Ordered a roll cage about 6 months ago from Dillon. Had some money troubles starting a new job and such. He worked with me that whole time to get my account paid down. And got my roll cage manufactured for my Focus RS. He worked with me the whole time. Kept me informed every step of the way. Even gave me status updates even after hours. Dylan is a superstar at Studio RSR He was such a pleasure to work with. Thank you Dylan for everything you've done for me over this last year. It's greatly appreciated The Goot. RS Gutierrez.

StudioRSR made a half cage for my 350z. The customer service was a 10/10 and the overall communication was amazing. The cage is a perfect fit and it was installed by StudioRSR themselves. The people at the garage were all very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Overall a great experience and I can see myself coming back to them for future projects.-JayService: Body & Trim

Drove down from NorCal for cage install. Despite being super busy they got the cage done within an hour. Robert, Dillon and the staff were cool and nice to talk to. I ll be back again for more work. If not on this project but the next.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE 0/5Didn't want to write this review but my car till today still has issues and parts missing off it...My BMW M4 was sent to Studio RSR for diagnostic and repairs late 2021. I had worked with Studio RSR in the past once and had a good experience but unfortunately this time it was an absolute nightmare to say the least.-Let me start off by saying communication with these guys is almost non-existent. They will give you so many false updates and lies. Once they run of out lies to tell you they will just leave your message on "read".-They try to upsell you every single opportunity they get.-They will do ANYTHING to avoid paying you your money back, like altering their invoices by giving you some credit to cover the fact that you have to pay tax twice. I even caught the owner changing my old invoices and making it look like I short paid them OVER A YEAR AGO then asking me to pay for it again. The look on his face was absolutely priceless when I showed him all the text, bank statement, email and receipts.-Robert AKA the owner is the definition of a scam artist. He acts like he's your friend and he's trying to help you but in reality he's just milking you of all your money. When I told him I wanted to take my car back and take it to the shop that was building the engine directly he told me he would give me a better deal because of the labor costs. So he put a -$800 credit on my invoice. The same invoice he cleverly taxed me twice on $13,073.27. Also the same invoice where he put less than what I actually paid him. Paid $13,000 he put $12,469.13. At some point in all this Robert told me I am lucky he isn't charging me storage fee for holding on to my car. This was because I would call for an update every week and they would LIE and say next week so I would call them every single week till they got the job done.-The main mechanic here left and the current mechanics are not as experienced. My car literally had a ground wire connecting to my exhaust instead of the transmission.... There was over $1000 worth of parts missing off my car that I called them for multiple times and never got back. Until today my car still has electrical issues because it obviously wasn't assembled correctly.-Owner still owes me money that I over paid him for12/27/2021Dropped off car at Studio RSR01/05/2023Picked up car in this condition LOOK AT PICTURE. Was not timed properly and misfiring. Was left outside for over a year with the head off and had rust in my cylinder walls and now a dead Li Battery ($2000) that I had to buy. Paint was trashed and multiples scratches all over.Enjoy the money you stole from me Robert! Looks like you definitely need it more then I do

I drove all the way from Oklahoma to have my M3 upgraded with a crank hub as well as the installation of other parts. First and foremost, I would like to say that the staff are welcoming and provided me with awesome hospitality. Dillon was able to make things work for me given some unforeseen circumstances, and I was very appreciative of that. Customer service and communication was top notch. They kept me updated on the progression of the car throughout the day. The car was done the same day that I dropped it off, which was nice. Excellent customer service like this is hard to come by nowadays. Definitely recommend bringing in your car here if you need work done.

Ordered a cage back from beginning November of 2023. It is now April 2024 and cage has still yet to be delivered. The worst part? -there is no support team or follow ups for your orders. There is no one to pick up the phone, no one to answer emails. When they do, they will tell you time after time it is delayed, or they are short staffed, or doing a rebranding. days of delay became weeks, weeks then turns into months. I have been working directly with the director at Studio RSR Nick Aguayo. These guys are a total joke. Do yourself a favor and look at other reviews if you think I'm making this up - I am not the only victim here. These guys have no inventory of anything and will just straight up just take your money and run.

I picked StudioRSR for a half cage installation because they assured me they could cleanly modify my car's trim. After a four month wait, they finally scheduled the installation. While the cage itself is acceptable, they completely mutilated my trim (see pic). There's a gaping hole with incredibly jagged edges rather than a neat cut around the contours of the roll bar.I told them I would have to bring it to another shop to redo all of the trim pieces, at which point they reassured me they would try again with a "different tool" that was more suitable for the job. They said to reach out to schedule another visit. I contacted the owner and two other employees on three or four occasions. I was mostly ignored, but I managed to get a response from Robert on one occasion. He gave me the run around, and then ignored my attempts to contact him again. So, here we are 8 months later. I've given up and had to buy the trim piece that they damaged beyond repair. I'll be taking it to a shop that's experienced in modifying plastic and more challenging materials.

