Gaskets we re reused. Fixed one of my problems but took a brand new $150 part and replaced it with a used one. Couldn t find cause of misfire.

Very impressed with the professionalism of this shop. Their service writers, Brent and Andrew, were very helpful and polite. Communication was great. They let me know every time there was any news to share about my repair. Tech, Joe, was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to track down hard to find parts. They have their own fenced parking lot to make parking less of a hassle. I will be taking more of my business here.

This is a great auto repair shop! They don t just work on Japanese autos, they service our company s Ford Transit vans and do a great job! So I know they do some domestic. I also know that they do not do some old German autos. Joe, the owner, is a great guy! I ve taken in an old Mercedes and he straight up told me I should take it somewhere else to fix, that it wasn t in their wheelhouse. I appreciate that sort of honesty rather than have a mechanic string me along. The guys pulling wrenches are also fantastic, super friendly and knowledgeable . I highly recommend Pro Tech Automotive!

Joe is a friendly and patient automotive tech expert. I believe i made a good choice to have them replace my scion xb oil pan. They gave me a great price, and great service taking me back to Sonora after drop off. Timely completion and got me back to my car with driver pick up. Warrenty for six months.

Took my beat up little scion xb because it wasn't accelerating anymore. They were able to diagnose (pistons) and repair in two days! Reasonable pricing and 6mo/12k warranty.I paid 990+tax. They washed my car (didn't know they would), did a free oil change, and even installed the lift gate handle (I had the parts already) for free! I really appreciate them!

Pro-Tech went beyond & more to make sure my Toyota was fixed correctly, safe to drive. No hassles, I was given updates & returned to me faster than I had expected. I most definitely recommend Pro-tech anyone.

Joe is a great guy. This is an honest mechanic shop. Please use them. I took my Toyota and they took care of it. I was so happy, I wanted them to work on my VW and he said that is not our specialty and he recommended another shop. Most people would have worked on the car even if they don't have the knowledge.Take you care to Joe and to ProTechs. You won't be disappointed. Please support honest mechanics. There are very few left.

Joe has always been up front, honest, and quick to fix any issue I ve brought him. I ve been going to Pro Techs for five years now and my trust in Joe and his crew to do the right thing has been proven time and time again where i even feel bad if I go somewhere else for so much as a quick oil change. This is the type of reliable shop you hope to find.

I do know Pro tech and if you own a Japanese vehicle this is the place, three things , honest, reliable, and prompt with the work. Plus Joe is very helpful and will refer you to an associate if they don't do any particular work , he has good contacts that will help you out , which is another plus when you're in a pinch.

Good quality service, clean, no waiting room but there are chairs outside, not an issue for me. Staff was friendly and professional.

I saw some good communication between employees when the guy who started my truck had to leave for a few days and he let the next guy working on it know what needed to be or not be done to it.
