Went in Friday at 5:30pm. Was told that appointments could be made 7 days in advance or come in at 9:30am Saturday, stand in line and get the tires changed in 2-3 hours (Fri-Sun are their busiest days). I had already ordered my tires online and knew they were in stock. I got in line at 9:00am chatted with people in line, at 9:30am I dropped off my keys and was given an estimate of 2-3 hours. 3 hours later my car was done. Customer service was excellent, apologies for it taking so long and updates even without asking. These guys are doing their best. Costco has amazing prices, great warranty, tire rotations and more. If they sucked at their jobs we wouldn't be willing to spend 3 hours waiting(besides what other tire center has food samples, a food court, the ability to shop and accomplish so much in one place)?

Great price for tires but a hassle to get them installed. Online appointments are impossible to get. The solution is arriving at the store before opening to get a walk in spot. The staff are sort of mixed. The guy who did my paperwork was professional but the install guys were not the best. They seem irritated if you have a question. Next purchase will be back at Discount Tire or Big O. Always friendly and no ridiculous arriving before opening to get in.

Do not go here go somewhere else. I got new tires here and these people stole my new lock nut set and replaced it with a old used one. Pathetic

I've been wating for 5 hour to get my tire changed. The took my car in an hour and a half ago and they still haven't changed it. I'm looking at it right now and all they've done is take the tire off. It doesn't take that long to change a tire guys. Unacceptable and unprofessional. The only reason why I came here was because I still had warranty on the tires. I'm NEVER coming back to get my tires done here.

Had a good experience here. Brought my Tesla Model S here to get 4 tires replaced, which I already bought online. Appointment took about 2 hours (all the bays were taken as I drove in) but that's what I already expected and was told. They also called and said my lug nuts were swollen and had to be replaced for $30. Wasn't around to check but can't imagine they'd lie about that.All in all a par experience. Other than the fact that it seemed understaffed and every employee looked like their souls were about to expire on a Friday evening, had no problems. :)

Very , very bad service and bad experience. The tires indicator on my car was showing law pressure. I asked the Costco tire center employee to visual inspect my tires and he refused. He said that he is the supervisor there and nobody can do it. I had to call the General Mgr and then Daniel did everything that he supposed to do. Another time,, the same Supervisor Daniel , refused to help me wit tire information, he said this is a self service. Daniel's bad attitude, rude behavior with customers and laziness is too much to be a Costco employee and SUPERVOISOR!

Worst tire center experience ever. I have been a regular customer for my car tire needs with costco. Last time, unfortunately i had to use this costco for a tire warranty change. It couldn't be worst. They made me wait 3 hours to say that the particular tire is not there.They special-ordered my tire promising next day availability for install. Two weeks later there was no call for appointment. I was made to wait 30 minutes every time I called only to say the tire is not there and they will call when it arrives. Take your business elsewhere. Very careless attitude in this tire department of Costco.

MY 5-STAR RECOMMENDATION: The Costco Tire Service Center is great when you need to fill up your car's air tire (when the low pressure indicator comes on!). Usually, there is a short wait, but it can be long sometimes. This location is on the intersection of La Habra Boulevard and Beach Boulevard!

If you need a paif of new tires for your cars, come here when a major brand offers a special discount. I've already purchased 8 tires for my two cars and am extremely happy with their service and the quality of tires. The brands they carry are Goodyear, Michelin, Bf Goodrich, and Bridgestone. For your convenience, please order your tires online so that you have your tires at the location you pick.

Had an awesome experience with Jonathan. He was very patient, explained everything, worked really hard to make sure the appointment time worked with our schedule. Excellent attitude!

1. They lost my wheel lock nut key.2. They told me to wait two hours for a tire change, and I waited, and when it was almost three hours, they started changing.They are not professional.

A Lil disappointed on the service.. I got a deal on 4 tires for my Honda Civic and turned out they put the wrong tire info and eneded up charging me an extra$100 an hour later for the correct size.. like seriously got my hopes blown...in a bad mood now

Excellent staff, excellent service - very knowledgeable and customer focused. Waited 1 hour near the end of the day. Oh yeh, can t beat the prices, too!

Always kind staffs. If your tire pressure is too low to use outside air, then ask the staff.
