my AC died again. I took it back in and they found all the problems with it, something 4 other places never took the time to do. The other places I went said "well we fixed what we found" and didn't even bother to warranty their work. But Big O did! Seriously top-notch customer service.

I went to Big O Tires yesterday to have a new set of lift springs and shocks (which I previously purchased) installed on my Tacoma. Derek quoted me a very reasonable price for the installation. When I picked up my truck later in the day, something was not right with the truck. Portions of the old lift had been left on when all the new equipment was installed due to a miscommunication when I dropped my truck off.I called back after realizing this and spoke to Derek again. He understood the issue and was apologetic. He had me bring my truck back to have the rest of the old parts removed, free of charge.I never write reviews on companies however I had to on this. Big O Tires could have turned their backs on me but instead stood by their service and corrected the issues with no problem. the staff was all professional and friendly. I really respect this shop and they will definitely have my business in the future.

This is where I go for repairs. A little disappointed with last visit because had a recommended service done that I had postponed on previous visit and very next day engine light on. So went back and they found something else just spent over $800. Had I known would have declined everything and made a decision about selling it junking. Now Im trying to get my $800 out of it and waiting for the other shoe to drop. 05-18-2023 The previous finance company for Big O Tires stop offering credit to Big O. Went in todsy for oil change figuring they would recommend breaks and/or tires. I applied for credit for cost of both $1200. No instant approval had to wait for response in 10 to 14 days. So just got oil change for now. Have to figure out how to come up with the cash

Easy finance thru Acima low dow payment and good service same as cash 90 days to pay off my tires and alignment 620 that's $20 down $200 a month

The person up front was too busy to really help me. He didn't take my info and didn't even give me chance to tell them the flat tire was in the back seat, so I was charged $25 to have air put in a tire and didn't get the tire with screw in looked at. Mind you it took 2 something hours to get even that done. I will not be coming back to this location nor the Brea, even if it is closer to me. I had better service at the Orange location.Edit: The District Manager got a hold of me after making a complaint on their site, to fix the issue and apologize for the bad service and the inconvenience of having to go to a different location. The store Manager, Derrick, had also apologized for the bad service and gave me a refund along with an inconvenience fee, more than what I was expecting. Told me if I wanted to go back to that location then to make sure to ask for him.After all this I may just give this location another chance and changed my rating as well.
