I brought my beloved 2011 F150 Platinum with 220,000 miles to Joe. I had been told by another mechanic that it wasn t worth repairing and to get a new engine. Joes expertise and patience took the time to really diagnose the problems and fixed my truck. It drives like NEW!!! I am beyond happy. He also looked for all the ways he could save me on parts cost and although expensive it was way less then I thought I would spend! Integrity is the right name for Joe Alio and his company!!

The most friendly & accommodating auto repair shop I have been to. Sue and Joe are very honest. Kept me well informed on valve clearance results and pointing out the condition as well as recommendation for my engine

Christian owned and operated by husband Joe & Susie. I had minor car repair. Found right passenger mirror dangling from mount. My go to Local repair shop Tiger Auto closed. I was shopping for local vendor. My dealership is located in Cerritos. After several phone calls I reached Integrity and spoke with Susie. After describing my situation it was recommended an in person assessment be made. They took me in right away with Options explained thoroughly. Mazda parts were ordered. Process and intake aprox less than 5 minutes. Very friendly, knowledgeable. Handicap friendly entrance Located on La Ha Habra Blvd locally across from Washington Middle School. In between la habra Animal hospital and taco place across from Berry Bros. Integrity services many makes and model. Handicap cap friendly. SEating AVAILABLE in waiting area. Highly recommend for those looking to support local bussinesses. I recommend this business.

5/5. I brought my car in for an oil change after making a quick appointment over the phone. Joe and Susanna were fantastic and answered all of my questions openly and honestly. They both provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced with the personal touch of a family-run establishment; you can tell they genuinely care about you. They work with you to make sure your car gets the services that it needs for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend Integrity Automotive for anyone that wants their car taken care of to the highest standard.Service: Oil change

I love this auto repair shop. Joe and Suzy are super nice and personable. The work they do is great quality. I appreciate the way they explain the work, either what they've done or things they need to do, in a clear and concise way. I was looking for a new forever mechanic and I think I found mine here!

My son recommended Integrity Automotive to me, so when I had an issue with my car not starting, I had it towed here. I initially spoke to Suzie on the phone, and she was helpful and professional.When my car arrived here, I met with Joe, and he explained in detail, what might be wrong, and how he would go about diagnosing the problem. I really appreciated that.Thanks to Joe's familiarity with the cause of the issue, it was resolved quickly and efficiently. I won't be taking my car anywhere but here, from now on. Thanks again, Joe and Suzie!

These guys are AWESOME!! Joe and Susie really run a top notch auto repair facility. I had no idea who they were or where to have the car I was buying inspected ( I live about 40 miles away but the car was in Whittier). I was referred to Integrity Automotive by another shop who suggested they would be the best. Well, they are the best! I spoke to Joe on the phone and arranged to have the car brought to his shop. He did a 100 pint inspection and gave me the details of what issues the car might have quickly.It is hard to find a auto repair business these days where you feel you can trust. Joe and Susie treat you like family. And it doesn't hurt that they are a Christian based business which I personally prefer. Finally, they sent me a thank you card by mail- HAND WRITTEN note from both Joe and Susie. This is old fashioned stuff you just don't get much any more.Thank you Joe and Susie for a pleasurable experience! Since I live in South OC, it may be a while before I can get up there to say hello but I will.Oh, by the way, I bought the car and love it! Blessings to your family and business. Kent

I have trusted my car to Integrity Automotive for years. This business is family-owned, honest, very fair, friendly, and has competitive prices. They never sell you anything you don't need. They explain everything they are about to do and have done on your car. This is the place to go! Thank you.

I can't give it any higher then 3 stars for I have not had any services done at the shop. They helped me understand that my tire air pressure sensors that a tire place put on could not be calibrated to my car. But freindly and nice people.

I've been using Integrity for more than 15 years now and Joe and his team have always lived up to their name "Integrity". An honest and common sense approach for your vehicle care needs. I do know a bit about vehicle repair myself and Joe has never performed work that was not needed. If anything he has gone above and beyond.

A friend suggested I go to Integrity Automotive to have the shocks in my car taken care of. Joe, who is the owner suggested that since its very expensive to have it done, he said to split it and have the really worn shocks done first and come back for the other, which is exactly what I did and now my car is in tiptop shape for a 10 year old, 131000 mile car. Who needs a new car when the old one works just fine when you take care of it and have Integrity Automotive to take care of your car. Super Company with super people to take care of you.

Exceptional service from Joe. My wife's car developed an idle problem that was incredibly hard to diagnose. Joe worked tirelessly to trace the problem and charged way less that he could have justified based on the time alone to fix the problem. I'm a car guy, so maybe Joe gave me more details than he might to someone with less automotive experience, but he kept me informed about each diagnostic step he was taking and what he found with each. He sourced parts that were reasonably priced and did not give up on the problem. Thanks, Joe--you're a blessing to me and my wife!

My husband and I have our old Nissan and Toyota for this shop to work on in the last 2 years plus. We have never experienced any disappoinment but joy and appreciation. The owner is very carefully run over with us the problems of our cars if there were any, their labor costs is much lower than "other places" we'd used in the past. We love their professional attitude and their work ethic. They really live up to their name, "Intergrity".

I have been using Integrity Automotive for around 15 years. Their forthright explanations, honest assessments and expertise have made the difference. When I have occasionally cut corners by going to "cheaper" or closer shops for seemingly routine maintenance, I often end up bringing the car to Integrity Automotive to fix the mistakes from the other shops. There is no mechanic I trust more.

They quoted me $300 for a repair, and when I picked up the car it was $50 less. When I asked why, they said, "We got done with it a little sooner than we thought, and we won't bill you for the difference." Truly the paragon of integrity. I highly recommend this place

Joe is the only mechanic to work on my cars for almost ten years. He's an honest, hardworking mechanic who only sells you what you need and has his best interests in his customers' vehicle life. I cannot fathom a better mechanic out there than Joe.

Joe and Suzie are very kind people. Joe sits and explains what is wrong with your car. He'll tell you what it needs and if you want to proceed with the repair, he'll fix it. Very happy with their service.

I took my Toyota in to have my spark plugs replaced. They only replaced 5 of the 6 plugs and did NOT tell me the remaining plug was stuck and wouldn't come out. They just left the old plug in. My car ran ok leaving the shop, but of course that old plug would soon go bad, and cause my engine to run rough. I took it to the Toyota dealer and they said that plug was never changed (they said it was previously tapped in with a heli-coil. and wouldn't come out under normal circumstances). They said it took their best mechanic 3 hours labor to remove THAT one plug. Integrity should have had integrity to tell me they couldn't get that one plug out. I would have been happy to pay for the extra work. They KNEW that very soon that plug would fail and cause my engine to start missing on one cylinder. They should be called No Integrity Auto

Called this morning to ask if my car could be looked at. I explained I had some transmission problems, and would need to make plans for a rental car so I could get to and from work, so I asked how long it would be before my car would get looked at. The guy on the phone told me he "didn't have a crystal ball" and wouldn't give a straight answer about anything. Way to lose your business before even getting the customer in the door.
