These people are clueless. I answered their bulk mail advertisement for specials, which was a really good deal. However, the customer service is really not good.I'd think the point of offering a deal is to attract new customers, but if you treat them like they're just another chore the whole entire process, you get one (1) half price sale, and a customer who never wants to come back. You've botched your ROI and goal for the ad campaign, I'd guess, unless the ad campaign was free to the business.Anyway, they take you for granted by talking at you not to you, not telling you what they've done (maybe just assuming you already know, or assuming another staff already told you, aka passing the buck), and being proud and busy talking to one another but treating you like it's your grand privilege just to observe their dude bro-show, lol. This is yet another business that suffers from the motto: We treat you like you don't matter, and if you don't accept that, we treat you like you're the problem.I actually hate leaving bad reviews, but... the little dismissive arrogance these businesses show deserves to be known to other future customers. Sorry.

I work down the street and appreciate the option of using the drop box for my key. Staff is friendly and very helpful. They all work very hard and I feel I can trust their work and advice.

I've been bringing my 2010 Fit for about 3 years and haven't had any bad experiences (aside from the little clips that hold my engine air filter getting lost, but nbd). They do a good job of keeping me posted on any major upcoming repairs, and I never felt pressured to purchase additional services. The staff are honest, courteous, and prompt. Getting an appointment is hassle-free, and it's great not having to stress about getting scammed and possibly having to look for another mechanic. Keep it up, fellas, you're doing great work!

100% would recommend this Tire Shop to anyone, just call and get details and they ll set you up with the best time and situation. Jay was extremely helpful and definitely going to be back to replace my whole set .

I made an appointment to have an alignment done on my car for 8am. Unfortunately I was about 15 minutes late, so was informed that because of that another customer was put ahead of me to which I replied "no problem." I asked how long it would take to complete my alignment, and I asked if they could rotate the tires also. They said it would be about 1 1/2 hours and that I would recieve a phone call when finished. Ok cool. 2 hours went by. No call. Then 3 hours. Still nothing. I called them at this point to inquire and they said it still wasn't finished. I went back to waiting. 4 hours. No call. 5 hours no call. I then went in and expressed my dislike with their performance and inability to keep their word. They told me all the other customers had appointments. I then said i understand,but i had one for 8am. Why not squeeze me in? No reply. I said I was upset and they offered to do the service another day. Not cool. My day was waisted already. I didn't want to waiste another. I said please just finish it. 20 minutes after that I recieved a call. It's finished. I asked did you rotate the tires to which they replied no but give us another 30 minutes. Finally after that time it was finished. I feel that the customer service needs some attention at daniels tire.

Came in last minute for a nail in my tire! Called and they quoted me a good price and when I came in, Jay made sure to take care of me. He also helped fix a TPMS issue I had after telling him about it. I appreciate everyone s help here and highly recommend!

Called ahead and got me in right away and was finished in couple hours. Jay was very friendly and doesn't push to do more services i was not ready for. Would recommend to family and friends

Incredibly clean and tidy shop, even more so than the Mercedes and Audi dealers I ve been to. Friendly staff as well. Fit in our vehicle same day. Will definitely be back

This shop has the most honest and knowledgeable people working here. My family and I have been going here for years. They do not overcharge and their assessments are on point. They do a very thorough job. I took my car in today thinking I needed a new battery but everything turned out OK. They did not charge me or try to sell me anything unnecessary. Like I said, very honest and hard working people. I highly recommend them.

Very helpful and friendly place to go. Big waiting area, big parking lot, big facility overall. They do a lot more than just tires. They ve helped me with new tires, flat tires, oil changes, new struts, oil changes and battery replacement over the years. They re really a one stop shop. Stopped in about 30 minutes before closing to inquire about price of alignment. Price was good and they squeezed me in right. What I really like is they didn t try to sell me a bunch of other stuff. Great place to fix a tire leak. I went to get a tire leak fix and they fix it . my other tire was super bad that I had to buy another one. they spotted the air bubble in the tire and I was shown as well for proof.awesome customer service and team communication

The entire process was very smooth and easy. I arrived at my appointment time, they took my car, and followed up with me and reasonable amount of time with options to move forward. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Daniels Tire Service for anyone looking for quality alignment work at a very reasonable price.
