Very nice campground. Marina & riverside sites are spacious. They re also pretty darned level. Clubhouse was nice. Pool area was really nice with a couple of easy to use fire pits. One spa wasn t operating but the other one was big enough to hold a lot of people.Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The showers gave a nice big changing area with a bench, shelf, and hooks. The shower head was a bit high but better that than too low.

My wife and I absolutely loved this RV Campground. It was a little more than others in the area but well worth it. The people are amazing, the amenities they offer are fantastic, they keep their resort beautiful and clean and we never felt unsafe one bit. We were visiting family in the area for 3 months this winter and loved the views of the mountains every day when we headed back to the campground. This by far is an amazing place to stay I can t even imagine how much fun it would be during the summer when the river is really flowing.Safety: This is a gated campground that requires a code or pass card to get in to the premises.

Truly a fantastic place to call home! My wife and I have lived here for over a year and have been amazed by the sense of community and family first environment. The staff is top notch and truly puts their tenants and residents first. There is no better RV Park/Resort in the central valley!!Safety: Gate code is changed often and residents truly look after one another.Noteworthy details: Premium facilities with everything available onsite to give you a true resort experience.

We have never been here before and found a hidden treasure. Among the peach & pear orchards and on the Kings River, the grassy sites are huge! No freeway or train noise. About 3ish miles off Highway 99 with easy access! The office staff was super friendly, so we will return. Price was $69, which is typical in California. kbWalkability: Nice to walk around large park. No trails.Noteworthy details: They have a large workout room, plus a gorgeous swimming pool & hot tub with three gas fire pits.Great dog park & play ground & horseshoe pit!

Beware and do not stay here if you are in a coach, we have a 45 foot Winnebago, and was told it would be easy in and out for us, which was a lie!!!!First of all, It is quite daunting getting there in a coach because you have to go through quite a bit before you even get to the turn off road on small gravel and bumpy roads to get there. There was a speeding train going right through town right at the exit in town, it was probably going 50 or 60 mph! Right through town! We had never seen anything like it. When we finally got there, they were closed and they failed to leave any information on the billboard for us - they have a locked gate. We had no idea where our site was or how to get in and we were tired. I called an emergency number that was posted on the board and an annoyed man answered with screaming kids in the background and told me it was no big deal and gave me the gate code and told me our site number. we had no clue on the directions on how to get there, what the Wi-Fi password was, or any other information. The sites are not marked well at night, and since we were pulling our car on a car hauler, we were horrified when we saw the site. It was full of mud and we had to walk it first to make sure that we wouldn t get stuck. My husband strategically pulled in which took forever it seemed and we were worried all night about how we were going to get out because the road is not very wide and we didn t know how to get out unless we left the way we came. Thank goodness the long-term tenants that take up 99% of the park were not home behind us because, if so, we would have been in a world of trouble. There is absolutely no way we could ve gotten out, it was a complete nightmare! We have traveled the United States back-and-forth several times from Florida to Oregon and back again and never encountered a stay like this before and unfortunately, this was the most expensive nights stay! IF it was a pretty journey getting there it would have made it easier but it was not. Going down Farm roads is not a good feeling in a coach our size. There s no way to turn around if you went down the wrong farm Road. To be fair, I tried reaching out to the management the following day by leaving a long, detailed message but we never got a call back. We felt we deserved a discount! I gave them a month to get back to me and nothing. Our coach and car was completely muddy as well as inside from going in and out by the time we left early the next morning. Needless to say, we were very disappointed! The pictures don t even come near to depicting what it was like. (Our chihuahuas had no grass and I had to lay dog pads down on the muddy ground!) we also had hydrolic error messages because the ground was so uneven and muddy!

This place is amazing. Whether you are staying one night or one year this is the place to stay. The managers Arthur and Carrie are the best. The office staff (Carrie and Calie) are always friendly and helpful. The amenities (pool, store, shower house, club house) are top notch. Everything is clean and maintained with excellence. I cannot say enough about this place. We have stayed in number camp sites and this is by far the best.

Kings River RV park is beautiful. There are so many amenities within this park to enjoy! River out your front door, a private beach, beautiful swimming pool, pickleball/basketball court, and fantastic park for the kids. The grounds and facilities are pristine, incredibly clean. The best feature of the park is the people who stay here are so lovely. Camp host Calie was so welcoming and accommodating, she is a huge asset to this park. 5/5 would recommend this park to all ages.

Camp sites are amazing! Hosts are great! This is amazing. Hidden gem, one of our favorite places. Check the website for water levels. No water makes for a great beach! Low water is great for paddleboards and swimming. High level can allow boats. Pool with hottubs and gas firepits. The fire wood they deliver is amazing hard wood from the orchard!Nearby activities: Swimming, boating, sand play.

We stayed here for 4 days in September 2023. We enjoyed our stay, but did have some issues. This is a nice park with a lot going for it, including great views of the river, an awesome pool that's actually heated as it should be (and very well made) with hot tubs, a boat dock, a dog park (although it's not centrally located as it should be). The staff and people there were friendly. Our EPO shut off power to our rig multiple times to protect it from low voltage from the pedestal (one leg was down to 104 volts several times), so there are obviously power problems at the park that need to be addressed. Many of the sites, including ours, were basically sand which is annoying when you're trying to keep it out of the RV, so either gravel or concrete pads would be a big improvement. Also, this isn't necessarily the park's fault, but some of the boats on the river were very loud and disruptive. This park has a party vibe to it, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, just something to be aware of. Some of the residents appear to be staying full-time in the area for work. Some of the terms and conditions are contradictory and a little ridiculous and arbitrary, but I'll refrain from going into the specifics on that.

Such a beautiful place! We ve been coming to Kings River RV resort the past 3 years. Within this last year, there have been so many upgrades and wonderful changes! The staff is all so kind, and the park itself is so welcoming and peaceful. We loved their pool and hot tubs. And they have a pickle ball court, which has been so fun for our family. we loved our last stay, and will definitely be coming back.
