Came in to get a bracket for our passenger side step. Silas was super helpful and knowledgeable. We then decided to look at seats for our truck since we were there. They had as good of a selection as we have seen in any store. Not too good about online shopping for certain things before touching and seeing quality. Both Silas and Ty brought seats down so my wife could test them out. They gave pros and cons for each option.We chose our seats and was given a fair price. While attempting to install said new seats we needed some new parts. Ty to the rescue all while being friendly and efficient.When we weren t able to complete the job ourselves we asked for a local shop to swap out our seats and they gave a recommendation and even called them to see when we could be worked in.We will definitely use this shop again when we are in need of partsThey were super friendly and helpful!

After three other shops and thousands of dollars spent and three and a half months they found the problem and was fixed in a few hours. My truck will never go anyplace else than Keyes Truck Center from now on. Thank you very much for all your help guys you truly helped me when all others could not. Thanks again "Enrique" and all of the service dept. Great Job!!

I had buy pair of seats for 2 k the day we installed them we found air leaking from air beads from both of them so I called in they said bring in so I went there and guy told me that it s weekend no one here come back Monday I called in before I go there was guy name Daan vary rude un professional just set on his chairs and telling saleman To tell me we buy seat from 3rd party we will talk them what they can do one week gone no let me know what s going so talked to guy name clay had not good answer my truck was out of service for three weeks I lost abt 20000 dollars who to be lame last time buying parts from this store and all my friends not going to buy pArts from this store vary week and un professional service we don t know where you from buy parts we know you are responsible for everything shame on you guys and you are services

Our shipment from Engineered Floors LLC , Dalton, GA to STARLITE ST, South San Francisco, based on the tracker ETA 8/23/2021 still in their warehouse in Modesto for over a week and no reason, still waiting for it for one week.Call my supplier, always tomorrow
