Great mechanics Eric and Luis took great care of my 1999 Toyota 4Runner. I now consider them my permanent auto mechanics. Jessica and the office staff were also equally caring.

I got in my car one day only to discover the dreaded check engine light. Worse still the code came back as the catalytic converter, something I couldn't do myself and a notoriously costly repair in California. I scoured Yelp reviews of local mechanics absolutely positive that each one was just waiting to rip me off for some made up problems on top of my already over priced converter. After a lot of Yelping I eventually choose to give this place a try.It was the right choice. JNJ is a really nice place, nothing like a typical auto mechanic experience. The man who runs the front is very nice and explained very clearly what I was paying for. The prices were far more reasonable than I had expected. The waiting room is also very nice with complimentary coffee, water, snacks and cable TV. The mechanic was very nice and showed me some things that he was working on because I was being a nosey YouTube mechanic and asking annoying questions.It's been about 6 months and my car is still running beautifully. I will happily return to JNJ for any future mechanic service where the YouTube DIY video exceeds 20 minutes.Thank you JNJ!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I've had my vehicle, a 2012 Honda Accord, serviced by JNJ Auto Repair three times. Every time has been a pleasant and professional experience. Their facility is neat and the cost for most services was reasonable. One of the mechanics, Roy, is excellent! I bought a 2000 Chevy Suburban that had been sitting for, what looked like, a while, and the next day I happened to get a marketing call from Jack, letting me know the shop was having some specials. I had already planned to have a tune up done to the suburban, so this was perfect timing.This was my second experience with JnJ Auto Repair; the last being in summer of 2020 when they evacuated and re-charged the A/C system in my wife's minivan. Like then, this was a smooth deal. I have been to three other shops over the last 2 years in La Habra where the price was slightly lower, but I ended up having more problems after leaving those shops than I did coming in, but at JnJ, while the price was maybe 15-20% more (not too high), they did a great job, giving me peace of mind, and confidence in that they took good care of the suburban, and me as a customer.The Mechanic, John, was thorough, as he found a crack in the EGR Valve Hose that I didn't see originally and it hadn't registered on the scan tool. Lucky, he found that crack, or else I could have wasted time and money trying to pass smog with the leak. John replaced the plugs, wires, transmission fluid, and he swapped out the old wheels with a set of rims I had, and mounted/balance used tires I purchased from them. The Toyo tires were all matching and had about 60% tread left on them. For a $35 purchase per tire, I felt that was very reasonable.I will be bringing in my cars for more advanced level repairs here, as I feel like I can trust the mechanic John to get the job done without sacrificing any quality in workmanship, or trying to upsell me on unneeded repairs. Jack as well, I trust him for being fair and honest with the estimated cost of the repairs and not price gouging.All in all, great service, dependable brands, good prices. God bless you Jack and John, and thank you for your service, I'll be seeing you soon for future repairs.

I got my oil change and my brake flush done here today. Unprofessional service. Jessica doesn't give a call back when she says she will. Overpriced services. Charges diagnostics that doesn't go towards the repair.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil changeServices: Auto maintenance, Oil change

It s fine to find a shop that s truthful and reliable. They are Very efficient and provide fast service, not to mention the reasonable prices. Definitely recommend.

I was not impressed with the service they provided. I was misquoted on the price of an oil change, I waited an hour and 20 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. Service was not done quickly as promised.
