do not even think of purchasing a Groupon here period you will be wasting your time and money. I purchased a Groupon for a wheel alignment on March 1 and came in the next day on March 2 around 12 PM on a rainy Monday. The guy told me it might be about four hours until he gets to work on my car. an hour later he tells me he can t work on my car because I need new tires. I pass on his offer to buy his tires and my boyfriend gets me tires the next day from somewhere else. Yesterday March 17 I come in and it s 11 AM exactly and he tells me to drop off my car and he doesn t know when he ll get to it. I asked him why I will take so long and he said he hast to take into account of his workers lunch. So at this point I forgot to mention that he redeemed my coupon on March 2. He told me to come back and I did but now he can t get to my car. i ve driven 30 miles there and back twice now with no work being done. Getting my wheel alignment somewhere else but now he s going to make it hard for me to get my money back from Groupon. Other places do not redeem your Groupon unless the work is done. Super disappointed

Came at 9:30am for oil change from Groupon. right now is 11am. And they still haven t brought my car to the garage.Doesn t matter how busy a business is, but waiting this long for an oil change(normally <15 mins) is unacceptable.The man in the front has the nerve to ask me if I have a ride home, and that they may not get to it until 5pm.Nor do they take appointments for oil change.This whole oil change operation seems like a scam. I m only here because of Groupon but had I knew it was going to take this long for oil change, I would have paid a little more and go valvoline..Don t recommend this place.

I found a deal on group on for an oil change and a/c service evac and charge, deal seemed to good to be true so I got it. I called to make an appointment and they said it's first come first serve, so I was like great I'll come on my day off. I am the first customer there and I told the guy I have a voucher for oil change and a/c evac and he cut me off and told me they can't accept any more technical work because they are expecting alot of technical work and they get very busy because people have Saturdays off, and I'm just there staring at him like exactly what you just said is the same reason why I'm here today, he told me to come on Monday like if I have the free time which I don't, and the thing is I drove 50 miles in total, from and back and time wasted to just get told my time isn't important. Dude was emotionless just walked away. Don't come here spare your self the waste of time/gas/money. Reviews aren't lies, next time I find a deal I'll make sure to see the reviews first.

The manager is super dishonest and shady. Came in with a Groupon for a wheel alignment and they just did a check and didn't do an alignment and still counted it as done. This is fraud and the manager tried to strong arm me into paying extra for the service. After I've already paid for the Groupon. This guy should be fired and also sued for fraudulent services. He marked my Groupon as completed before the wheel alignment was ever completed. Also told me he didn't have a lot of knowledge of my model car which is also super worrying

I would like to give Good year tire a one star. I bought my husband a Groupon for a synthetic oil change and when he went to redeem it (GUS) the person in the front was speaking to him very rudely, and wasn't being very helpful at all. I work with customers everyday, and patients and the way he was speaking to him was very unprofessional and like he was stupid. If your business doesn't like Groupon why use it. My husband left because of how rude this (GUS ) was. Good year do better.

Where to begin I came one day to this mechanic in need of an oil change. I was pleasantly surprised I was greeted with such Southern Hospitality WARMTH, EXPERIENCE, and all their mechanics very knowledgeable in everything they do all around.It has been my go-to mechanic shop going on 5-yrs and very happy with all the work they do including GUSTAVO, the captain that runs the ship straight forward making sure everything goes smoothly on a day-to-day basis.Thank you guys for all your hard work and dedication I appreciate all you do to keep me safe on the road always!

I tried 4 different times to get an oil change here. I had gotten a "Deal" on Groupon. When we called to make an appointment, we were informed it was first come, first serve. It was a bit of a drive, so I wasted gas 4 times there and back. The man I spoke with was rude to begin with. He said it's 1pm and I'm barely getting my guys off to lunch. I said so if I come back after lunch? He said just leave the car over night. This was the third time he suggested leaving my car. Never in my life, have I had to leave my car, overnight for a 30 min. oil change. I said you can't just squeeze me in, I have been here 4 times, tried different times, different days, with the same result. He said "oh well, better go get your money back from Groupon, because...like I said I am booked. " I said you are rude, and walked out.

