This is the only place to go for questions or issues with your vehicle. Recently, my truck had the check engine light that came on, and I drove over to O'Reilly Auto Parts. As usual, Fred is my go to guy! And he has always been willing to go the extra mile. I mentioned the issue, he told me that he would be out there in a few minutes, and he'd hook up the diagnostics computer and see what may be the issue. After a bit, we got the results. My truck had an issue with the purge sensor, and may need servicing or replacing. I also mentioned that I was looking to replace the spark plugs and do a tune up, and he said that he carried all the parts I may need. I was a happy camper after my conversation with Fred, and will be coming back to this location to get the parts I need for my vehicles. So, if you're around town, or thru town, and need a knowledgeable and friendly person to get you through the issues with your vehicle, give O'Reilly Auto Parts in Kingsburg a chance to help you out, and you'll be glad you did. Awsome customer service! Big Kudos to Fred the store manager. Got me in the door and got me what I needed. My brake pads were coming from Fresno and had to be ordered same day. When the brake pads got to the store, Fred gave me a call that the brake pads arrived. As soon as I got in the store he had them ready on the counter for me.very friendly. Thanks again Fred!

We've been O'Reilly's customers for years because the folks there are knowledgeable and helpful and courteous. They have a great balance of casual and business. They treat you like a person and that means a great deal. I'm handicapped and can't always do the things I need to do, but the gang at O'Reilly's is always ready to help.

Visit date: 10/20/2021 Christopher, an employee, was extremely helpful in replacing my car battery. He helped me with removal and replacement and was polite the whole way through! I will definitely refer this place to my friends

This place is the worst. The older guy with glasses, that acts like he has a sense of humor "David" is a jerk. He didn't even attempt to pull up my info. They don't want to warranty parts that are "life time warranty" they make it seem like your taking money from them. I contacted oreilies corporate, they refunded my money and assured me my parts were warrantied for life. I have no idea why people have a job when they are shewing away customers. I now know why their was 0 customers their. The only thing he kept telling me was "the boss man will be here in the morning and he can fix it for you". He repeated over to me till I left. It's not worth dealing with this guy, this guy's tainted the whole location, don't waste your time. Auto zone is right across the street.

Service is good. Staff is very helpful. Safety protocols are good. They tend to keep low stock on some shelf items. I have noticed this with other stores as well.

This is the worst O'Reilly I have ever been to you the manager treated me like he was better than I am rolling his eyes all because I needed to return something and lost my receipt. He said his wife never loses receipts. He actually made me cry. I called customer service and I hope something is done about issue.

They were awesome with customer service and knowledgeable and helped me get the best deal on a car battery. They also replaced my it for me. Took maybe 20 minutes just because we were conversating.

Reps ignored me the whole time. Refused to help me with my lights, stated they weren t allowed outside in the evenings? It was 6 o clock! Horrible.

The manager and his colleague helped me with my a/c system after checking the refrigerant and fuses it was determined I need another compressor.

Knowledgeable staff that helps you find the product you're looking for, even if it's not at that location or company. I didn't feel pressure to buy from them at all, and their knowledge helped me make an informed decision

I went to the store in Kingsburg last night to get a headlight bulb . I told the guy to make sure it was the right bulb because I was driving all night . He gave me the wrong bulb and the store closed 15 min. later. So I could not screw the bulb into the headlight because it was the wrong one . It was like he did it on purpose. Then I proceeded to get pulled over and got a ticket . I was wearing a mask like I'm supposed to because of the virus. Some guy walked in a talked smack about the mask and all the employees started laughing at me . I will never step foot in a orileys again .

I love, love, Oriellys in Kingsburg they stand by their warranties. I've gotten 15 batteries with the last warranty.
