Wanted to provide warning to any future customers. Based on the reviews decided to give this business a try. Had them come out yesterday for the bling detailing service (~$240). When the service was complete I had to add tire dressing and request some dust still be cleaned off. What made matters worse within 14 hours of paying for the detail service it rained. I reached out because it s industry practice to offer a rewash if it rains within 24 hours. La Jolla Mobile Car detailed refused, and the customer service left a lot to be desired. Most car washes will provide a rewash within 24 hours. To pay close to $250 and not be offered the aforementioned rewash was disappointing to say the least. I do not recommend!

Glad I found La Jolla Mobile Detail! Communication was great all the way up the apartment date. Isaiah and his team transformed my dirty ride into a stunner again. Will definitely be back when the time comes!

The BoBax team came to my home in La Costa Valley for the mini service. My car desperately needed a good clean as shes been working hard! (Drove coast to coast and then north to south, and now lives the beach life!). Car is looking great and the interior is now cleaned and ready for new adventures with a baby. The mini was perfect for my needs and the convenience cannot be beat. The service was recommended to me by another mom and i would recommend them as well, especially if you are low on time and/or energy. Having them come to you is amazing.

Where do I even Start!Cess was amazing in getting us the right package deal , we got the Bling-Bling paavkage .Cess worked with us and our schedules . Amazing communication.Isaiah is great ! He did amazing job on our Toyota Corolla ! We will definitely be reaching out again !

Great response time. They were the only company that answered my phone calls. They were able to meet my quick needs and quality of work was fantastic. We ve used this company for our mobile car wash and detailing several times now. We live in Carmel Valley area. Last time we got the Mini wash and our cars both looked amazing afterwards! I ve been using LJMCD for well over a year now and have nothing but great things today. Christian always shows up inside his window and does a fantastic job with my maintenance washes. They listen to feedback and the price is absolutely worth what they charge. This was my first experience using a car detailing company and I shopped around quite a bit before finding La Jolla Mobile. They were kind from the start, and effectively communicated details about my booking. On appointment day, my car detailer, Ethan, was on time, friendly and hard working. He was AMAZING! I really lucked out. My car is spotless and you could tell he paid attention to every little detail. My car was probably a tough job with hair and dirt everywhere, but Ethan managed to make it look new again.I would 100 percent recommend Ethan and La Jolla Mobile.

I have been using this car cleaning service for one year plus. I did a couple of appointments and loved the way my car looked I signed up for a year. They come every month I pick the day they do the work in my driveway just access to my hose and extension cord. The service has always been top notch and both the office team and technician are very kind and professional. AMAZING! I found this place while searching for an auto-detailing place near me and I luckily found this one. My company 20 ft. long bus was parked underneath a tree for a couple days and afterwards it was covered in tree sap. Ethan came to my place of business took a look at it and gave me a fair estimate. After he was done the bus looked fantastic I was impressed that he was able to clean that big bus by himself and do a wonderful job. I now have them wash my other vehicles too on regular basis.Service: Auto detailing

From setting up the appointment to getting the service done La Jolla Mobile was truly the best I have ever dealt with. Super easy to schedule an appointment to accommodate my bosses schedule with Dennis, everything was done via text message so it made things easier especially trying to coordinate with my boss. Julian showed up on time and was super friendly. His personality and happiness made a bad day better. He did a great job, took about an hour for a basic wash. My boss was beyond thrilled and will be using these guys again. Highly recommend. Very reasonable and very personable and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is always unique these days. I m updating this review to reiterate the below praise and to add my latest experience with this phenomenal business. I ordered the same service as last time and the quality of work didn t falter a bit, turns out that s because the same technician, Julian, worked on my car both times, and his attention to detail is unparalleled. Again, the flexibility of scheduling and convenience of having the team come out and do the work on site was just a bonus for an overall great experience. The follow up call I had with the owner to ensure I was completely satisfied with their work is just one example of how seriously they take customer service. Suffice to say, if customer service and quality of work are what you re looking for, look no further.Previous review maintained below:First off, the shop was super busy, and the appt slot I wanted got booked while I was figuring out if the team would have room to work at my place. Dennis and Cess both bent over backwards to find a time that they could make work for my schedule. The service itself was nothing short of stellar. My car sat for months while I traveled and then I drove it for months without a detail while I got several things fixed. The wear was starting to show. After my service, it is absolutely gleaming and feels like a different car. I have been through it with a fine toothed comb and haven t found anything I would have them do differently. I would highly recommend based on customer service and quality of care I received. I'm really impressed with the quality of work I received from this team. My poor Mustang was starting to get too dirty and I decided to go with La Jolla Mobile Car Detail after doing some research in the area. I went with The Bling package - highly recommend this one if you want some proper exterior and interior cleaning done! Will be returning again

They are so professional, so friendly & do an impeccable job. I will only use this wonderful team in La Jolla for all Auto washing/paint repairs and detailing. The owner Dennis was super nice, very attentive and fit me in last minute. He sent out Gloria and the Red Van Team and they were outstanding! Incredibly kind and so hard working. What a great job Mr. Julian did! He was very professional, listening to what my desired outcome was, and delivered on his promise. He was able to buff out a lot of cosmetic scuffs and steam clean the stains out of my seats.
