We took 2 of our cars here and received outstanding service with clear explanations and proper expectations set. We've had a rough time finding a great mechanic that can take care of our 3-5 year-old vehicles. Faris and Fred are capable and trustworthy. We will be taking our cars here from now on and will bring a vehicle to them for inspection prior to the next purchase also!My partner had 2 mechanics from other locations miss a very simple-to-diagnose situation, but Trust Auto found it instantly by simply listening to our description of the symptoms. Keep up the great work, gentlemen!!

Fred and the crew over at trust auto are the best. My family and I have been using Trust auto for over 15 years now and have never had an issue with their service. I recommended them to all my friends who do not have a regular auto shop they go to and can trust that they will be taken care of like family. Highly recommend.

I can not say enough great things about Trust Auto and Fred. We've been coming to him for years with 4 different cars. Fred does quality work, in honesty, and won't price gouge you. We were recommended to Fred by a friend, and now there's a whole group of friends that comes to see him. If you have a 2000 or newer vehicle, you need to see Fred at Trust Auto for all your mechanical needs, including oil changes. There's even a smog shop on property.

Trust auto is the best. My girlfriend took her Jeep here for an oil sensor light that would not go off. After that I started taking my Toyota Avalon in for a check engine light and brakes. He is always honest about any issues with the vehicles. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

Now this place is a little pricey. But I can understand because these guys are geniuses. There is nothing this place can not figure out on a Mercedes. They are all excellent trouble shooters. Have great scanners. The guy that owns the place is very knowledgeable and talented. If you need very top notch professionals. I would gladly recommend this place. They are very good at what they do. Thanks.

There s an old joke about honest joes mechanic shop; trust auto repair on the other hand has proven to be trustworthy. They ve serviced our family vehicles for over a decade now.Fred and Faris are a cut above, so here s a rose and a toast to trust! Cheers!

Excellent service! Fred was super helpful, prompt and friendly. The work was reasonably priced. Since I lived close by they were able to pick me up. Fred and his team have been a Godsend. You don t even need to think twice about bringing you car here. Do it!! I had a 2002 Honda CR-V that I bought with 125,000 miles. I m convinced that it made it to 270k because of the team at Trust Auto. Fred always clearly explains what work needs to be done and why and he gives me a fair price. It was time to trade in the old CR-V for a newer one. I took the newer one to Fred before I officially bought it. He did a 120 point inspection & got it done very quickly so I could drive back up to the dealership and buy it. I called Mike for some advice on a used car comparison based on the reviews I read. He was extremely helpful and actually offered some great advice and honest alternatives. I felt that he was extremely knowledgeable and very nice! I will be bringing my vehicle there if I am ever in the need for a mechanic.

Great service! I just drove my car halfway across the country and the check engine light came on. I was able to diagnose needing a new injector but needed a mechanic to fix it. I was recommended to Trust Auto by a friend and I am so happy I brought my car here. Fred is AWESOME. Great communication, very knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic with reasonable prices. I got my car in and out within two days. He even put new wiper blades in because the ones I left in the front seat didn t fit. Very impressed. 10/10 Highly recommend!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Trust Auto has a name that holds truth!!!! My Son was sent there by our church family for his car, my Son sent me there for my car. It is an extremely trustworthy place for your vehicle repairs!!!! I highly recommend this facility!!!!

Called around in regards to getting my vehicle repaired tell I spoke to a representative here. Some red flags that hit me was how they asked me how much was my insurance deductible, the long pause of whether they can take my car in or not and there lack of confidence in regards to repairing my vehicle which was why they needed me to send pictures. All though I never took my car in to this place, the phone call alone gave me as much info as I needed about this place.... maybe I spoke to the wrong person...

We were traveling back home & our car needed a lot of work to be able to make it back, we had a two day deadline & called the owner. He was able to accommodate us in the very short time frame that we had. We ended up needing a full service repair includingNew BrakesPressure Washed UndercarriageFixed BumperReplaced LightsRadiator hoseCooling System Flush.They went above & beyond our expectations & even repaired the bumper for free for us! I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else for service. Fred is honest, kind, accommodating and his prices are always reasonable. Trust Auto guarantees their work, and I have found the quality superb over the last 7 years. Customer for life!

this is my one stop auto repair spot. Not only are their prices fair, they perform good work, and hon style. Fred has done work on my 12 year old truck and took to resolving my issues like it was his own vehicle. He even did extensive warranty work trying to track down s problem with my evaporation system. I will be dealing exclusively with Trust Auto from here on out. Without question, a fantastic place of business with genuine people who know how to treat their customers. Thanks again Fred.

This is one very reliable and trustworthy place of business. Fred and Firas are very knowledgeable. They also are willing to share that with you. My wife was helped by their service in a time of emergency which included having her car towed to them. I respect their forthrightness and problem solving ability. Keep up the great work gentlemen. No one ever likes car trouble but finding the right person to help you deal with it can be even more challenging. I have a 2009 Honda Accord V6 that had started sputtering. I brought it in and he diagnosed it and got me running the very next day. The cost was very reasonable and the customer service was great. To my surprise he even fixed my passenger side door sensor that had been malfunctioning forever, AT NO CHARGE! Will definitely come back and recommend him to others.

The Check Engine light came on our 2001 Ford Windstar on Tuesday night. I had read online that Auto Zone will scan your vehicle for free and give you the diagnostic code so you know what the problem is. That turns out not to be the case in California, but they were nice enough to refer me to Trust Auto Repair where they did do a FREE scan. Fortunately, my problem was minor...I needed 4 new manifold clips at $6/each. They only charged me $24 for the clips and $50 labor to put them on and the rod back in. And they even contacted Drew Ford to order the clips and to make sure that they could use the same rod again, so my total bill was about $80! The thing is, they could have told me anything and I would not have known if they were being truthful, and they could have said I needed a very expensive part. The mechanic was even nice enough to explain the problem to us in detail and to show us the clips and how they were supposed to go on the manifold. We were very impressed with their honesty, their service and their reasonable prices. This is where I plan to go for any work I need done on our van from now on. I'm so glad that they are close by!

I was referred here by my dad who takes all his company vehicles here. I usually deal with Mike since he is who my dad Advised me to speak with. Mike is great he explains in detail what s wrong with the vehicle and gives you a fair quote before services are done. He had my car serviced and ready to go quickly. This place is top notch as you can tell by there overall rating!! Have no fear bringing you car here you will drive away happy!! Thx mike!!

All the lights in my dash came on suddenly and my (otherwise new and healthy) car decided to die on me. I was referred to Trust Auto by Autozone and they fixed my code reader for free to see what was going on. They let me leave it overnight to get checked on the next day and I got a call in the morning about what the problem could be but they didn t want to open everything up yet. Fred suggested I take it back to where I got my oil changed (just 2 weeks prior!) and they should be able to fix it for free. Just the amount of honesty and integrity they have makes me trust them more than any other place. :)

Trust Auto is the place to go. Fred the owner is straight forward with what you need. I've never felt like he's tried taking advantage of us. Their also quick with their work and guarantee what they do.

BEWARE NOT HONEST. I went for a oil change and check engine light diagnostic and they told me I needed a new motor and wanted to charge me $3,000. Went somewhere else, turned out my car just needed a new water pump and new place also told me they didn t even change my oil!!!!! If you re a young lady BEWARE they WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE. I had a problem with the transmission on my 2011 BMW 535 I. The BMW dealership wanted over $2000 To fix it. They fixed it for for less than half and all BMW original parts.Very professional and knowledgeable.. highly recommend.
