I made the Horrible decision of washing my car since I was passing by this Chevron station service. The car wash didnt work despite trying twice, only got my car dirtier. So I supposed I could get my money back or at least store credit, I went to the store front and i explained the situation being out of my control and I really needed my mo ey back.. but this Despicable and nasty worker named Tylor , refused to help me, stating I wouldnt get my money back, and I could do whatever I wanted. SUCH A UNPROFESSIONAL and WHORTLESS WORKER.. He also Refused to give me my money back or store credit , so facing his attitude i asked him to call his supervisor AND HE REFUSED!!! stating that he wouldn't wake him up for me. And then he left me speaking alone and want to stock the store. People like this , gets paid to help customers thats how they PUT A BREAD ontheir mouth...even though they're on minimum wage doing a job they hate, evidently.......like cleaning toilets in the 3rd shift. They should be amicable and try to do the job instead using their phone 7 of their 8 hrs shift. Horrible way to portrait CHEVRONS NAME

One of my favorite chevron extra miles spots went in got a coffee and got a free core water for being a rewards member so easy to use just getting your phones and good to go

The young man I believe his name is Gary is a perv rt who tried to ask my daughter who is a minor for her number and did not leave her alone. Will never be returning here. Don't leave your daughters alone here or unattended inside the store. I let her go to buy snacks and come to find out the next day she was being harassed

This Chevron gas station, which is located on the corner of Beach Boulevard and West Imperial Highway (across from the Wells Fargo Bank) in the city of La Habra, California, is a great location! Also, the customer service is good.

If I can give it a zero I would. Many stations have pumps that are not working. One I used would not start pumping until I jiggered it several times and would stop in the middle. Location is horrible because you have to find a legal u turn in this large busy street. Prices are not competitive either. Do not come here.

I don't understand all the bad reviews. I go there about 3 times a week for 6yrs now and have never had nothing but patient and good service since the beginning. From all the cashiers. And I am a real stickler about good service.

So true , I have several encounter with the people there not paying attention with their job. I have one encounter with a woman that has no customer service at all.

Do not, i repeat, DO NOT use the car wash here. Horrible and leaves stained streaks all over!!!!!
