Today I was helped by Anthony who was so friendly and helpful. My mom told me it was a great welcoming place from the moment you walk through the door and she is so right . They let me return unused snow chains I bought for Big Bear without a hassle like other places do . I appreciated that and their welcoming smile and that they made me laugh on a sad day. Today I find out if I have cancer and I appreciated that laughter. . Angie

Mario was by far the best helper I ve ever had at any auto parts store.. He really went over and beyond to try and help me. His customer service is beyond the best!!! He s definitely a rockstar! Thank you so much for all you do Mario

Inappropriate Signage: While most of the employees I've interacted with were fairly helpful, I cannot justify this store's choice of signage. All throughout the store, prominent signs and labels appear in large-print Spanish, with very small English translations below. I love Spanish and many of my friends are Latinos, but the very obscure, unreadable English signage made it difficult to find what I needed among the aisles in the store -- I don't have enough Spanish vocabulary to navigate the clearly-marked terms, and only the Spanish was visible from other aisles. In addition, while we have many wonderful Latino neighbors (including some of my best friends), this store is still located within a U.S. city, and I cannot agree with management's decision to subjugate English as "lesser" throughout the store. I've been shopping with their competitor a few blocks north ever since.

Yes, It was a sad day when Pep Boys closed but it was a bit dated and could have used a serious refresh. When Advanced auto parts came to town i was looking forward to the newly remodeled facility. Unfortunately it was closed for far too long after the exterior signage was completed. When it finally opened i was completely underwhelmed. It resembled an old warehouse rather than a modern parts store and to make matters worse it still had the old broken and patched pep boys floor. I gave it one more chance this week and also noticed the new, BOLD Spanish signage. Missed the mark for me, will be moving on.

3-25-23 Arrived at 7:30 am to buy the parts my mechanic told me to get. Brakes, rotors,and a radiator. But the store was closed, waited until 9:00am and yet the store was closed? Wasted my whole morning and was able to get nothing done. About 10-15 customers walked up to the door and left very annoyed. I was hoping one might be an employee that would open the store.

This Store is Brand New , So it's spotless inside and out!!! it is the Old Pep-Boys location. The Staff is Great!!!!

Great place to shop for all your auto part related needs ! It s extremely clean and tidy to start off; in addition, the staff is extremely friendly, courteous, and goes the extra mile when helping me find a certain product for my vehicle. Two thumbs up !

Ok advance auto parts New auto parts store in the neighborhood.. had to get some lugs was in a hurry to get them and get rim and tire put back on car so i can move it.Very important .. at 7:24 i get here..says opens at 7:30.i waNt to be first one in and out well it's 7:44 and doors are just opening... not good but now I'm super late so i gotta go...thanks advance making me late. .
