Great customer service. Im working on a 1989 John deere tractor. And I don't have any idea of filter or oil needed. They helped me greatly.

Always thought Napa was expensive until today. The two other stores in town cost more and had to special order. Napa had part in stock 5 dollars cheaper. Funny thing i called one store to cancel the manager said they price match but not on "special order". Whay is "special" in the O'zone places is regular stock for Napa.

Went in looking for a specific feeler gauge they did have it but they didn't know they had it but that's okay I found it it was in the store he looked at their stock and said they had it on the shelf and they did worked out well.

NAPA in Kingsburg has a great staff led by a great manager. Its my go to place for parts and help.
