Nice, quick, friendly, family business. They are very professional and i had a good experience. Give these folks a chance and keep it family oriented and skip the corporate guys. They offer life time warranty on the tint if anything happens on their work only nothing that you do to damage tint is covered. I believe they offer other services like car detail, headlight restoration and so forth. Anyway good experience for me overall.

I just got my windows tinted from Michael. I highly recommend him!! He s very cordial and honest. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is ok, even after the fact! Don t waste your time anywhere else. And he s got honest prices for the type of work he does

The owner is the most unprofessional piece of work I ve come across. I tried to bring my truck in for him to take a LOOK at a line that was on my tint and he refused to see it and accused me of rolling down the window. Once he got paid he didn t care to see the problem. I threaten to call BBB and he said go ahead, they aren t going to do anything $400 for a poor job. He seems overwhelmed and over worked. Poor customer service and people skills. DON T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!Update:Kick rocks? As you can see look how he speaks to his customers lol. BBB said he wasn t a member so they couldn t do anything (red flag) BUT Department of Automotive Repair can do something so we ll have to wait and see. We scheduled two days in a row that we would come in the afternoon and once the afternoon hit he texted my wife that we had another job to do and wouldn t wait around for us. I showed up to his place the Monday following with my truck and he refused to look at it. He was out on a job and wouldn t set a time with me to look at it. He takes pride in his work he says .I m sure he does ok work at times but when he has to deal with customers he plays the blame game like my 4 year old. One tint shop in Clovis said a lot of his customers come to them to fix his work. They said he almost got beat up a couple times because of his PEOPLE S Skills lol. He went into the Tint business with a partner and now he s all alone. They also refer their business to that shop in Clovis. What a coincidence lol. So I ll gladly kick my rocks. Lol.

After getting my car, I wanted to get my windows tinted and wanted it done on a Saturday morning. After messaging several tint locations, Tint Master messaged me quickly and said they could get me in that morning. I drive from Visalia to Kingsburg and got my tint done. Michael was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. About 2 weeks later, I decided to get the front windows a shade darker. Tint Master got it done! I will aways choose and refer Tint Master.

I don't know if they operate by appointment or walk ins, but I walked in on a Saturday. Guy was polite and honest told me there was two ahead and would be around till 1 before my truck would be done. It took him till 2 but he squeezed me in. I appreciated that. I had originally called around and for the first time ever the price given over the phone matched the quote given in person. Took from 4 to 5 stars with that. Also most specialty places kinda talk down since your not an expert on services being rendered. This family was honest and humble. Gave no weird vibes of being lied to or being ripped off. Price was consistent with everyone else. They added extras at the end for maintenance and expectations. Definitely going again for other tint projects.

Owner was very rude and was very annoyed to answer questions regarding tint and pricing. Minimal instructions provided for aftercare of tint. Would not recommend made every attempt to make me feel dumb, by asking questions regarding services.

Just had my windows tinted on my new Honda and they did an absolutely fantastic job! The owners are so nice and welcoming and they explain the whole process and what options you would like before even purchasing. I ll be making sure to recommend them to all my family and friends. Took in a 2020 Corolla and they were able to do it that same day. Left it a 8:30a and was done by 2:00 pm that afternoon. They did a great job !!! And have great customer service. Excellent service. Was able to get a Saturday appointment just days after I first inquired. The owner explained the different things along with the pros and cons of the various percentages. They gave me a ride home when I dropped my car off and said it would be a couple of hours. Sure enough a couple of hours after they dropped me at home I received a text that they were bringing my car to me. They also explain the lifetime warranty. So keep your receipt! I absolutely love how my windows look. I wanted them to be dark but not so dark it was hard to see out of them at night or in less bright conditions. If I ever need tinting again they will be my first call.

Im loving the way my Challenger looks with its strip of tint on the windshield. My passenger window had some bad water spots that where hard to come off and he was able to make it look brand new. I recommend Tint master to anyone that wants to get there vehicle tinted he dose amazing work. Thank you very much.

Absolute best tint business I have ever been too! Michael was able to get my old window tint off and put back on in an extremely timely manner and it makes my old tint on the back windows look so dated. Probably going to take my car back and get the back windows done by him too. Don t waste your time anywhere else!

Unprofessional.*The owner's comment below is a prime example of my comment above. Instead of reaching out to me, he tries to justify his lack of customer service skills that would have inclined him to:1. Actually respond or get back to me to confirm or deny my rescheduled appointment. The day of instead of ignore my text/call.2. Should of notifed me prior to my appointment that his electricity was out, instead of waiting until I reached out to him to let me know the situation, then proceed to never contact me again. I even went to his work place at my appointment time and no one was there.3. Not exaggerate the facts of missing my first appointment, which was 30 min after. I texted and called and apologized for the inconvenience, and waited for him that day for four hours to let me know that he would not have time that day and that's when I rescheduled to a different appointment the following week, which he agreed upon.4. Acknowledge the fact that I had already taken my mother's vehicle to get tinted that same week and was bringing him business.5. Communicate properly and effectively.Which brings us to this Google review: If you own a business you should be able to find a solution for the problem instead of ignoring the customer and acting as if it's not important, because every possible client should be valued and respected.

QUALITY! I have taken 3 vehicles here and have been happy every time. Upgraded to the ceramic tint and notice a huge difference in heat reduction. Honest shop with integrity which I have no problem paying for.

We had issues of quality, timeliness, and cleanliness.April 20: Dropped pickup off a Chevrolet 3500 HD 4x4 Crew Cab at 8:15 a.m. for $425 for ceramic all around was done by 2:30 p.m.2:32 p.m. Let the owner(s) that there was a large bubble/scratch on the windshield. We were advised there was probably a scratch on the glass (not true) or soap. (No action taken)April 24: Owner said, Ok so he said it s either a scratch on the actual windshield or a small crease in the film.... (No action taken)April 25: Owner said, Could you wait til next week for us to redo it? We said next week would work.May 14: Owner said, Could you drop ___ s truck off for the day tomorrow or i can pick it up? So we can redo the windshield? We said yes.May 15: I dropped it off at 8:15 a.m.4:45 p.m. and the windshield was STILL not done but there is (still) a mess on the dashboard and glove box of dried soapy water. There were also dried soapy water splashes on the light grey cloth interior. The owner attributed it to a bad batch of film. I m thinking bad application.May 22: Owner says, ...just want to get his truck taken care of . Well, I would hope so too after waiting so long!Have I mentioned our check was already cashed?May 24: We make an appointment for the following day drop off to complete the process.May 25: Our 8:30 a.m. appointment was pushed back to 3:30 p.m. then THAT appointment was canceled due to employees not showing up. When I drove by at 3:15 p.m. nobody was there, not even the owners.It s been a month and the tint job is not complete. We have them a chance for being local, but I d much rather stick with Best Auto Glass, Tint, and Audio out of Reedley. We ve never had any issues with them.