I worked with Dillon to get my car in to have some components installed. There was great communication throughout and he worked together with my schedule to ensure I was able to get the work done that I needed. Have some other things I plan on getting installed into my car in the future and will definitely be back. Would recommend to anyone!

Letting you guys know the experience I had over at Studio RSR on Friday.I drove 4 hours to have my crank hub done. Prior to this at the last minute I decided to call them and ask if they could get a hold of some Swift Springs and install them for me since the car was already going under the knife...These guys are AWESOME! They were able to get me some springs at the last minute and even took the time to DRIVE over and pick the springs up for me just so I could have them THAT DAY!They are masters at the S55 and the crank hub job. The tech was able to get my car in and out the same day and only took a few hours. I can't express how good he is at what he does. He even allowed me to watch and take pictures during the process. The owner and other workers there are very friendly. I brought my girlfriend and our little dog with me and we were very happy with the service. They answered every question I had and made sure we were well taken care of.After the job was done I had a LONG drive back home especially with traffic. The car ran very smooth with no issues. All temps were perfect and the suspension felt tight.I am a very satisfied customer and would do business with them again in the future. 10/10Thank you Andre Monastirsky!These photos were taken from their Instagram page.The side shot is a photo I took to show the suspension drop.

***NEVER BUY ANYTHING IN THIS PLACE***Took 7 months to ship my roll cage, the excuse they first gave me was shortage of material (which I still don t understand) so supposedly it will take 4 months, after 4 months they charged me the rest of the balance saying that it will be done in 2 weeks, they never contacted again, after 2 more months Dillon and Robert said their welding machines kept breaking down and they got behind on work, long story short it ended up being 7 months. On a phone call I asked Dillon if they can fabricate a rear seat delete for my car, and he said yes, so they charged me $1230 for a rear seat delete and I agreed. Dillon said it will take 2 months, past 2 months, never contacted me again. I sent a message to the owner Robert, he said if they couldn t have it ready in 2 more weeks, they will refund me the whole amount. Now he doesn t want to reply my emails.

I blew the engine on my 2018 BMW M4 back in November. Not a fun situation to be in and definitely not cheap nor easy to fix. Dillon offered to have my car towed the same day I blew my engine to get it inspected and create a plan to get it back on the road. I sat on the car for a month in my garage to really think it over (fix or sell it) but finally decided to follow-through with StudioRSR handling the task on hand. They were not only able to provide guidance to where to source my motor but also created a specific work plan to get me back to where I was pre-catastrophe.tl;dr - They got my car back up and running in 2 weeks!You have to understand that a motor transplant for this platform is not easy to do for many reasons (logistics, supply to begin with). Although there are other shops out there that can 'do' this kind of work, what sets this shop above and beyond the rest is their genuine effort to ensure all the variables, checkboxes, and other requests you as a customer have are addressed. I am extremely picky and scrutinize everything that happens to my car and although I added layers of complexities to the reassembly and installation, they took their time and made sure I was happy with everything. I am back on the road again and I couldn't be more grateful for this shop and how they operate.Thanks again guys! Especially Dillon and Anthony. You guys rock.

Studio RSR is a joke. if you come here expect poor customer service and to be told lies and to be frauded whenever they can. I simply came to order some intakes for my car and they kept giving me false updates and saying excuse after excuse. They will make you pay through Zelle so that you cant do chargebacks. They pick and choose favorites on who gets scammed or not. They scammed me for as low as $200

Terrible company. Lie after lie when you can actually get someone on the phone. Ordered a cage in June 2023 that was paid in full. Still have not received it in February 2024. Excuse after excuse. First it was a rogue former employee s fault. Then it s going in production. Next it s at the powder coaters. Then it was the rouge employee was giving wrong information. Next it was going to built the next week. Two weeks roll around and now it s at the powder coater. Today, 2 12-2024 it s built but waiting on powder coating. Nothing but lies. Sheer ineptitude or just down right fraud. Spend your money elsewhere. For those that have been scammed and lied to. I d recommend you contact the California Attorney General s Office and report the unscrupulous business practices. Taking deposits for products and or services and failing to deliver is a crime. The Attorney General s offices has specific unit thar will investigate their business practices and assist in recovering your money. Hopefully will result in criminal charges.

I have purchased an e46 m3 and knowing that this shop works on BMW's and with my previous connections with one of the guys at the shop Andre, I knew that I would be taking my car to their place! They are fast, efficient and answer all my questions. Car runs amazing after they work on it. Being a car enthusiast, you want a trust worthy shop to go to. Studio RSR is definitely that type of shop and I will continue to take my car there for any future repairs and performance upgrades.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance, Oil change

My wife and I drove from Wyoming to get the crank hub replaced on my bmw f80 so I can tune it with peace of mind. I enjoyed my conversation with them. They re very nice, honest people. Originally we had agreed to a price for the crank hub job but later on, they lowered the price to match an ongoing promo they had. If I needed anything else done I would most definitely make the trip again for their help. Thanks again for the excellent experience guys!