Took my car for a wheel alignment. Gustavo asked what made me feel i needed a wheel alignment? When I told him my car was steering to the left and shaking. He went outside to take a look at it. I was waiting for about an hour before my car was even taken inside to get started, the mechanic took another look at my car and now when Gustavo came back there was a list of things wrong with it I then declined any more work other then the wheel alignment. So within like 10 minutes my car was done. And as I drove off I felt it was still driving the same. When I got home I looked over the paperwork that was given to me. The number my car initially started at was exactly what it was aligned too! Why did I pay $70 for absolutely nothing to be done to my car! Definitely never coming back! Be sure to look at the paperwork before leaving the building.

Came here because I picked up a nail on the road. Fortunely I was near good year and thought what luck I can get it fixed. The man in charge said he was too busy to help me. He said if I like he could tell me my tire pressure! Really?? It s obviously low that s how I noticed then I discovered the nail. It was a Saturday 3 hrs before closing. I didn t expect him to stop any of the mechanics to help me. I told him I would gladly wait. He said no. He was to busy to take a small job. So my opinion is this establishment does not care about its neighbors. I will never come here and will share my expirience on every social media platform. Lucky for me when I was pulling out I notice a place across the street that sells and repairs tires. Idk the name it was like an old gas station. The mechanic there too was busy but did help me.I waited for a little bit then he patched my tire. The work only took about 10 mins. Shame on good year for not giving 10 minutes for someone in need.

First let me say, I rarely write bad reviews. But this Goodyear auto shop left a horrible first impression. I called few times in regards to a wheel alignment and asked if they were busy. He sarcastically said we re always busy. Ok understand, however he was rude over phone didn t acknowledge I was a new customer, although only for a small fix something not worth his time. I decided to go anyways arranging to leave my car for few hours, how could a wheel alignment take hours I thought? then he said, I told u we were busy you will now have to leave ur car over night! He was loud and abrasive not that serious guy really. Clearly state over the phone not to come. Inconveniencing to drive out the way bringing additional ride back home for nothing. Gustavo, next time no need to yell I ll take my business elsewhere. Don t go to this establishment.

Always great and honest service. Work on my family's cars done there, unless its work that needs to be done at dealer. Josh is always welcoming, fair, and says exactly what they will do. Its my first stop if I need tires or work on my car and truck.

I saw Goodyear on Groupon and I decided to use them for a front wheel alignment. The shop was easy to find. I drove 19 miles to get there. The work was quick & efficient. The staff was very friendly & professional. They offered a very nice comfortable waiting area with TV and Red Vines. We are very satisfied with the service we received. I had no problem using my Groupon I will recommend Goodyear too all my friends and if you are reading this I recommend that y you visit Goodyear too.

Took my SUV for an oil change 2 weeks ago. It is now leaking new oil all over my driveway.i too the vehicle back to them. They are telling me that something unrelated is broken and needs to be replaced. Take your car anywhere else to be serviced! I can't believe I'm having to deal with this nonsense.

Don't waste your time .. scam alert.. I've used a groupon here .. first i had to leave my car .. several hours later I never got a call back . Also they never changed my oil and almost blew up my engine. The Same thing happened to my aunt. And also blew up her engine.. .. .. be Alert don't Fall for this Scam ..

Horrible customer service, I came in Friday to get an oil change and he asked if I can leave it until 5pm and I was there by noon. He said to come back tomorrow and when I came back at 10am he again asks if I can leave it until close. So I ask them would the time change if I came back earlier and he says, he doesn t know and he might tell me he can t do one at all, WOW. Do yourself a favor and save time by avoiding this place, there are plenty of auto repair and tires stores around there.

Do not go here! They give fake quotes and I took my car to my mechanic after the oil change and They can not open my car hood. I called Goodyear back and the manager told me it was already broken and hung up in my face.

Don t waste your time or money coming here.Go here instead:14428 Telegraph RdWhittier, CA90604Better customer service, way better service and turnaround times. Also josh, the old servicewriter runs the spot so it s a very nice spot. Always busy but things always get done right in a timely manner.

I get my oil changed here frequently. Good,honest service. They are usually pretty busy so it's good to try and get there before it gets really busy.

Under 20 mins from start to finish for a four wheel alignment. Customer service is great and the couches with recliners are a perfect place to rest while waiting.

My wife got two nails in two separate tires while taking my daughter to Disneyland. Robert took care if everything, excellent service, wonderful staff.

I have been here a few times for some small holes from nails in my tires and they fixed it up every time for $20.
