I live in Oregon. But my RV is in Kelseyville Ca. I googled RV repairs and read reviews for Vic s RV Repairs. I saw that he was very busy! And that some complained about that! The truth is, the best mechanics and restaurants always have a wait BECAUSE ITS THAT GOOD! I text, emailed and called three weeks ahead. I let him know I was coming to Kelseyville after my beloved Father passed away. My father left me his old Terry travel trailer. I don t know the first thing about any of rv life. So Vic, so Generously and kindly agreed to assist me hook up the water, heat, propane, electricity, gas-stove, water heater, fridge, shower and toilet! I an so happy, I can t tell you how much, but he is an Angel to my old Pitbull dog and I. We have heat! We have water! We have everything a girl and her dog could ask for! Thank you so much Vic. For your promptness, extensive knowledge and skill. You re amazing! I definitely recommend them. But DO give them lots of advance notice (call ahead!) so he can provide you with his utmost attention. He is extremely professional, and has over 38 years working with RV s!

Made an appointment in advance. They called and confirmed the appointment, and he never showed up. No phone call or text. Called Dave's in Redwood Valley, and they showed up that day and fixed the problem cheaper than Vic. Dave's gave me a follow-up call a couple of days later. Dave will get our business, and I will never call Vic again.

OMG! This man is a gem! He's very busy, so it took a while to get in, but he was so kind, fixed things he noticed needed fixing, did excellent, professional work, and he's a nice guy too. I highly recommend Vic's!

Incredibly rude and unprofessional. They called me back after I left a voicemail. I however had a lot going on and missed the call. So, I called the back apologizing for missing their call. The individual that answered for Vic s proceeded to angrily lecture me about not answering my phone. And how I m not important. That if I don t answer my phone he won t waist his time. Half of what he said I could barely understand. He almost sounded intoxicated mumbling and slurring his words. I actually tried to apologize a second time that I didn t mean to waist his time. But he was to busy ranting to care. This business has some major issues, I ll take my business elsewhere.

This was the absolute worst customer experience ever. When I called to find out when the RV would be ready, Vic personally told me there s what you want and then there s what s going to happen! and then he just hung up on me!!!!!! I m not kidding. He told me he was having an outside mechanic work on it and would have to charge me for that. but when I went to pick up the RV this guy DJ was there working and obviously worked there all the time. So basically it was a $125 scam. Lastly they said the repair would be 1-1.5 hrs and then charged me for 2.5 when I got there. I would never ever take your rig here unless you love being ripped off!

My husband and I love Victor. He's so awesome. So far, there's nothing he cannot fix. We took our camper van to another guy who said it couldn't be fixed, then we took it to Victor. He fixed it and charged us a reasonable rate. He's a good guy.

To be honest I never made it to Vic's R.V. repair due to the fact my call was put on hold for so long. After hearing the many different people being helped as I was forgotten on the telephone I finally hung up. Such is life obviously way too busy to be able to aid me in my less important needs. So no need for me to rate Vics cause I have no idea. Sounds to me like they must be doing well as far as business is concerned. So if your lucky enough to be able to get your needs met well then im happy for ya do maps a favor and rate Vics cause I am not able. I never intended to have to put just 1 star considering my situation maps should make it to where in cases like mine I should have been able to just post my comment.

Called for replacement of plumbing vents and skylight left message never got a return call . Seems to be usual complaint with this place. Did it myself with Amazon. Do not recommend vic because of the unprofessionalism on his part.

I came to Vic looking to have something fixed that someone else had worked on and made a mess of. He made time to take care of it for me, fixed it very quickly and his prices are very reasonable. I strongly recommend him.
