This is my first time needing a tow and Dale provided the best experience. He arrived to pick up my car within 15 minutes. It took him less than a minute to hook it and then he ready to go. He was polite, helpful, friendly and had a big smile. He spoke with me a few minutes to detail the process which helped ease the stress. Everything was quick and easy. He called me when he arrived to the dealership and sent me a picture of my car once there. Super efficient work, he was the most economical in my area and I would definitely use his company again!

I have taken my F550 with turbo problem. He was really nice to go through the repair step my step to prevent unnecessary cost of repair. When I went there to pick up my vehicle, he has given through explanation of everything he has done along with the parts he has taken out. Very happy with service.

Very satisfied to have found DA Auto Repair & Towing. I found them due to my Audi A6 that had problems with the turbo. Dale fixed it efficiently and even found problems I hadn t noticed. Excellent, knowledgeable work on my old 1999 F150, and great customer service! I had an electrical problem that 4 prior auto shops could not even diagnose, and Dale figured it out over the phone by simply listening intently to my truck s list of symptoms. Then the work he did was excellent, accompanied by the occasional video update showing me what needed work, etc. This experience with DA Auto was exactly what you would hope for when your vehicle needs some TLC.

This place was hard to find but is a hidden GEM !! Ask for Dale the tall dude which is located to the furthest right of the BMW motor sport shop.Anyways this is the best BMW and all around vehicle repair, tune up, parts, oil change you can find! Dale hooked it up !! I was in and out within 45 minutes where some other spot was going to take 2 days!! Dale is honest and humble and was upfront about my BMW having low voltage issues. Other BMW and BMW dealers was going to replace several parts thinking it was mechanical !! LOLThanks again Dale!!!!!!!!

I had the best experience with DA towing.My car battery died and wouldn t start when I was leaving the gym. When I called them for assistance, Deyaa was the only person in the area who was able to help me out in a quick and efficient manner. He gave me a 30 minute wait time and arrived promptly. He towed my car to their shop and did a full car inspection and was able to install a new battery and an oil change in under 2 hours!They were extremely professional and their pricing was very reasonable considering all the work my car needed.I would highly recommend DA towing for anyone who is in need of a reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy car technician!Thank you again Deyaa, for making my car experience easy and enjoyable with the inconvenient circumstance I was in.Services: Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

My car completely broke down in a parking lot on a Saturday and I was able to reach out to DA repair and towing and not only were they able to help me with a lift but they also checked my car to get to the root of the problem. I had my car up and running within 2 days! I was able to get to work and my car is driving better than ever! They really made it a great experience amazing customer service felt taken care of stress free highly recommend for all your car needs!!! Thank you for saving me and my car!!

My engine light was on and I needed assistance with diagnostic and repair during the Christmas weekend. I was given a thorough diagnostic and a reasonable price for repair. Replaced all spark plugs and ignition coils and oil change. I will be coming here again for regular maintenance and other auto repairs.

I brought a car I was considering buying to Dale to check out. He was Extremely thorough in his evaluation, via computer and visual inspection. He showed me All the potential issues and emailed me the computer diagnosis after writing down a number of serious issues as well. All in all he was a great resource, and I Highly recommend him and the shop!(Needless to say, I didn t buy the car)

My AC has been out for a while now and with summers getting hotter I decided to go on Yelp to get some quotes and I m so glad I found DA Towing and Auto! Deyaa was very quick to response, was able to provide me a quote (which other places wouldn t without paying for the inspection), and get me in within a couple of days. Although my car was still hot, he promised to get me in and out quickly so he worked on it anyways. After about an hour and a half I had cold air again! I definitely recommend DA Towing and Auto not just for towing, but repair and maintenance as well. Reasonably priced as well!Service: A/C installation & repair

They are fast when it comes to replying to your messages about what you might need for your vehicle or want (customization). You will be informed with quotes and you are given options when it comes to payment which is great if you re a person who doesn t carry cash; Zelle and any major credit cards are accepted. I went for an updated version of my bmws software which includes apple car play (which I desperately wanted) and many other features. Dale also took it upon himself to do a quick walk around to see what is needed for my vehicle to be running in tip-top shape. Such as filling up my liquid components and advising me (percentage wise) on my break pad/rotor. Overall, great experience and happy to have someone who knows the in s & out s of bmw vehicles.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair

If you want an honest, through and knowledge mechanic go here. I ll never go anywhere else for my VW. Dale is professional and makes you feel like you re his only customer. Best Auto European Auto around! Puts care into his work. Also is a real enthusiast. Honest and fair priced, if not good.
