The test was quick, it took less than 10 minutes. The owner told me everything is good to go and he also submitted electronically. As it turns out, my vehicle failed the test. Didn't know until I had to wait, lineup and tried to pay for registration at DMV. No big deal, this shop is a one man team. I understand things can get busy. I went back and redo the test, the owner starts complaining all the way. Told me is bad business to redo testing. The question is, if it is Bad Business, why advertised in the flyer "Pass or Free Re-test?" Very rude and unprofessional.Service: Smog certification

See Ray if you come here he is the owner of the place really cool guy and his prices are the cheapest I found in a 15 mile radius. He has really good customer service he gives you a bottle water when you first show up and the service was fast and pleasant....I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a smog check on your vehicle.....save money for a fast and pleasant time.

be sure and go on the web page and print out a coupon. Be careful when printing and only select one page as the coupon document is 20 pages long. open late (7 pm) makes it convenient for after work. They were fast and the owner has bottles of water that he passed out while I was waiting.

Always fast and friendly service. Came in on a Sunday and was out within ten minutes. Been taking my truck here for eight years for every smog check and always in and out for a fair price. Owner is a nice guy, provides water, a waiting area, and a clean restroom. Always refer friends and family here.

A bit rude on the phone. Was yelling at someone on the phone when I arrived. Took me several times calling out Hello while standing in the office waiting for him as he yelled into his phone. He continued this behavior the entire time he did my smog check. Once he hung up he asked me what price he had given me. I said I didn t recall so he charged me so he said $67, then brought it down to $47.25 which is still more than he advertised. I believe in being respectful, but this man was simply rude and a bit lacking in ethics. Make a bet that he takes this review down if there is a way to do it.Service: Smog certification

Got here at 6:20pm. The business says they close at 7:00pm. No one to be found, no phone answer, no note, nothing drove several miles for nothing.

Showed up without an appointment on a weekend to get a smog check for my car. There were several other cars before mine, and they still had me in and out in about 30 minutes. Friendly and fast service. AA++

Horrible customer service, was waiting in lobby for 15 minutes and no one attended me or told me to wait. Multiple workers saw me go into lobby and none of them communicated with me.

It not a $31.79 price .We paid $57.89.Cause they should explain coupon and other cast but on online they didn't explained.It sound like a scamp.

This was my 1st time coming here and I am impressed! Super friendly, offered everyone cold water bottles. Professional and clean waiting room. Will be back for future smog checks! :)