Oversea buyers be very careful when you purchase stuff from these guys!Ordered a cage back in 2022 Dec was been told ETA will take 12-14 weeks to make before shipping out.Got updated on April 2023 it got delayed due to overwhelming orders and try to catch up all the orders.Last contact was at May 2023, they said need extra month for the cage, then I lost all the contact from these guys until October never heard back from them.Request the refund or update for the cage seems has no help since they are not responding at all!I m guessing at this stage will be very difficult to get the money back or the item after long 10 months waiting period.As we live in Australia we like to buying parts from US, this is the only shop I found is very dodgy, don t be fooled by their videos and website.

Went to StudioRSR to get hood louvres installed and these guys killed it! They made sure I was satisfied with the alignment / placement and got everything done pretty quickly!Highly recommend these guys!

Ordered a part, a few weeks later was told it was no longer stocked and would receive a refund within 10 days. It is not 3 months after I ordered and still haven t received the refund.

Ordered a CSF radiator/heat exchanger for my B58. I was able to talk to Andre about an ETA and we got to texting pretty quickly. Great customer service. Although I never received shipping/tracking info, it showed up in 2-3 business days! Wouldn t hesitate to order from them again.

It took 8 months from ordering to delivery.During that time, there was no contact for about six months.I requested a refund because the item I ordered was not included, but it was not refunded.

Ordered a cage back in May and took almost 3 full months to get delivered. Never got any calls regarding updates for the cage I had to call every week and every time I called I got a different answer about where my cage was and how close it was to being done. No communication between their team members what so ever. Finally after getting my cage and installing it everything seemed to be good until I started driving the cage was too close to the headliner of the car which caused a very noticeable rubbing sound between the cage and the headliner. I did mention before placing the order that I have a sun roof so the clearance is tighter than without one. Called them to see what can be done and they told me that I can pay $500 to get it shipped back for a refund or have it installed by someone else??? Overall wouldn t get a cage from here again.

Update, as of July 20th StudioRSR owner Robert has finally paid up and they do not owe me anymore money. Never got a sincere apology from him or a real explanation to the situation. I thought it was just me getting unfair treatment but ever since I went public about this I have connected with so many car owners who has their money taken by StudioRSR and not given the parts or service. I'm just glad its over and needless to say, DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS SHOP.------ORIGINAL POST BELOW------STUDIORSR STILL OWES ME $5443 - STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP -Full Story Below-Studio RSR received $12,600 in AUGUST 2022 from me through an electronic wire to order parts for my Supra, including a Fi exhaust. I experienced lots of delays, defective parts, janky installs, and a supposedly lost carbon hood but got some of the mods on in DECEMBER of 2022.This entire time StudioRSR has been lying to me about the status of the Fi exhaust. Week after week Richard (my sales advisor) would tell me they are contacting Fi about the delay. Richard recommends that I should reach out myself as a customer, hoping that Fi would take it more seriously.After reaching out to Fi directly, I found out that the truth is StudioRSR is simply incapable of ordering an exhaust. A Fi official gets back to me the same night I sent a request on Fi s website and here is what I found out to be the actual timeline and what happened:I paid in full in JULY 2022, and StudioRSR didn t even try to order the exhaust from Fi until SEPTEMBER, Fi gets back to StudioRSR saying they ll be available in 2 weeks. StudioRSR never orders it. Meanwhile, StudioRSR messages me on Instagram saying that they heard from Fi that it's 2 weeks out and a week for shipping.I still ask about the exhaust every couple of weeks, On October 7th, StudioRSR tells me that Fi says the exhaust is getting ready for customs and they have been asking for an update all week.In NOVEMBER 2022, since Fi didn t hear back from StudioRSR, Fi sends out an email notifying Andre (the person in charge of purchasing) that the order will be canceled for now since they didn't hear anything back. Andre responds that they are waiting on accounting s approval and the order is still good. *Keep in mind, StudioRSR has had my full payment for the exhaust for more than 3 months at this point* Fi tells them that the exhaust is in stock still.In JANUARY 2023, Andre decides that it is finally time to order the exhaust for me, finally got approval from accounting to purchase the exhaust . As usual, Fi answers the same day and asks for a payment method from StudioRSR, NO ONE EVER ANSWERS FROM NOW ON.Fi also confirms that they did not receive any kind of payment from StudioRSRI confronted shop owner Robert with Richard in the room on February 20th. They claim they used a different supplier or Fi has their money but wouldn't send the exhaust. For every lie that I exposed, Robert has an excuse to make up for it. Eventually, they agree on issuing me a refund and I would get a check that week.Now more than 4 months later, over 40 emails later, and many many false promises from Robert, I still have yet to receive my refund of $5443 from StudioRSR

Ordered a roll cage for my m4 with Josh one of the sales guys. He was very friendly from the moment he answered the phone until I received my cage a couple months later. The cage did take about 8 weeks until I received it, but Josh was very good with sending me updates along the way and Even let me change the color that I wanted last minute and helped me choose the perfect color! Let s just say the wait was worth it! Thank you guys!!
